The purposes of this study are 1) to determine the effect of e-learning learning strategies on the achievement of SKI subjects; 2) to determine the effect of learning motivation on the achievement of SKI subjects; 3) to determine the effect of e-learning based learning strategies and learning motivation on the achievement of SKI subjects. The study used a quantitative approach with a population of 78 students. Data were taken through a questionnaire with validity and reliability tests. Multiple regression techniques analyzed the research data. The research object is MA NU Gesi Sragen students academic year 2020/2021. The results showed that e-learning-based learning strategies and learning motivation positively influenced student achievement in SKI subjects for MA NU Gesi Sragen students in the academic year 2020/2021.

<p><span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to examine the influence of the use of e-learning, peer group and learning motivation towards learning outcomes of Accounting in class X Accounting of SMK Hidayah Semarang. The sample of this study was students of class X Accounting SMK Hidayah Semarang with total of 41 students. A self-administered questionnaires and multiple regression analysis were used to test the research question. In addition, the results showed that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially from the use of e-learning, peer group and learning motivation towards learning outcomes in class X Accounting at SMK Hidayah Semarang. The improvement and intensity in using e-learning strategies, teacher's attention to the students’ peer environment specifically on cooperation and competition among students, and students' intelligence in interacting and establishing fair cooperation in the academic context with their peers are very important factors towards learning outcomes</span></p><p><strong><em> <span class="fontstyle0">Keywords: learning outcomes; e-learning; peer group; motivation</span> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em></em><br /></strong></p>

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the process of learning used problem-solving strategies with Media Comic which increase motivation and achievement of students in grade VII C SMP N 3 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta academic year 2013/2014. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research. Data was collected using questionnaire and test description. Types of experiments performed in this study is unused test with respondent around 28 students with test instruments that used to include the validity and reliability test. The results showed that there was an increase in the average value of 60.97 learning motivation into 80.07 after the action. While the percentage of students' abilities to pass the KKM with 69 score also increased that the first cycle of 71.43% increased to 78.57% in the second cycle. So the problem-solving strategies with Media Comic is improving the motivation and learning achievement of students.

<p><span>The purpose of this research are to determine the influence between (1) achievement subject package of expertise (C3) toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice (2) learning motivation toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice multimedia (3) industrial guidance toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice (4) the achievement subject package of expertise (C3), learning motivation, industrial guidance toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. The population was a multimedia student of class XII at State Vocational High School 3 Surakarta. The research was using quantitative approach ex-post facto methods.  Data were collected by questionnaire methods and documentation. Those data were analyzed with multiple regression. The result of this research have shown that: First, the achievement subject package of expertise (C3) variable positively and significantly influence toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Second, learning motivation variable positively and significantly influence toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Third, industrial guidance </span>variable positively<span> and significantly influences toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. Fourth,  the achievement subject package of expertise (C3), learning motivation, and industrial guidance found to have significant (Fcalculation=10,735&gt; Ftable= 2,77) and positive (rx1x2x3y=0,654; R2=0,428) toward student’ achievement of industrial working practice. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic status, learning motivation, and learning disipline on student achievement at SMK Barunawati Surabaya. This study quantitative methods as a research methodology descriptive design. Population in this study are tenth grades students in SMK Barunawati Surabaya who are 103 students. Sampel was 82 students, selected by using Proporsional Random Sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline has partially significant impact on student achievement. Socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline have a significant impact on student achievement

The purpose of this study is aims to develop an inventory assessing self-determined motivation for e-Learning courses in college. The study involves 397 college students, with exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach alpha scale reliability, and the validity of the test. Self-determined learning motivation scale is accordance with the Learning Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ-L) by Williams & Deci (1996) and Black & Deci (2000). It compiled and revised the initial inventory consisted of 14 items, it divided into four dimensions, such as, "Intrinsic motivation", " Identified regulation", Introjected Regulation ", and "External regulation", the total explained variance was 71.35%. The Cronbach alpha is .87, with acceptable construct validity and reliability of measurement tools, it can provide the future development of e-Learning courses.

