The conference participants are offered components of the educational and methodological complex in physics, which are obtained not by advanced pedagogical experience, ie by trial and error, but by detailed and complete analysis and calculation of structures and algorithms of the educational process in secondary school and its individual components. It is a guide for students, systematization of educational information, algorithm for solving physical problems, solving standard physical problems on a computer, diagnosing student performance and rating assessment of knowledge.

The article presents the results of a study aimed at analyzing the relationship between the qualitative characteristics of online search for additional information which is necessary for completing educational tasks, and the educational motivation of secondary school pupils. The qualitative characteristics of online search for additional educational information included pupils’ subjective assessments of the frequency of using educational online search and competence in the relevant aspect of educational activities. The aim of the study is significantly revealed by the following research questions: 1) What is the dynamics of self-assessing frequency and competence in the field of online search for additional information throughout secondary school? 2) What motivates secondary school pupils to use online search for additional educational information? 3) What contribution does online search for additional educational information make to the academic achievements of secondary school pupils? Five hundred and eighty-two pupils of 5th -9th grades of secondary schools in Saint Petersburg were involved in the study. Empirical data were collected using questionnaire (for assess the quality characteristics of online search for additional educational information) and test (to assess educational motivation). According to empirical results, self-assessment indicators of frequency and competence in online search for additional information show consistent growth throughout secondary school and reach the highest level in the 9th and 7th grades, respectively. Productive use of online search for additional educational information is supported primarily by cognitive motivation; while for pupils with a predominance of other educational motives characteristic overestimate their competence in the online search for additional educational information that does not match their actual academic achievements. Based on the obtained results, the authors formulate a proposal to develop and implement elements of teaching pupil’s productive strategies of online search for additional educational information in the educational process of secondary school.

Problem and goal. In 1968, an international non-governmental organization of the International Baccalaureate with consultative status with UNESCO was established in Switzerland [11; 26; 27; 29-31]. The methodological basis of the International Baccalaureate is intercultural communication, communication, self-development, conceptual thinking, learning efficiency, etc. The International Baccalaureate is an internationally recognized curriculum and is implemented worldwide, including in Russia (Vladivostok, Moscow, Moscow region, Perm, Samara, Saint Petersburg, Ulyanovsk). In addition, International Baccalaureate diplomas are recognized by many foreign educational institutions. In the process of teaching physics to students of humanitarian-oriented groups on the Middle Years Programme (MYP) (basic school) of the International Baccalaureate, some students have difficulties both in mastering the theoretical material and in solving educational text problems. In this connection, to improve the efficiency of training of such students it is advisable not only to carry out a theoretical justification of the possibility of using methods of adaptation of texts of problems in physics and to develop adapted educational tasks with their subsequent inclusion in the content of training, but also to use modern information technologies both in the presentation of theoretical material to students (multimedia teaching tools, electronic resources, etc.) and to teach students to use computer programs (“Live physics”, “Laboratory L-micro”, “1C: Tutor in physics”, “Physics course of the XXI century”, “Open physics”, “Physics in animations”, “Physics. Grades 7-11. Workshop”, etc.). Obviously, that it is necessary in the future to carry out experimental and pedagogical activities revealing the effectiveness of teaching physics. Methodology. The effectiveness of teaching physics to schoolchildren of humanitarianoriented groups under the MYP (basic school) of the International Baccalaureate will be largely provided by the developed content of training, the implementation of didactic principles of training, the implementation of a system-activity approach in teaching, the informatization of training, linguistic analysis of the content of educational tasks, the implementation of technological approach to the design of the educational process, taking into account the peculiarities of psychological laws of formation of mental actions of schoolchildren in the process of solving physical problems [1; 3; 7-9; 12-16; 19; 20; 28]. Results. Application of the method of adaptation of the text of educational tasks, the use of informatization tools, the use of various algorithms for solving physical problems, linguistic analysis of the content of educational tasks helps to improve the quality of teaching physics to students of humanitarian-oriented groups under the MYP (basic school) of the International Baccalaureate. Conclusion. The use of an adapted format for the presentation of educational problems, various algorithms for solving physical problems, the use of modern information technologies for teaching physics to students of humanitarian-oriented groups under the MYP (basic school) of the International Baccalaureate contributes to the increase in students’ interest in learning and the formation of their fundamental system of subject knowledge in physics.

The development of information technologies, the widespread use of Internet content have led to a situation where the skills of working with visual materials are becoming more popular and make a necessary component of education in the XXI century. The would-be teacher, operating with visual images, must form the younger generation’s skills to evaluate critically, interpret and summarize information, i.e. must have a high level of visual and information culture. This problem is in focus for the preparation of wouldbe mathematics and computer science teachers, because their activities are designed to form students’ information picture of the world, scientifically competently and quickly to convey basic ideas and form fundamental ideas about the world and its laws under conditions of the intensification of the educational process. The nature of the phenomenon of “visual and information culture” is dualistic. It is a synthesis of two phenomena – visual culture and information culture. Analysis of the essence of the concepts “visual culture” and “information culture” allowed revealing the essence of the phenomenon “visual and information culture of would-be mathematics and computer science teachers”. The visual and information culture of would-be mathematics and computer science teachers is the integrative quality of personality, which combines values, aspirations for development in the field of visualization and informatization of education; computer and mathematical, psychological and pedagogical, technological knowledge; ability to perceive, analyze, compare, interpret, produce with the use of information technology, structure, integrate, evaluate visually presented educational material; ability to analyze, predict and reflect on their own professional activities in the visualization of educational material using computer visualization means, which provides professional self-development and self-improvement. So, it should include various components, among which we distinguish the following: professional-motivational, cognitive, operational-activity, and reflexive. The content of each of these components and the mechanism of their formation is developed both individually and in teams. The cognitive component is characterized by developed visual thinking, which we see in the ability to transform various problem situations in the structure of new knowledge, in the creation of cognitive structures in which information is presented by creating models, schemes and more. The operational component is also characterized by a communicative aspect: the ability to transmit educational information by visual means, on the one hand, and the ability to perceive and understand educational information presented visually, on the other. The components are characterized in full and quite widely, which makes it difficult to determine the levels of their formation. This determines the prospects for further exploration, which is to find criteria for determining the levels of formation of visual and information culture of pre-service mathematics and computer science teachers.

