This article highlights the early years of the individual’s life as a key period of substantial changes in which the integration of the child with the surrounding reality takes place. The complex path of child development and growth is manifested as a dialectical and objective organization when the individual begins to understand both his / her individuality and membership in the social community when he / she can think, feel and act more to human, not at a personal (ego-protective) level. It is precisely because of this tendency that the discovery and acceptance of the society outlines one of the main problems in the processes of child development.

Teaching and learning of mathematics, due to their abstract nature, are enhanced, especially at an early age, using educational materials. The wide variety of the available math’s educational materials requires teachers to evaluate them in order to incorporate them to their teaching practice. Contributing to this field, the purpose of this paper is dual. Firstly, it intends on defining the factors that could be included in a framework for evaluation of math educational material. Secondly, it aims on using this framework to evaluate specific educational materials that are used for the construction of early number concept. The results showed that the factors that could compose a framework of evaluating math educational materials could be related with 1. Evaluation of the material itself, independently of its context of use, 2. Evaluation of the material in the social context of its use, as well as 3. Evaluation of materials’ acceptability to the general educational community. From the evaluation of specific educational materials that are used for the construction of early number concept it seemed that no material itself could be considered, as suitable for teaching all the individual constructs of the number concept in early years’ mathematics, according to the developed framework.

Komunitas Samin merupakan bagian dari masyarakat desa Klopoduwur yang menganut dan mempertahankan ajaran Samin Surosentiko. Komunitas Samin mempunyai tata cara, adat istiadat, bahasa serta norma-norma yang berbeda dengan masyarakat pada umumnya. Dalam kajian ini penulis menjelaskan tentang bentuk interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar desa Klopoduwur, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi interaksi sosial antar komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat desa Klopoduwur dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar berupa kerja sama, akomodasi dan asimilasi. Sedangkan konflik atau pertentangan dalam interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan mayarakat sekitar desa Klopoduwur tidak tampak jelas. Interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, yakni situasi sosial, kekuasaan norma kelompok, tujuan pribadi, kedudukan dan kondisi individu serta penafsiran situasi. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar adalah perbedaan bahasa yang sulit dipahami oleh masyarakat sekitar,dan adanya perbedaan nilai antara kedua kelompok sosial tersebut.. Samin community is part of the village community Klopoduwur who embrace and defend the teachings of Surosentiko Samin. Samin community has ordinances, customs, language and norms that are different from society at large. In this study, the author describes forms of social interaction between Samin and their surrounding community in Klopoduwur village, factors that affect the social interaction and the obstacles they faced. The study results indicate that these forms of social interaction between the community of Samin and local residents take the form of cooperation, accommodation and assimilation. There are no conflicts or contradictions in the social interaction between the Samin community and their neighbours. Samin social interaction between communities and local residents affected by various factors, namely the social situation, the power of group norms, personal goals, status and condition of the individual as well as the interpretation of the situation. Constraints encountered in the social interaction between communities and local residents Samin is the difference in language, and the value difference between the two social groups.

Vocational education is oriented to the secondary educational in which focusing on the development of the student in order to be ready to work professionally and ready to improve their self-potential, in particular, field work. The aim of this paper is to analyze the constructivist approach to vocational education, the relationship between radical and social constructivist and the implementation of the career level on the voced. The result of this discussion to explain the relationship between radical constructivism and social constructivism is viewed the strong abilities. Radical constructivism related the construction mental structure and meaning by individual. After studying, the social constructivism is more focused the social interaction than the individual knowledge construction, the stressing of construction is shown about the meaning in the social interaction activities. Implementation would be successful about the career in the vocational education and needed the educators to make an active facilitator, particularly to guide the students by question with their assumptions and trained the students by reconstructing the new meaning of knowledge, so that students can be a good career.

