Myopia is seen as a benign condition which is a public health problem and must be given attention, concerning visual problems, quality of life, and economic consequences. Nearly half of the world's blindness has been caused by uncorrected refraction, with myopia occupying a high percentage of the group, meaning myopia is the beginning of blindness. Uncorrected disturbances of visual acuity should be screened This study aims to develop a method of screening for myopia in school children, resulting in twin card optotypes. The study was carried out by diagnostic tests to analyze the sensitivity and specificity of twin card optotypes in screening for visual impairment in schoolchildren using primary data from the visual test. The results of this study are twin card optotypes which can easily be used in almost any condition, without requiring access to electricity, not causing variables bullies in a row of questions on the same letter size. Faster time because it does not cause repeated questions one paper one object. Installation does not require encoding on the wall, avoid memorization and avoid factors from concerns about clinical validity and application accuracy. Conclusion Sensitivity of sharp vision screening method Optotip twin card when compared with snoten optotip vision sharpening method which is 83.33% while specificity is 71.43 %. Objective: To show the improvement of visual acuity in five clinical cases of irregular astigmatism, achieved with contact lenses of different materials and geometries. Case reports: Five case reports are exposed and their adaptations for the use of this type of lenses are evaluated. After inserting corneo-scleral lenses or soft contact lenses, each adaptation is evaluated. Results: All patients have improved meaningfully their visual acuity without affecting their corneal integrity and improving their quality of life. Conclusion: Advances in the design and materials of contact lenses have helped eye-care professionals to solve visual problems that would have been difficult to solve years ago. Keywords: irregular astigmatism, keratoconus, keratoplasty, custom contact lenses, cornea-scleral contact lenses

Sexually transmitted diseases are a public health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. WPS issuspected as the spread of sexually transmitted diseases caused by free sex behavior. PMS is a lot ofpeople who do not perform the treatment at health facilities resulting in lower quality of life andhealth status of patients. Knowing the purpose of this study is WPS influence behavior in the searchfor treatment of PMS, environment, health status on quality of life in the Village Dadap TangerangWPS in 2011. This study uses cross-sectional design, primary data. Sample of 108 people. WPSvariables studied in the search for treatment of behavioral, environmental, health status, quality oflife, enabling factors, predispocing factors, reinforcing factors. Data processing using SmartPLS(partical least squares). The results of the analysis is the quality of life is directly affected by the WPSand the environmental health status, and indirectly influenced by the reinforcing factor in the Villageof Tangerang Dadap in 2011. Therefore, if there is further research with a similar theme, it isnecessary to develop the variables, indicators, and new theories gained.

ABSTRACT   Banana fruit is a commodity that contributes a great value to both national and international fruit production achievement. The government through the National Standardization Agency establishes standards to maintain the quality of bananas. The purpose of this Project is to classify the stages of maturity of Ambon banana base on the color index using Naïve Bayes method in accordance with the regulations of SNI 7422:2009. Naive Bayes is used as a method in the classification process by comparing the probability values generated from the variable value of each model to determine the stage of Ambon banana maturity. The data used is the primary data image of 105 pieces of Ambon banana. By using 3 models which consists of different variables obtained the same greatest average accuracy by using the 2nd model which has 9 variable values (r, g, b, v, * a, * b, entropy, energy, and homogeneity) and the 3rd model has 7 variable values (r, g, b, v , * a, entropy and homogeneity) that is 90.48%.   Keywords: banana maturity, classification, image processing     ABSTRAK   Buah pisang merupakan komoditas yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap angka produksi buah nasional maupun internasional.

This paper is an attempt to assess if the manufacturing process of paper machine is in statistical control thereby improving the quality of paper being produced in a paper industry at the time of process itself. Quality is the foremost criteria for achieving the business target. Therefore, emphasis was made on controlling the quality of paper at the time of manufacturing process itself, rather than checking the finished lots at a later time.  This control on quality will help the industry deduct the small shift in the process parameters and modify the operating characteristics at the time of production itself rather than receiving complaints from customers at a later stage.  This paper describes controlling quality at the time of manufacture itself and helps the industry to concentrate on quality at low cost. The researcher has collected primary data at a leading paper industry during October, 2019.  Though X-bar and Range charges were primarily used, CUSUM charts were used to sense the minor shifts in manufacturing process, to explore the possibility of adjusting process parameters during manufacture of paper.

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise commitment facilitated by service quality of smartphone exercise Apps on continued exercise intention and provide primary data for developing and/or improving smartphone exercise Apps. Methods/Statistical analysis: A questionnaire survey was conducted amongst college students who have experiences in using exercise App(s) and regularly exercise. The questionnaire is composed of four parts asking about service quality, exercise commitment, continued exercise intention, which were measured with a 5-point Likert Scale, and demographics. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out to analyze the obtained data with PASW 18.0.

AbstractThe skin-lightening products for men in India and their mode of advertising have been shaping the concept of attractiveness for Indian men by portraying lighter skin tone as the most fundamental quality of being attractive, always desirable, and successful. Although women’s skin-lightening products in India have received attention by a few scholars lately, men’s products are still underresearched. Hence, this study aims to investigate the issue of colorism augmented by television commercials for men’s “fairness” (light skin tone) products in India. The primary data for this study are six Hindi television commercials for men’s skin-lightening products which were broadcast from 2005 to 2015 and were available on YouTube during data collection. The commercials are by one popular brand, Emami Fair and Handsome. The target commercials are significant for their categorical distinction in directness as well as for their nature of storytelling that helps facilitate the discourse of colorism itself. The methodology is a combination of multimodal analysis, critical discourse analysis, and advertisement analysis. The overall goal of this study is to bring visibility to this subtle and multilayered problem of colorism in Indian society which is being reinforced by the skin-lightening products for men.
