The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on teacher performance at SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu, Riau Province. This research was conducted at Integrated Agriculture State Vocational School, Riau Province. This research was SMK Negeri Integrated Agriculture, Riau Province. sample in this study took the entire population, namely 89 people. The results based on hypothesis testing can be stated that training has a significant effect on performance. It is known that the contribution of training to performance is 37.7%, the rest is explained by variations in variables that do not exist in this study.

The problem discussed in this study is the Effect of Principal Leadership and School Environment on the Performance of Taniwel State Vocational School Teachers. This study aims (1) To determine the effect of school principal leadership on teacher performance in SMK Negeri Taniwel; (2) To determine the effect of the school environment on the performance of teachers in Taniwel State Vocational School; and (3) To find out the influence of school principals leadership and school environment together on the performance of Taniwel State Vocational School Teachers. The data collection method used is the survey method type Ex post facto by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) to teachers who have tested the reliability validity and in accordance with the research conducted. Analysis of the data used by using descriptive analysis, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, T-Test, and F-Test. The results showed that (2) Headmaster's leadership had a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Performance; (3) School environment has a positive and partially significant effect on Teacher Performance; and (4) Principal's Leadership and School Environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Taniwel State Vocational School Teachers.

        This study aims to analyze the influence of the factors that affect the performanceofState Vocational School teachers in North Aceh Regency. Work ability factors, compensation for teacher performance and organizational culture, work motivation and review the mediating effects of organizational culture variables, work motivation. The data used in this study were 156 public vocational school teachers in North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method used is structural analysis with Structural Equation Modeling using the Amos Version 20 program. The results showed that the variable work ability, compensation significantly influence teacher performance as well as organizational culture variables, work motivation mediates the three exogenous variables (work ability, compensation and organizational culture, work motivation) with endogenous variables (teacher performance) partially. The recommendation that can be given is that leaders need to foster an attitude of loyalty towards the institution so that teachers have commitment, motivation and cultural values to be able to improve work for their performance. Keywords:  Work ability, Compensation, Organizational culture, Work Motivation, Teacher    Performance

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

This study aims to identify the implementation of online learning conducted by teachers to provide the best service to students. This can be seen from health, fitness, spirit, duration of services related to education, applications used, signal conditions, teacher readiness in providing services outside the provisions of working hours, available learning facilities, and several other online learning activities Covid-19 pandemic. This study involved 254 vocational school teachers in Solo Raya. Quantitative data is netted through questionnaires that are disseminated using Google Form facilities. Meanwhile, we obtained qualitative information from interviews designed using WhatsApp and telephone facilities. The results showed that 52.2% of teachers admitted to agreeing not to have any health complaints. Teachers are always fit for online learning, with 58.9% agreeing. Teachers were always excited when they were online, with 68.4% answering agreed. The implementation of online learning requires more service time. 64.9% of teachers provide services about 14 hours per day. 64.1% of teachers agreed that they are ready to provide online services to students outside the working hours. Teachers have RPP as a sign of online learning, with 68.8% of teachers agreeing

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of teacher work culture on teacher performance, and the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work culture on teacher performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires to 56 teachers/respondents. The data analysis technique is carried out through regression correlation analysis with statistical data processing of SPSS 17.0. The results show that the principal's transformational leadership in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is in the high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. The more effective the transformational leadership of the principal, the more teacher performance increases. Second, the work culture of teachers in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency is in high criteria. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that teacher work culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the work culture of the teacher, the higher the teacher's performance. Third, teachers' performance in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is generally at high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and teacher work culture positively influence teacher performance. It means that the more influential the principal's transformational leadership is and the higher its work culture, the more teacher performance increases.