The article reveals the method of working with the child's immediate environment, which helps to ensure optimal conditions for reintegration. Partnership between parents, relatives, other important people, social professionals, practical psychologists, specialists and organizations involved affects the overall well-being of the child at different levels of social interaction. The consequences of the specific conditions of keeping and living of orphans and children deprived of parental care in boarding schools, as well as the conditions necessary to achieve the welfare of the child are described. The reintegration of the child should take place as a gradual and controlled process. Constant changes in the conditions of care, forms of placement are detrimental to the child's development, the formation of attachments, so during this process you need to avoid sudden changes and conflicting decisions. The author analyzes the specifics of the process of reintegration of orphans and children deprived of parental care, identifies three levels of social interaction, characteristic of this category of children: sensory-emotional, emotional-social, social-institutional level. In this context, the process of reintegration is to some extent similar to the process of socialization of the individual, which involves the active entry of the individual into all social institutions. The technologies of compiling a map of the social environment are presented, which provides a more detailed, reasonable answer regarding the quality and functioning of the client's social relations; ecomaps, to identify a number of interactions between the client and people related to the client, relevant social institutions, the environment. Based on the analysis of interpersonal connections and relationships, the specialist identifies important and significant people for the child and together with the child explores the possibility of organizing a meeting within the social network, which can be attended by people listed in the map of the social environment.

The process of socialization associated with the development of the social nature of an individual or social group is gaining importance for modern society. The main direction of socialization within sociology is the person as the main element of society. However, given that the socialization of the individual is determined by the nature of society itself, its characteristics and needs, we can say that the process of socialization is inherent not only personal but also other spheres of society. Although we will not deny that the anthropologization of social relations brings to the fore the sociologization of the individual as the main element of social communication. In this regard, the study of the peculiarities of the process of socialization of social interaction, factors, conditions and differences that accompany socialization is becoming increasingly important. Since the process of socialization is associated with a system of information exchange between members of society, the need to reflect and consolidate various social interests, the importance of finding social compromise, it is fair to say that socialization encompasses socio-political communication, in which law plays an important role. The study of the legal aspect of socialization is the theoretical basis for increasing the social role of law, the effectiveness of its regulatory action and ensuring public order. In our opinion, important aspects of socialization of compromise are its characteristics as a means of communication, features of manifestation within social institutions of different levels and substantiation of ways to increase the effectiveness of social functions of legal compromise and means of socialization in law. Compromise at the categorical level can be considered within the three directions of research related to its relationship with the category of conflict. We are talking about organic-structural, conflict-radical and anthropological-communicative directions. The first direction of research reflects society and the forms of its organization as coherently functioning systems. Here the category of "compromise" dominates over the category of "conflict". The second direction of research is characterized by the fact that the category of "compromise" is considered as a special manifestation of the category of "conflict", the latter is dominant in the field of public relations. Regarding the third area of ​​research, the problem of compromise and conflict within this concept is considered at the level of relationships between people, whether macro (state) or micro (group of people). At the same time, compromise and conflict are studied as equivalent interacting categories of public life. A legal compromise has legal consequences, as the result of the agreement of the wills of the parties is the imposition on them of obligations to exercise mutual will. Moreover, the violation of a legal compromise is the basis for the legal liability of the parties. Legal compromise, due to its mediation by legal norms, acquires the attribute of binding and enforced measures. Characteristic of the social action of law is the reflection of its existence at different levels of social interaction, ranging from the individual, social groups, society as a whole. A legal compromise is no exception. Social institutions create an objective reality for a person, that is, it is his social world, in which the appropriate social order is established. At the same time, social institutions are both subjectively and objectively a reality. In view of this, compromise in the behavior of subjects is manifested differently depending on the level of social institution. In simple social institutions (interpersonal, intragroup), the conflict and compromise of the behavior of subjects usually depends on subjective factors that are influenced by objective reality by operating in a single space of other social institutions. In turn, in social institutions of a complex level (intergroup and state, world system) compromise is necessarily "tied" to the order objectively established in such institutions. Thus, compromises always arise between two subjects and are carried out in the corresponding interaction. At the same time, compromises at the state level, in addition to the relationship between its subjects, are necessarily characterized by a constant connection with society through the functioning of legal requirements enshrined in the relevant sources of law.

