The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of handling sports injuries in the North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) trainer. This research was conducted on Sunday, February 14, 2018 at the NPC Secretariat of North Sumatra Province Jl. The 22 nd Example Stadium Medan. The method used in this study is a descriptive descriptive method with the distribution of questionnaires as an instrument to obtain research data. Many of the population in this study were all North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) trainers, amounting to 8 people, while the sample used was total sampling, meaning 8 people. The results of the study found that 3 responses (37.50%) had knowledge of handling sports injuries is classified as good, 5 respondents (62.50%) have knowledge of handling sports injuries that are classified as moderate. Based on the results of the calculation of the average score of knowledge about handling sports injuries that is equal to 56%, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of handling sports injuries on the North Sumatra National Paralympic Committee (NPC) is classified as Medium.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong></strong></p><p>Aliran Parmalim merupakan kepercayan suku Batak, namun banyak masyarakat beranggapan bahwa aliran ini adalah aliran Pemuja Setan (Sipelebegu). Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, dan berupaya mengenal aliran parmalim menurutpandangan Majelis Ulama Indonesia serta Persekututan Gereja-gereja di Sumatera Utara. Aliran Parmalim berasal dari dua kata yaitu <em>ugamo</em> dan <em>malim. </em>Majelis Ulama Indonesia Wilayah Sumatera Utara (MUI SUMUT) menyatakan bahwa Aliran Kepercayaan Parmalim bukan bagian dari agama.Sementara Persekutuan Gereja-Gereja di Indonesia Wilayah Sumatera Utara (PGI-WSU) menyatakan bahwa aliran Parmalim merupaka suatu aliran kepercayaan di Indonesia namun memiliki pemahaman iman yang sangat jauh berbeda.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>MUI, Parmalim, PGI-WSU</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>Parmalim is a Batak tribe belief, but many people assume that this flow is the flow of Satanists. This paper uses a qualitative-descriptive method, trying to recognize the flow of parmalim according to the views of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the Alliance of Churches in North Sumatra. Parmalim flow comes from two words namely ugamo and malim. The Indonesian Ulema Council of North Sumatra Region (MUI SUMUT) states that beliefs Parmalim are not part of religion. While the Alliance of Churches in Indonesia in the North Sumatra Region (PGI-WSU) states that the Parmalim school is a school of belief in Indonesia but has a very different understanding of faith.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>MUI, Parmalim, PGI-WSU.<strong></strong></em></p><p><strong> </strong></p>

The formulation of the problem in this study are how is the implementation of North Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 concerning Additional Income Allowances for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial Government, what factors are obstacles in realizing improved performance and discipline of Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat, with the aim of research: 1) to find out and analyze the implementation of North Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 regarding Income Allowances for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants in the Government of North Sumatra Province , 2) to find out what factors are obstacles in realizing improved performance and discipline of Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. From the results of this study indicate that the implementation of Governor Regulation No. 18 of 2018 concerning Income Allowance for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants has not been fully successful in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. Implementation has been successfully implemented in terms of communication and bureaucratic structure, but has not been successfully implemented in terms of resources and dispositions. Constraints faced in realizing improved performance and discipline of civil servants within the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat are appraisal officials (superiors) unable to control the views of personal relations in evaluating subordinates' work, TTP payments often cannot be done in a timely manner because funds are not yet available, disciplinary sanctions are still relatively indecisive, and employees often report excessively. It is recommended that supervisors as appraisal officials need to eliminate the influence of the element of closeness in making judgments on the performance of subordinates, and be assertive in giving sanctions to employees who subscribe to disciplinary regulations

Puri Agung Kerambitan is the forerunner of pekraman village Kerambitan, Tabanan, Bali. Its vast territory covers 19 villages from Kerambitan in the south to Batuaji in the north of the palace. It is founded in 1650 as a fragment of the Kingdom of Tabanan, began to open its access to tourism in 1980, during the reign of Late A A. Ngurah Anom Mayun. Puri Agung offers several activities such as Puri Wedding, Puri Day and Puri Night Dinner for more than three decades. All of these activities involve the palace residents and villagers surrounding it. Arts attraction such as Tabuh Okokan and Tektekan Calonarang, distinctive and authentic of Kerambitan art; until the procedure of making offerings and traditional Balinese cake are displayed. The number of foreign and domestic tourists who visit the palace is certainly has a big impact on the grand cost of the palace management cost. The income and the expenses of the palace within 2016 was obtained by using a quantitative method. Interviews with the management and residents of Puri Agung Kerambitan were conducted for the validity and supporting the research data. The data and problem were analyzed using the qualitative descriptive method. This paper gives an overview and simple description of Puri Agung Kerambitan's income from its tourism activity and the expenses required for managing it. These expenses can be sorted out in physical, such as palace maintenance and staff salaries; as well as non-physical, such as ceremonial financing. The good management of tourism activities could alleviate the grand maintenance cost of the palace.

ABSTRACT This article has written the contribution of appreciative reading  skill of fable story text to the skills of producing fable story texts at  students VIII class of SMPN 12 Padang. This research is quantitative research using the descriptive method and the contribution research design. The research data is the test result score of appreciative reading  skill of fable story text and the test result score of reproducing fable story text. The data has obtained through two types of test that are the objective test which uses reproducing fable story text . Based on the result of data analysis and the discussion, the researcher concludes the three things follow; first, the average score of the student’ reading appreciative reading  skill of fable story text at students VIII class of SMPN 12 Padang is in the good qualification (82.01). Second, the average score of the student’ reproducing fable story text students at VIII class of SMPN 12 Padang is in the good qualification (79,17). Third, there are the significant contributions between the appreciative reading  skill of fable story text toward the students reproducing fable story text students at VIII class of SMPN 12 padang as much as 84,82%.   Kata kunci: Kontribusi, Keterampilan, Membaca Apresiatif, Mereproduksi, Teks Cerita Fabel

This research aims to describe and give an overview of the use of sexual euphemism in pop and hip hop lyric songs to avoid taboo words which are usually unfreely to mention in public. The researcher uses qualitative method and descriptive method to analyze the data. The researcher uses forty songs consist of twenty pop songs and twenty hip hop songs to be analysed. From forty songs, the researcher finds ninety seven data. Researcher believes the data are found to contain sexual euphemism in the utterance that included in pragmatic study.Researcher describes and analyzes every single of data that are included the theory of Allan and Buridge (1991). From the research data, the researcher found that there is a differential usage of sexual euphemism in pop and hip hop which is sexual euphemism in sexual activity appears more frequently in pop songs and sexual euphemism in sexual body parts appears more frequently in hip hop songs. Both pop and hip hop songs use representative speech act more frequently than directive speech act. Euphemism was used in the lyrics to avoid words that are considered taboo in some communities.Keywords: speech act, sexual euphemismINTRODUCTIONIn
