Penguatan pelayanan kesehatan primer telah digaungkan sejak lama oleh para pemangku kepentingan dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Namun demikian, implementasinya belum optimal. Salah satu tolok ukurnya adalah performa FKTP yang masih belum sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan saran dan rekomendasi guna mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data desk research (secondary data), serta proses triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas data yang digunakan. Temuan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah secara umum Indonesia belum memiliki tata kelola yang komprehensif dalam setiap aspek yang termasuk dalam mata rantai penting yang diperlukan untuk menentukan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan primer. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan pembenahan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama oleh seluruh stakeholder terkait.

The human resource is the most important asset of an organization, which helps in achieving competitive advantage. In order to response to the changing work environment, human resource personnel must determine ways to justify thier performance and operational workload.Human resource audit supports an organization to review and critically analyze the effective performance of employees and human resource functions. A human resource audit is a methodicalprocess that aims to investigate the underlying policies, strategies, systems, techniques, documents,functions, and practices of an organization with respect to its human resource management. The purpose of this study is to review the concept and essentials of Human Resource Audit. The current study is a desk-research in type and constructed on the basis of secondary data, attempts to review the existing literatures of human resource audit from different viewpoint. The human resource audit has distinct application in a diverse area of an organization such as human resource functions, managerial compliance, employee satisfaction, corporate strategy and human resource climate.Organizations should conduct human resource audit regularly setting and following a set of principles, where the auditors would enjoy full freedom in entire audit process. The thorough and objective evaluation of a human resource audit can generate information necessary to the successful improvement of the entire human resources of an organization.

Abstract This paper presents some aspects of the process of services, products and manufacturing transfer, with the associated production resources, from other locations and plants to Poland. The study was carried out on the basis of an analysis of publications about delocalization as well as by means of desk research, where there were used the accessible primary and secondary data such as branch reports, statistical data available in reports, data bases, and information accessible on Polish and European websites. The article is also the result of the author's experience of participation in the relocation of a number of international companies, regarding various industries. Delocalization in Poland was presented both from the point of view of Conceptualizing delocalization (literature review, theoretical position) and Implementation of production. The delocalization mainly takes advantage of labor forces. On the other hand, it may also concern innovative activities and develop high-tech for regions affected by economic restructuring. The social policies for the risk mitigation of the delocalization of production are also being developed and implemented. This work clarifying the conditions of delocalization in Poland and highlight the important roles played by innovation and institutions for achieving sustainability.

Purpose: The study sought to investigate the effect of non-performing loan on financial stability of deposit taking SACCOs in Kenya. Materials and Methods: The study adopted a desktop methodology. Desk research refers to secondary data or that which can be collected without fieldwork. Desk research is basically involved in collecting data from existing resources hence it is often considered a low cost technique as compared to field research, as the main cost is involved in executive’s time, telephone charges and directories. Thus, the study relied on already published studies, reports and statistics. This secondary data was easily accessed through the online journals and library Results: Nonperforming loans and their effect on the financial stability of SACCOs using have not been adequately featured in any of the studies reviewed. This leaves a gap that needs to be filled. SACCOs play a very vital role in the financial intermediation in the Kenyan economy and their uniqueness in operations. This study will therefore focus on filling this gap. Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: the study findings of this study will assist the regulators of Sacco’s SASRA to formulate stringent policies to tame the rising cases of non-performing loans. The findings of this study will be useful to SACCOs within Nairobi County in evaluating how effective their approach to managing NPLs has been. This will enable them to identify the gaps in their management of NPLs and adjust accordingly.

