The informationalized knowledge sharing of MOOCs not only promotes the change of teaching concept and the reform of teaching methodology, but also provides a new opportunity for the teaching resource integration and sharing between different universities. The present study has constructed an e-Portfolio-based model for the application and sharing of college English ESP MOOCs. In this model, college English ESP MOOCs developed by different universities have been put into the e-Portfolio-based platform for application and sharing, and those MOOCs will be applied in the specific ESP teaching and learning processes. It is hoped that the application of the model will accelerate the development, application and sharing of teaching resources, and the coordination and innovation of knowledge between universities, and advance the professional interaction and the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents based on formative assessment.

Few teachers are remembered beyond the lifetime of their students, and fewer still when their specialty is the history of education. But one exception to this rule is Dr Josep Estalella (1879–1938), whose lifelong involvement with active learning resulted in enduring contributions to teaching methodology and teaching resources. Estalella’s commitment and leadership as director of the “Institut-Escola”, the Government of Catalonia’s progressive secondary school of the 1930s, made pedagogical change possible in Catalan secondary education. One hundred years after it was originally published, Estalella’s Ciència Recreativa (Recreational Science) is still considered to be a valuable teaching resource for helping children develop intellectually through play.

Teachers suffer from educating while students struggle with examination. College English teaching is too time-consuming and inefficient. These have been topics of concern and interest in the reform of college English teaching and learning in China. With the large expansion of the number of universities, the shortage of teaching resources has reached a bottleneck of the quality improvement of higher education in China. In the face of such a dilemma, the integration of computer network technology and curriculum teaching and the realization of the efficient integration of limited resources are an effective way to solve the pressing challenge. In this paper, the problems and advantages of the integrated mode of computer network technology and college English curriculum are discussed.

The dynamism of education requires that teaching and learning follow suit. The globalization of education community has made materials for teaching and learning easily accessible but sometimes being aware that these resources exist is challenging. The present resource manual attempts to address this by highlighting some of the teaching and learning resources that are available to the instructor in animal genetics and breeding. The availability of the Internet has improved the access to teaching resources that will be of assistance to teachers and learners. Taking cognizance of this rich resource, a teaching resource portfolio relevant to the animal genetics and breeding has been developed. The portfolio includes some textbook resources for improvement of general teaching skills and course development; educational visual resources such as videos and internet sites: publishing companies that provide teaching texts as well as ancillary teaching resources; some journals relevant to animal genetics and breeding; and brief descriptions of the items contained in the portfolio. Some recommended articles focusing specifically on current issues in teaching that facilitate the process of learning for students as it may pertain to the animal genetics and breeding classroom as well as online sites of relevant humor content resources are provided. As such, this teaching resource manual is timely in providing instructors in animal genetics and breeding with the links to important teaching resources.

Cloud computing is a new platform for Contemporary College Students' English education. It is based on the construction of theory, cooperative learning and learning community, and is of great help to improve the quality of College Students' English teaching. This paper analyzes and discusses the College English teaching model based on cloud computing. The ecological teaching mode based on cloud computing platform combines cloud computing with ecological teaching concept, which can help teachers abandon the traditional filling teaching mode. The platform can support autonomous learning and meet the requirements of students' personality development. The experimental results show that cloud computing has good openness and sharing. Through cloud computing, the "co construction, sharing and sharing" of high-quality teaching resources can be realized. This method can achieve the balance of educational resources and inject new vitality into the traditional means of College English teaching.

College English, as a compulsory course in college, requires students to put a lot of energy into it. While providing students with high-quality teachers, colleges and universities should also create a good English learning environment for students. According to each student's learning habits and English foundation, an English learning platform should be built for students to meet the needs of different students as much as possible, that is, college English teaching resource database. The establishment of English teaching resource base should be based on information and network technology and popularized through campus network. At present, online English teaching resources on campus are insufficient, relevant equipment is idle, and teaching resources are seriously wasted, which cannot stimulate students' interest in learning English and cultivate their self-learning ability. This paper discusses the application and improvement of the existing college English resource base.
