<p><strong>Abstract<em></em></strong></p><p class="Abstract">The aim of this study is to find out the root of the conflict and its solution proposed by the religious leaders to maintain the harmony among religious believers. After conducting a qualitative research, the results show that the conflict in this region is more dominant coming from the economic resources, not because of religious teachings. Besides, they are also caused by the behaviour of the believers concerning to religious cultural identity but they are relatively small. The solutions given  by the leaders indicate that (1) building up the commitment of togetherness among the leaders, (2) the support of the public leaders in mediating the conflicting believers, (3) the multiple  role of the leaders in socializing the universal values of the religious teaching and the local wisdom, and (4) doing inter-faith and inter-ethnic dialogues among the believers honestly, openly, respectively. By doing these, the excellence and the national harmony in north Sumatera will come true.</p><p class="Keywords"><strong>Keywords:</strong> inter-faith believer’s conflicts, national harmony</p><p><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akar dari konflik dan solusi yang diajukan oleh para pemuka agama untuk menjaga kerukunan umat beragama. Setelah dilakukan penelitian kualitatif, didapatkan hasil bahwa konflik di wilayah ini lebih dominan bersumber dari sumber daya ekonomi, bukan karena ajaran agama. Selain itu, juga disebabkan oleh perilaku pemeluk agama yang terkait dengan identitas budaya agama namun relatif kecil. Solusi yang diberikan oleh pemimpin menunjukkan bahwa (1) membangun komitmen kebersamaan antar pemimpin, (2)</em><em> </em><em>dukungan pemimpin masyarakat dalam memediasi konflik pemeluk agama, (3) peran ganda pemimpin dalam mensosialisasikan nilai-nilai universal. tentang ajaran agama dan kearifan lokal, dan (4) melakukan dialog antaragama dan antaretnis antar umat beriman secara jujur, terbuka, masing-masing. <p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong></strong></p><p>Apabila penganut agama memahami secara baik dan benar agama yang dianutnya, dan diamaalkannya pula dengan baik dan benar ajaran agama tersebut, maka sudah dapat dipastikan kerukunan antar umat beragama dapat diwujudkan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara. <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Masyarakat yang beragam sangat perlu dirawat keharmonisannya agar tidak menimbulkan kecurigaan, perbedaan pandangan yang mengarah pada kesalahpahaman, pertentangan dan berujung pada konflik. Sistem Kemasyarakatan <em>Dalihan na tolu</em> yang diorientasikan dalam nilai budaya masyarakat Batak Toba, Angkola dan Mandailing menjadi modal utama dalam membina interaksi dan solidaritas sosial antar umat beragama. Terjadinya silang budaya melalui adaptasi, akulturasi dan asimilasi antara masyarakat lokal dan pendatang menjadi cara dalam membina interaksi dan solidaritas social antar umat beragama di Tapanuli Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Unit analisis dan informasi adalah masyarakat lokal dan pedatang. The Dalihan na tolu Community System which is oriented in the cultural values </em><em></em><em>of the Batak Toba, Angkola and Mandailing communities is the main capital in fostering interaction and social solidarity between religious communities. The occurrence of cross culture through adaptation, acculturation and assimilation between local people and migrants is a way to foster interaction and social solidarity between religious communities in North Tapanuli. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collected by observation and interview. The unit of analysis and information is the local and migrant communities. <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Tabaqat genres are types of books which are biographical collections of figures based on generations. The contents of Tabaqat can be in the form of classifications of certain figures who have one or more things in common. A work can choose certain groups such as the jurists, mufassir, sasterwan, Sufi, philosophers, grammarians, judges, chancellors in one particular university and so on as themes. The biographical approach makes this type of work very rich and can contain anything. <pre><strong>Abstract</strong><strong></strong></pre><p><em>In order to create relations between religious communities on the basis of tolerance, it is very important to intensify dialogue between religious communities. Because dialogue is an appropriate resolution in building peace between religious communities. The research results found in this paper related to the post conflict that occurred in Tanjungbalai City is a bridge in creating harmony by fostering tolerance, caring for others and increasing solidarity among fellow communities in Tanjungbalai. This research is a field research. This research emphasizes the function of theory as a tool to sharpen the sensitivity of researchers in seeing religious conflicts in Tanjungbalai and formulating Johan Galtung's conflict triangle theory (peace keeping, peace making and peace building) as a means of building good relations after conflict. The purpose of this study is to build relationships between religious communities in the Tanjungbalai community by removing the truth claim of a religion, feeling suspicious and trying to be inclusive in religion. <p><strong>Abstract </strong><strong></strong></p><p>The problem of this research is how can the local cultural values in Al-Azhar Tafsir. The purpose of this research is knowing local culture values in Al-Azhar Tafsir and analyzing the purpose of HAMKA putting local cultural values ini Al-Azhar Tafsir. The method of this research is library research and uses a study approach of character studies and<em>content analytics. </em>Researchers found that HAMKA's attitude was divided into two in linking local cultural values in Al Azhar's Tafsir. First, wanting to preserve local cultural values such as Aphorism, Verse, Poetry, Parable, Pameo and others. The second, strongly opposed and warned people of traditions that were contrary to Islamic Shari'a such as "adorig sea", giving offerings and others. And among the main objectives of HAMKA to include local cultural values was to approach Islamic da'wah to Indonesian people through local cultural values in its interpretation. And also introduce to the world of readers about Malay identity and Local Wisdom. And it also contained an invitation to noble morals as Religion and Culture motivate it and there were also politic and ethical politic invitations because at the time of writing this interpretation, the Indonesian political atmosphere was currently unstable. Therefore, it is very good to make Al Azhar's Tafsir become one of the references in preaching Islam on this Malay Earth and hopefully in the future there will be a Ilmiyah Figure and Study that combines Islamic Sharia and Local Cultural Values in a fair and balanced way.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keyword</strong><strong>s</strong><strong>: </strong>Local Wisdom, Values and Al-Azhar Tafsir<strong></strong></p>