The article considers the necessity of introducing new information technologies into the educational process of higher educational institutions. Such information technology requirements as high level of distribution of the information processing process, systematic nature, the inclusion of a full set of elements necessary to achieve the goal have been highlighted. The key components that must be taken into account by the teacher when organizing the educational process, namely the formation and development of students’ abilities and skills of effective and optimal use of information technologies in the assimilation of educational information, the implementation of didactic material of information technologies in educational process are discussed. The conclusion is made that the use of information technologies in the organization of the educational process and teaching of academic disciplines stimulates students to the most successful assimilation of educational information, and students’ motivation increases.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.

The article discusses the prospects of role-playing games in the educational process to increase students’ motivation and involvement, as well as the possibility of modern information technologies (primarily social networks) for constructing innovative forms of such games. The author’s format of the live-action role-playing game is presented. It was developed and tested at the Saratov State University. It involves the integration of numerous educational tasks into a single plot, within which each participant plays a role and communicates with other participants to complete tasks. The main interaction, plot development and group activities occur in dialogs, conversations and groups of social networks. This approach has shown its viability in teaching legal disciplines, and also has prospects for use in IT education.

The article discusses one of the stages of the educational process with the use of modular visualization that is systematization and synthesis of educational material. Various forms of visual repetition when studying the discipline “Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics” for undergraduate students who study non-mathematical profiles are presented. The concept of modular visualization is revealed, all types of each of the presented forms of visual repetition are described: through the conceptual apparatus (types: crossword puzzle, mathematical dictation, work with definitions, classification of concepts), transformation of knowledge (types: reference summary, proof of theorems, work with formulas, dictionary knowledge), by means of large-modular supports (types: table, flowchart, graph-diagram). Examples of each type of visual repetition of educational information on the discipline “Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics” developed by SMART Notebook and HTML are given. The technology of constructing various forms of visual repetition is presented schematically.

Freedom, autonomy and responsibility are the ends of every educational process, especially in the modern society: globalized, rapid, in transformation; society in which each one of us is called to make numerous choices. Therefore, it is urgent to educate to choose and educate to the choice, so that young people can emancipate themselves from possible conditionings. To this end, the Montessori method represents a privileged way: child is free to choose his own activity and learns "to do by himself" soon; the teacher prepares the environment and the materials that allow the student to satisfy the educational needs of each period of inner development. Then, Montessori gives importance to adolescence because it is during this period that grows the social man. Consequently, it is important to reform the secondary school in order to acquire the autonomy that each student will apply to the subsequent school grades and to all areas of life

Innovations change the world in all spheres of life, and education is not an exception. Modern requirements of time put us new challenges that require the use of new information technologies at all stages of the educational process in higher education institutions, in particular the use of the Internet. In addition, it has been noted that Internet resources increase motivation and contribute to the formation of a fully developed personality. Testing and evaluating students' knowledge and abilities is an integral part of the credit-module system. One of the forms of evaluation of the initial level of knowledge, consolidation and improvement of assimilation of information is testing. It should be noted that in a number of countries, testing has shifted traditional forms of control — oral and written exams and interviews. However, in Ukraine, educators remain adherents of a combination of testing and classical analysis of material. It allows the most efficient distribution of the training time of a practical class, 100% control of the knowledge and the effectiveness of mastering the material of all the students of the academic group. Technical progress stimulates the search for new variants and possibilities of testing, its various variations. One of the options that can help solve this problem was a smartphone. In order to facilitate the work of the teacher at the Department of Microbiology, an online testing system with the use of smartphones was introduced. Online testing is conducted among students with Ukrainian and English language training. With the Google Forms platform, the teacher creates a form which contains the student's records and tests. Students directly from the teacher get a link to fill out an online form directly at the lesson. For testing, a database containing standard KROK-1 licensed test tasks is used. The form can contain any number of test tasks that are in arbitrary order, as well as a changed order of distractors, which makes it impossible to write off. At the same time, all students are in the same conditions: all write one option. After submitting the form, the student receives a notification that his response is recorded. Re-linking is not possible. In turn, the teacher receives a message on the result of the test in the table — the ratio of correct answers to the total number of questions, as well as options for their answers. First and foremost, questions are displayed on which students gave the largest number of incorrect answers. This allows the topic to be considered in the process of discussion of the most difficult tasks from the students perspective, and in the future it will allow more efficiently to create forms for on-line tests and to focus on these issues.

The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.
