<p>The study is to present the impact of changing consumer lifestyle on intention to purchase towards green and <em>Halal</em> foods of the chicken meat industry in Malaysia. The objective of the study is to investigate the factors affecting on intention to purchase towards green and <em>Halal</em> foods of the chicken meat industry in Malaysia. Those factors are natural content, convenience, knowledge of <em>Halal</em> and green foods issue, familiarity, price consciousness, attitude towards purchasing and demographic profile. There are 377 respondents with using simple random sampling and questionnaires for interviewing. Descriptive analysis, correlation, ANOVA and factor analysis will be tested into this study. This study would be provided the benefits of consumers’ lifestyle towards the intention to purchase towards green and <em>Halal</em> foods as the selecting of the chicken meat in consumer market. Moreover, the implication of this study is to get the niche market (which is <em>Halal</em> and green marketing) knowledge and information towards the chicken meat industry in Malaysia.</p>

Temanggung regency is the largest garlic producer region in Central Java Province. However, its productivity is still low compared to the other regencies since garlic farmers have not achieved technical efficiency and limitary garlic farming technology.  Hence, it is necessary to investigate whether the input application in the process of garlic production has been at technically efficient level or not. This research aims to determine factors affecting garlic production, the level of technical efficiency and technical inefficiency of garlic farming in Temanggung Regency. The location of the research was determined by using purposive sampling. The sample selection used simple random sampling method with  60 garlic farmers as the respondent. The result shows that production factors such as land area, garlic seed, ZK fertilizer, pesticide and the level of application of garlic GAP-SOP have significant effect on garlic production. The average value of farmer’s technical efficiency is 0,811. It means that respondents in this study have been technically efficient. The socio-economic factors affecting technical inefficiency are the age, the number of worker in a family, the level of education and participation rate within farmer group. The improvement effort of technical efficiency of garlic farming can be done by optimizing the contribution of farmer group as a facility to access information. Therefore, it is able to improve the skills and knowledge of farmers to farm garlic.

Due to globalization and the impact of industrialization and urbanization, natural resources are wasted, and popular consumption leads to environmental waste. The problem of waste that deteriorates individual and social life is a prominent current issue. Recycling, described as the remanufacturing, production and employment of collected material, is an important solution to that problem. The present study aimed to determine the awareness of pre-service social studies teachers about the concept of environmental waste recycling and to analyze acrostic poems written by the participants. The study findings included the views of the pre-service social studies teachers. A semi-structured interview form was developed by the authors under expert supervision and employed to collect the views of the pre-service teachers. The pre-service teachers included in the study sample were assigned with simple random sampling technique and the study group included 162 pre-service social studies teachers. The descriptive survey model was employed in the study, the data were analyzed with content and descriptive analysis techniques to determine thematic codes. Furthermore, an acrostic poem authoring activity on the concept of recycling was conducted with the participants. The poems authored by the participants are presented as a category in a table in the findings section. The study findings revealed significant results on the recycling concept and processes. It was determined that the views of the participating pre-service social studies teachers reflected a high level of awareness on the concept of recycling and exhibited various perspectives on the implementation.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples”the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. The company should manage the work stress level to fulfil workers' job satisfaction and avert adverse effects to the company's activities.

The special role of the consumer market in the economy determines the increased attention of the state to the development of domestic trade. Domestic trade stimulates the development of production, transport, communications and other service industries, makes a significant contribution to GDP and tax revenues. For this purpose, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the consumer market of goods, a functional market, where the object is a product that meets the needs of the population, and the subjects are sellers who promote the goods and handle the sale process. The article considers the impact of the trade infrastructure of the consumer market and its constituent elements on the socio-economic development of the Irkutsk region. An analysis of the main factors affecting the current state of retail chains is given. Ways to increase the activity of the regions trade infrastructure are proposed.

The present study aims to observe the impact of extracurricular activities on the academic performance of students at the secondary level in Multan city. All the students at the secondary level in the public sector of Multan city are the population of this study. Three hundred student’s 9th and 10th classes from (two) secondary schools from Multan city were selected. For this study, the researcher uses a simple random sampling technique. A total of 30 survey questions were developed based on Likert-scale type statement options (SA, A, N, DA, SDA), keeping in mind the objective of the study. The data were tabulated and analyzed by using descriptive statistical techniques. The MS-Excel is used for the descriptive analysis of the data. The study concluded that there is a severe need for the introduction of extracurricular activities, orientation programs for the students of secondary level. Extracurricular activities have a positive influence on students' life by improving their behavior, academic performance, better exam scores, more regular class attendance, a better self-image, due to these aspects which makes the students life more successful. Finally, the study suggests that Government should support the introduction of extracurricular activities in all secondary schools, allocate special funds, appoint special trainers/teachers, and fix their pay equal to other subject teachers.

Tourism plays a vital role in getting to know and understand each other. In this regard, the main purpose of this research chapter is to understand the relationship between tourism and attitude change and the factors affecting this relationship. Firstly, the role of tourism in changing attitudes is discussed within the framework of Allport's Contact Hypothesis, and then qualitative research results are given. The phenomenology research design was used in the research, and the interview method was preferred in obtaining data. Six open-ended questions were asked to 12 tourists, who came to Şırnak, determined by the purposeful sampling method, with a semi-structured interview form. The answers given by the participants were determined by the descriptive analysis method. The research reveals that tourism is critical in eliminating problems between societies, opening social communication channels, reducing prejudices, and making existing attitudes more positive.

One of the fundamental indicators that characterize the state of the socio-economic situation in the region is the quality of life of the population. To this end, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the volume of consumption of goods per capita, as well as the logistics component of the development of the consumer market. The article considers the impact of the trade infrastructure of the consumer market and its constituent elements on the quality of life of the population of the Irkutsk region. The analysis of the main factors affecting the standard of living of the population is given. Ways to improve the quality of life in the region are proposed.

The fundamental point of the investigation was to assess the effect of various components on the pay of rural women in the region Faisalabad. For this, a stratified sampling procedure was utilized. At the first stage, the Faisalabad district was chosen purposively. In the second stage, five regions of each class were chosen through a simple random sampling technique. The total sample size was comprised of 150 respondents. A pre-tested questionnaire was used to gather the information from chosen respondents through the personal interview technique. Descriptive Statistics were used to explore the socio-economic characteristics of rural women. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to estimate the impact of different factors affecting the income of rural women. According to the estimated results, the age of the respondents has a positive and highly significant impact. This indicates that one year increase in the age of women would increase her income by 0.314 units. The estimated result of education described that for every one year in an increase in schooling year of women will increase the income by 0.191 unit. The variable of family sizes of the respondents has a significant and positive effect on the respondent’s income. Working hours of the respondents have a positive and significant effect on respondent’s income. The satisfaction of the respondents has a positive and significant effect on the respondent’s income. Female participation in the market increases with the growing levels of higher education. It is recommended that the government should provide education to the females especially in rural areas.

E-commerce and online shopping is the future of global trade, hence the importance of building E-customer loyalty and maintaining it in the electronic markets becomes even more important. This paper attempts to identify factors affecting the value of electronic commerce in the Saudi environment. Likewise, it explores the impact of these factors on E- customer loyalty. Simple random sampling was used for the purposes of the current study, as the first study included 247 electronic customers. Data were collected through electronic questionnaires sent to the study participants. The results show that the factors had a positive impact in building E- customer loyalty Care, Character, Choice, Convenience, Customization, and Cultivation. Basically, e-commerce is considered a pioneer in business organizations today, and this is witnessed by its increasing and growing profits and expanding its market share, through its focus on the E-loyalty customers.