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The development of sophisticated social media can post content in the form of text, video, sound and images freely which can be disseminated anywhere and anytime with the help of the internet network. Not infrequently social media users abuse social media as a means to vent their emotions, spread false news, bring down others, and even spread hatred to other people or groups. Not a few people who feel disadvantaged as a result of this hate speech. The author's purpose in raising this phenomenon is to find out how hate speech (hate speech) is in society according to theological studies. Methodologically, this study uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach. The factors that cause the perpetrators to do hate speech (hate speech), namely, factors from within the individual (internal) including the psychological and psychological condition of the individual and factors from outside the individual, namely environmental factors, factors of lack of social control, factors of community interest, factors of ignorance community, as well as facilities, facilities and technological and psychological or psychological progress of the actors, namely high emotional power, besides the factors of facilities, facilities and technological progress are also very influential because of the availability of facilities and facilities that are easily available and increasingly sophisticated technological advancements making it easier for each social media users access all information without limits. Efforts to overcome the occurrence of hate speech (hate speech) crime in social media that consists of penal and non-penal efforts. Where penalties consist of imposing sanctions on perpetrators by imprisonment in accordance with what has been stipulated in the ITE Law to provide a deterrent effect. <p class="Default"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="Default">Penelitian ini berawal dari asumsi dasar bahwa kampus sebagai tempat pendidikan tinggi dalam menghasilkan generasi penerus agama dan profesional tentu memerlukan situasi yang nyaman bagi orang-orang akademis sesuai dengan Visi UIN SU yang terus mengembangkan infrastruktur kampus belakangan ini. Untuk alasan ini, penting untuk melihat pandangan komunitas akademik UIN SU tentang kenyamanan konsep ruang UIN SU berdasarkan pengetahuan, pengalaman, sebagai Muslim dan pemilik budaya lokal. di Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan skala likert dalam mengukur skala persepsi subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pejabat struktural di kampus UIN SU, dosen biasa, karyawan, dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sivitas akademika UIN SU umumnya memiliki persepsi positif terhadap perencanaan tata ruang dan tata ruang bangunan di kampus UIN SU Medan, yang mencapai rata-rata 62,25%. Namun, 60,6% dari komunitas akademik masih menyatakan bahwa infrastruktur UIN SU belum dapat diakses oleh para penyandang cacat, 43,7% mengatakan bahwa sirkulasi di dalam dan ke luar kampus tidak lancar dan 40,8% mengatakan bahwa ruang terbuka hijau tidak cukup. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa komunitas akademik memiliki persepsi moderat atau netral terhadap sirkulasi di luar kampus, kenyamanan, kebersihan dan aroma, dan kenyamanan iklim. Di sisi lain, pembangunan infrastruktur kampus sebelumnya tidak memperhatikan hubungan sosial, dan bangunan dalam konteks Islam dan budaya lokal. Kemudian beberapa infrastruktur atau fasilitas pendukung dibangun sehubungan dengan hubungan sosial siswa, serta struktur bangunan Islam. Untuk alasan ini, penting untuk melihat kebijakan berdasarkan kebutuhan ruang terbuka hijau, keramahan infrastruktur untuk penyandang cacat dan sistem sirkulasi masuk dan keluar kampus yang tidak membingungkan. Juga penting untuk merumuskan kebijakan pembangunan infrastruktur yang menyediakan ruang yang nyaman untuk ibadah Muslim dengan sentuhan budaya lokal.</p><p class="Default"><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> Kenyamanan, Persepsi, Ruang kampus, Relasi Sosial, Sosiologi Agama</p><p class="Default"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>This research starts from the rationale assumption of the campus as a place of higher education to produce the next generation of religions and professionals, of course, requires support for academic people in accordance with the Vision of UIN SU, which continues to develop the infrastructure of this developed campus. For this reason, it is important to see the views of the UIN SU academic community about the convenience of the UIN SU space concept based on knowledge, experience, as Muslims and owners of local culture. in North Sumatra. This research uses descriptive quantitative by using Likert scale in measuring the perception scale of research subjects. The research subjects consisted of structural officials at UIN SU campus, ordinary lecturers, employees, and students. The results showed that the general academics of UIN SU had a positive perception of spatial planning and building layout on the UIN SU Medan campus, which reached an average of 62.25%. However, 60.6% of the academic community still stated that UIN SU infrastructure was not accessible to people with disabilities, 43.7% said that circulation on and off campus was inefficient and 40.8% said that green open space was not enough . These findings indicate that the academic community has a moderate or neutral perception of off-campus circulation, comfort, cleanliness and aroma, and comfort comfort. On the other hand, campus infrastructure development previously did not pay attention to social relations, and buildings in Islamic relations and local culture. Then some supporting infrastructure or facilities are built with students' social relations, and Islamic building structures. For this reason, it is important to look at policies on the need for green open space, infrastructure protection for people with disabilities and unauthorized entrance and exit systems of campus circulation.