This study aims to analyze the influence of ethnic background,  adversity quotient and self-regulated learning of the students’ entrepreneurial orientation SMP Negeri 31 Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in class VII and VIII in SMP Negeri 31 Surabaya for academic year of  2014-2015 with population of 663 students. Sample was 249 students, selected by proportional random sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed  there is positive and significant effect ethnic backgrounds, intelligence adversity and self-regulated learning of the students' entrepreneurial orientation SMP Negeri 31 Surabaya either partially or simultaneously. The influence of ethnic background, adversity quotient and self-regulated learning of the students' entrepreneurial orientation amounted to 63.8%, while the rest  influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the application of smart card-playing techniques to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes of science learners. The medium used is a smart card, a card which contains information contained in the subject matter learning objectives are packaged in the form of questions and answers. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Temanggung learners of class VIII G in 2nd semester Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used is a Class Action Research. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, pre-test and post-test. The research data in the form of learning outcomes IPA concept of test and motivation to learn is obtained from the questionnaire motivation. Statistical analysis showed in the first cycle an average yield is 56,67of pretest increased to an average is 70,58of posttes; the second cycle average is 62,24of pretest increased to an average is 80,86of posttest and third cycle average is 70,26 of pretest increased to an average is 84,24 of posttest While the motivation of learners increased by 86% from the prior-treated. Based on the results of the research, processing and data analysis and hypothesis testing measures taken in this study, we concluded that the application of smart card play technique can enhance learning motivation and learning outcomes of class VIIIG students of SMP Negeri 1 Temanggung.This study aims to determine the application of smart card-playing techniques to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes of science learners. ABSTRAKFaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar dapat memberikan dukungan yang positif dalam belajar, namun dapat juga menghambat proses belajar. Hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi berakibat pada hasil belajar individu yang mengalami proses belajar tidak sesuai dengan yang diinginkannya. Keadaan-keadaan tersebut berdampak pada timbulnya masalah pada proses belajar selanjutnya. Motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah akan menjadi hambatan yang sangat berarti pada proses pembelajaran, karena dapat mengakibatkan prestasi belajar siswa rendah. Oleh karena itu guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa disebabkan siswa kurang diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan pendapat. Metode pembelajaran ekspositori dan teknik drill dipercaya dapat menigkatkan motivasi belajarsehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kegiatan belajar IPA Fisika untuk memperbaiki hasil belajar selanjutnya. Karena metode ekspositori dan teknik drill memberikan kesempatan peserta didik untuk lebih aktif. Oleh karena itu penulis perlu melakukan penelitian Tindakan dengan judul Peningkatan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar IPA Fisika Melalui Penerapan MetodeEkspositori dan Teknik Drill Kelas XI-TBSM  SMK  Negeri 1 Narmada  Kab. Lombok Barat Tahun pelajaran 2018-2019. Kata Kunci: ekspositori; drill; motivasibelajar; hasil belajar. ABSTRACTFactors that influence learning can provide positive support in learning, but can also hinder the learning process. The obstacles that occur result in the learning outcomes of individuals who experience the learning process not in accordance with what they want. These circumstances have an impact on the emergence of problems in the subsequent learning process. Low student motivation will be a very significant obstacle in the learning process, because it can result in low student achievement. Therefore, teachers are expected to increase students' learning motivation to improve student achievement. The low motivation and student learning outcomes are caused by the lack of opportunities for students to ask questions and express opinions. Expository learning methods and drill techniques are believed to increase learning motivation so that it is expected to increase Physics Science learning activities to improve subsequent learning outcomes. Because the expository method and drill technique provide opportunities for students to be more active. Therefore, the authors need to conduct action research with the title Improving Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Physics Sciences Through the Application of Expository Methods and Drill Techniques for Class XI-TBSM SMK Negeri 1 Narmada2018-2019 Academic year. Keywords: expository; drill; learning motivation; learning outcomes.

This Classroom Action Research aims to increase learning motivation and mastery of E-learning by using the Zenius application in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kampar Utara in the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 32 people. This research was conducted from the beginning of April 2020 until the end of April 2020. This research is a classroom action research conducted online using several questionnaires, the link of which is sent to students through their WhatsApp group. This online research was conducted because it did not allow the writer to conduct research directly to school because at this time the teaching and learning process was carried out online. This online learning is due to the spread of the COVID-19 corona virus in almost all countries including Indonesia.

The objective of the research was to find out the Students’ Difficulties in Using Demonstrative Pronoun at the second year of SMP Aisyiyah Sungguminasa. The researcher applied descriptive quantitative approach as the method for analyzing the data. The researcher collected the data through objective test and questionnaire. The objective test was used to find out the students ability in using the demonstrative pronoun. The test formulated with 20 items multiple choice and a questionnaire was used to find out the students difficulties in using a demonstrative pronoun, the sample of this research was the second year students of SMP Aisyiyah Sungguminasa in academic year 2014/2015, the sample consisted of 26 students which were taken from the population, 26 students. The data obtained from the test were firstly tabulated, and then analyzed into the technique of percentage and mean analysis. The result of the research data showed that the ability of the second year students of SMP Aisyiyah Sungguminasa found difficulty in using Demonstrative Pronoun with the total mean score 41or classified as fair with the highest score was 60 and the lowest score is 1.6. The finding also showed that among the 26 students, there were 47.25% the students face difficulties in using Demonstrative pronoun “this” in sentences correctly. While there was 65.38% the students faced difficulties in using “that”. In using demonstrative pronoun “these” there were 93.26% the most error. And there was 44.61% the students faced difficulties in using demonstrative pronoun “those”. The researcher concluded that almost all of students got the difficulties in using the demonstrative pronoun. The difficulties were caused the students had less understanding about demonstrative pronoun because they never learned about it before.Keywords: Students’ Difficulties, Demonstrative Pronoun
