The influence of artificial intelligence technology on teaching design is explored to improve teaching efficiency. First, artificial intelligence is introduced and its impacts on teaching design are analyzed. Second, the connotation of the paradigm of teaching design and the paradigm shift for teaching design are explored using the paradigm shift analysis framework. Finally, the changes in teaching design under artificial intelligence are analyzed, and the impacts of artificial intelligence on teaching activities are investigated. The results show that the application of artificial intelligence technology has led to different levels of change in the six elements of teaching design, including teaching objectives, service objects (teachers and students), teaching content, teaching media, teaching environment, and teaching evaluation. The connotation and paradigm shift of the teaching design are introduced from the four elements based on the artificial intelligence technology. It is found that artificial intelligence technology can enhance the learning ability and cognitive ability of students to a certain extent while improving the teaching efficiency and learning efficiency. The investigation proves that the teaching design based on artificial intelligence technology can be applied to teaching activities, thereby improving the learning efficiency of students and the teaching efficiency of teachers.

This paper analyzes the differences between online and offline courses in teaching organization, course content and practice, as well as the differences between hybrid teaching and hybrid courses in concept and emphasis. This paper puts forward the basic principles and requirements of hybrid courses teaching design, and discusses the key points and application scenarios of hybrid courses teaching design from three aspects: teaching objectives, teaching elements and teaching activities. And the key issues that need to be figured out are explained.

In recent years, creative writing courses have attracted much attention in China, but there is a lack of relevant research on the practice of creative writing courses at present. Teachers are faced with such problems as vague teaching objectives, complex teaching contents, and lack of practical schemes. Moreover, it is difficult to evaluate the results of creative writing courses comprehensively and truly. Through the modularized combing of the course content and the establishment of personalized process evaluation scheme, we have realized the creative inspiration and creative practice guidance for students in creative writing course teaching, and enhanced the students’ participation in the course and practical ability.

The professional competence of college English teachers in setting teaching goal has a direct impact on their teaching design level. Enhancing college teachers’ability in setting classroom teaching goal facilitates the improvement of their design level. By combining with the teaching design scheme of normal class, this paper defines the meaning of College English classroom teaching objectives,analyzes the problems that the college English teachers have in setting teaching objectives, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to develop the college English teachers’ capability of setting teaching objectives, which are expected to promote college English teachers’ ability to design the activities for their class.

The implementation of the curriculum as per industrial needs should be improved in terms of qualifications of teachers, tools, practicum materials, and the use of learning models as per industry needs. This study aims to evaluate the used curriculum of light vehicle engineering department as per industry needs. This study uses discrepancy evaluation model (design, installation, process, product and comparison) that describes the implementation of curriculum according to the industry needs from various aspects, namely: design, installation, process, product and comparison. The study results concluded that achievement level of curriculum implementation as needed in the design component obtained an average score of 4.28 (83.17%) classed in a good category; installation components get an average score of 3,502 (78.47%) classified in sufficient categories; process components get an average score of 4.05 (81.75%) classed in a good category; and product components that scored an average of 4.02 (81.26%) classified in a good category. As well as in the comparison component that obtained an average score of 3,324 (74.27%) classified in sufficient categories. The implementation of vocational school curriculum majoring in light vehicle engineering as a whole is categorized as sufficient. Therefore, it needs a follow-up from the relevant parties for a better implementation.; one of which is by revising the curriculum to fit the needs of the industry.

For the new requirements of engineering certification, a modular teaching plan of engineering project management is proposed that is also combined with the professional features of vehicle engineering. Specifically, the teaching objectives of this course are established by engineering certification. Meanwhile, the course content is modularized and adopted different teaching method, such as lecture, interactive module, heuristic teaching method, etc. The improvement plan of course fully focuses on student-centered and output-oriented principle which strengthens the initiative of students to master basic theory knowledge. And it is helpful for students to have the ability to meet the engineering certification standards.
