This research aims to analyze influence the performance of JNE employees is seen from human relations and rewards in Pekanbaru. The research was conducted by means of descriptive analysis method and the sample used was all employees of JNE Pekanbaru, totaling 60 respondents using the census method or saturated sample. The analysis technique used by researchers is multiple linear regression analysis carried out with technology, namely using SPSS, 20. The results of the study state that the human relation variable partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of JNE Pekanbaru employees, namely the t-count is greater than the t-table, while the reward partially also has a positive and significant effect on the performance results of JNE Pekanbaru employees t- calculate the size of the t-Table. Then after testing simultaneously it was found that human relations and rewards have a positive and significant effect on the performance of JNE Pekanbaru employees, namely 53.4% and 46.6% influenced by other variables not examined.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of regional levies and regional taxes simultaneously and partially on the value of local revenue in Badung Regency in the period 2008-2018. The sample of this research is Regional Retribution data, Local Tax and Local Revenue data in Badung Regency for the period 2008-2018. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that regional levies, and regional taxes simultaneously or partially had a significant effect on the Original Local Revenues in Badung Regency. These results give the sense that, increasing revenue from taxes and levies will lead to an increase in local revenue that will be received by the government of Badung Regency. This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

 Goldfish is one type of fish that have a fairly high economic value, it contains a lot of protein and cheaper. Fish hatchery is an activity that doing fish hatchery that will be produced fish seed, then followed up with the activities of breeding and growing. This study was carried out in the district of Lawe Bulan and the District Deleng Pokhisen Southeast Aceh district of Aceh province. Where the study area was determined by purposively. The purpose of this study was to analyze the business income of hatchery goldfish and financial feasibility, determining capital influence, large pool, the number of the parent, food seed, the labor against income of farmers seeder carp and analyze the influence of the level of education and experience of the farmers' income carp in the District Southeast Aceh. The sampling method used is the census method that is the entire population of the research sample. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. To test the first hypothesis using Business Analysis, to examine the second hypothesis using analysis of Cobb-Douglas. To test the three hypotheses using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows version 20. The results showed an average net income hatchery operations goldfish is Rp 5.814.200,- per production cycle. In terms of financial feasibility on carp hatchery operations in Southeast Aceh District covers the calculation of R/C ratio of 1.41. PP 4.8. BEP 2620834.0. Thus carp hatchery operations in Southeast Aceh district can provide benefits to farmers and to develop. Cobb-Douglas analyzes the results of each of the factors of production that have a significant effect (positive) is fodder seed (1.002), labor (0.908) and the parent (0.051). While the production factor is capital no significant effect (-0.028) and spacious pool (-0.164). Results Regression analysis of factors affecting skills that the education level (0.032) and experience (0,181).

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the  Dependent  Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150>  0.05. (2)  Work  Motivation  Variable partially positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, evidenced by t-value 2,375> t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.02 <0.05. (3) Social Security and Work Motivation Variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 19.6% s on the performance of employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, where the F-value is 8,189> F table 3.13 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Suggestions for PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari pay more attention to the timeliness of employees in carrying out their work so that the company's targets are met properly.

This type of research is qualitative research. The object of this study is Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained the following conclusions: 1) The product does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. 2) The price does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 3) place significant effect on the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 4) Promotion does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 5) Marketing Mix effect positive and significant impact on consumer purchase decision Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang.

The purpose of his study aims to determine and analyze how much the income level of tuna fishing business is and what factors affect the level of tuna fishing business income in Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, length of time at sea, number of workers and experience at sea had a significant effect on the income of tuna fishermen in Manokwari Regency.