Solo destination is a public service innovation from the  Surakarta City Communication dan Information Departement in the form of a mobile based application. The application in Solo Destination consists of various features including culinary, hotels, public facilities, shopping centers, cultural events, community services, children’s radio and historic sites. The launching of  Solo Destination application service received the MURI award as the first city in Indonesia to provide technology based tourism services through the application. The purpose of this researh is to explain the innovation of public service in the field tourism through Solo Destination. The method used is desk research that utilizes secondary data as a source of literature. The results of the study show taht the implementation of Solo Destination in the Surakarta City provides positive benefits for all parties including the Surakarta City Goverment to provide public services to the public quickly. For the public and tourists can provide services on the potential of Surakarta City easliy and completely

Purpose: Workforce healthiness is presently considering the cutting-edge duty in any organization today. The motive of this effort is to provide the best recommendations for business professionals for the survival of their business. Research methodology: The study was inductive and qualitative which conducted a methodical critique of literature as desk research. Pieces of writing in 2019 and 2020 have been reviewed. The content analysis is used as the analysis technique. Results: The researcher recognized workforce protection, business continuity, financial crisis management, contingency planning, and review as five themes associated with the core recommendations for business professionals throughout the corona rampant. Limitations: the secondary data and content analysis may cause subjective limitations to the study. Contribution: Throughout the study, business professionals can review core practices that can adapt in the enterprise under the Coronavirus. In this decade, the formalization of informal sector is challenging as it provides jobs to the big number of the population and on the other hand, this group of active population work in conditions, which do not allow them to benefit some advantages from the government and these lead to not providing enough contribution to the economic growth. The main objective of the study was to find out the factors underlying for formalization of informal enterprises in Rwanda. In order to respond to the main objective, we used a desk research approach and we found that there is a necessity of enterprise formalization in Rwanda and the identified key factors are the enterprise motives/long term objectives, cash less economy/innovation in payment system and government policy for enterprise registration. The study also illustrated the factors or ways for private informal-rural enterprise formalization process may consider and some of them are affordable cost of taxation, accessibility to finance, accessibility to the markets as well as the time taken for getting legal documents. From the findings, the study recommend that the consistency capacity building so that to help managers to understand the necessity of informal sector formalization, government  to continue working on the minimization of  the costs related to the enterprise registration that include time, distance and other procedures and government also to continue enhancing infrastructures in rural zones. The study used secondary data both qualitative and quantitative from existing reports and data from National Institute of statistics of Rwanda.

Desk research is basically involved in collecting data from existing resources hence it is often considered a low cost technique as compared to field research, as the main cost is involved in executive’s time, telephone charges and directories. Thus, the study relied on already published studies, reports and statistics. This secondary data was easily accessed through the online journals and library. Results: The study showed that there is a higher level of productivity for workers who do their jobs on more flexible schedules than those with regular working hours. These results show that companies can benefit from flexibility under certain conditions. Recommendation:  The findings of this study show surprising results and can influence changes in organizational policies and strategies for collaborating between working from home and working from an office for employees. Further, the study recommends companies to adopt and invest in information and communication technology so that it can facilitate implementation of FWA policy.

Purpose This paper aims to highlight the existence of illegal peer-to-peer (P2P) lending in Indonesia, unethical practices of P2P lending operators to borrowers, regulatory weaknesses and offer recommendations to reduce unethical practices. Design/methodology/approach This paper is a general discussion through desk research using secondary data from journal papers, research reports, books and papers online. Findings There are regulatory weaknesses in regulating illegal P2P lending. There are no strict legal sanctions for P2P lending operators who act unethically to borrowers. Originality/value This paper discusses the unethical actions of P2P lending operators and the inability of regulations to take legal action against illegal P2P operators.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to analyse the significance of selected trends in the labour market on the decision of employers in the tourism industry. Special attention is paid to the identification of challenges facing employers in connection with the aging population and entering the Y and Z generation on the labour market. Method. The study is the result of desk research and an analysis of primary research results and secondary data provided by institutions dealing with the labour market. Findings. The analysis of the available data carried out in the article shows that changes on the labour market in the tourism industry are basically defined by two groups of processes: (1) population aging and a decrease in available labour resources, (2) entering the labour market of the Y and Z generation, that may affect the relationships between employers and employees and influence the organizational culture of enterprises. Research and conclusions limitations. The research area is limited to Poland. Practical implications. The research results provide vital information about demographic trends and their impact on labour supply in Poland, thus they constitute the basis for formulating recommended actions for tourism enterprises in the direction of optimizing the human factor management process, especially in the area of recruitment and motivation. Originality. The article deals with current trends that determine the behaviour of employers within the tourist market. Special attention is paid to recruitment decisions and methods of motivating employees. Type of paper: Review article.
