<p class="apa">This research aims to know and test the influence of leadership styles, work environment and job satisfaction of employees on performance.</p><p class="apa">Research methods with the use of a quantitative approach, the population in this study as many as 45 people while the sample in this research is 45 people. In this study the researchers data analysis using SPSS Statistical computer program version 20.0.</p><p class="apa">The results of this research is the leadership style has an impact on performance, the work environment also have an impact on performance, job satisfaction has an impact on performance, and leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction of influential performance signifiicant.</p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5). Analytical technique used in testing the hypothesis is by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Method using Lisrel 8.80 software. A survey questionnaire was developed and validated. A total 124 questionnaire were distributed to Insurance’s agent</em><em> PT. Askrindo Mitra Utama</em><em> in Jakarta</em><em> and 124 valid responses collected. The result from this study indicates that Leadership Style, Work Environment, Organizational Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; Leadership Style, and Organizational Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; but Work Environment does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and there is a mediating effect of Job Satisfaction that can increase the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Organizational Motivation on Employee Performance.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. NT Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS program. The analysis used includes the analysis of the coefficient of determination, F Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results showed that leadership style affected employee performance, work environment affected employee performance, job stress affected employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>