A participative, open knowledge economic and market system that will ensure the material well-being, the social visibility, the happiness and the consciousness of the individual is essential. Crowdfunding, as a recent online social community network market model is to be a new socio-technical system of co-creation through self “making and funding”. The aim of this study is to discuss the role of identification in co-creation for sustainability of newly rising crowdfunding communities. In line with this objective, the following two aspects are clarified: the key characteristics of crowdfunding platforms as online communities and the role of identification for co-creation in online crowdfunding communities.

This chapter presents how interaction with the social world stimulates the learning ability in the early years. There are two types of social relationships that affect the development of the individual in childhood: adult-child relationships and peers. Both social systems give rise to different vital experiences that will influence their social development. During the first years of age, the adults who surround, care for, and provide support help acquire a fundamental role in the social development of the child. Attachment between the child and family, parental educational styles, and family discipline become basic elements of analysis. Peer relationships are transformed with the entrance to preschool. The school environment is the second stage of life in common. This chapter analyzes the learning process of children and the influence of the most important developmental contexts such as family, peers, and teachers in this process.

Assessment and treatment of children and adolescents presenting with social interaction deficits must be guided by an understanding of the roles of social perception, planning, and output. This paper describes a case study of a client's functional ability in social interaction using the Social Interaction Model described by Doble and Magill-Evans (1992) as a framework. The use of the Child and Adolescent Social Perception Measure to assess how the individual client functions in the area of social perception is discussed.

Abstract: The concept of ‘iddah and ihdad in Islamic jurisprudence that has been running so far requires women to shy away from the social interaction and the avoidance of activities that may attract the attention of men, such as preening, ornate, and so on. They are regarded to mediate the appearance of the prohibited wedding on the waiting period (‘iddah). It is very collide with the present fact about the career women which demand them to work hard, always look attractive, and keep the interaction with the opposite sex. These factors encourage them to have an outdoor activity to support their financial result and career. The clash between the concept of fiqh and the current condition of the career women becomes the object of the discussion. Consideration that can change the legal status of ‘iddah and ihdad when collides with the issue of career women is a consideration hajah and darurah. In addition, the legal settlement of the career women can be said to be more applicable, effective, and humane. This paper will examine about ‘iddah and ihdad for the career women through the lens of maqasid al-shari’ah so the concept of Islamic jurisprudence can still be applied in contemporary era without negating the rights of the individual and social. Abstrak: Konsep ‘iddah dan ihdad dalam fiqh yang telah dijalankan selama ini, mengharuskan wanita untuk menghindar dari interaksi sosial serta menghindar dari aktifitas yang dapat menarik perhatian laki-laki, semisal bersolek, berhias, dan sebagainya karena dianggap dapat menjadi perantara munculnya pernikahan pada masa ‘iddah yang hukumnya dilarang. Hal ini sangat berbenturan dengan fakta kekinian tentang wanita karir yang menuntut wanita bekerja ekstra untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang mengharuskan wanita ini untuk selalu berpenampilan menarik serta menjaga interaksi dengan siapapun termasuk lawan jenis sehingga tertuntut untuk selalu beraktifitas keluar rumah, hal ini ditujukan untuk menunjang hasil finansial dan karirnya. Dua fakta mengenai benturan konsep fiqh dengan kondisi kekinian yang dalam hal ini adalah wanita karir, menjadi objek pembahasan yang menarik untuk kemudian dicarikan solusinya. Pertimbangan yang dapat merubah hukum ‘iddah dan ihdad ketika berbenturan dengan masalah wanita karir adalah pertimbangan hajat dan d}arurat mengingat efektifitas hajat dan d}arurat sehingga penyelesaian hukum ‘iddah dan ihdad bagi wanita karir dapat dikatakan lebih aplikatif, efektif  dan humanis untuk era kekinian dengan pertimbangan hajat dan darurat.  Tulisan ini akan mengkaji tentang ‘Iddah dan Ihdad  Bagi Wanita Karir melalui kacamata maqasid ash-Shari’ah sehingga konsep fiqh masih dapat diaplikasikan di era kekinian tanpa meniadakan hak-hak individu dan sosial.Kata Kunci: ‘Iddah, Ihdad, Wanita Karir
