The background of this research stems from the interest of researchers about the importance of the role of principal leadership in strengthening character education. This study aims to determine the type, role, and implementation of the character education strengthening program at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research taking place at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection are done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by transcript, coding, comparing and contrasting. Checking the validity of the data by means of triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques, and triangulation of time. The results showed that: (1) the type of leadership applied by the principal is a type of democratic leadership where the principal always provides encouragement, motivation and innovation for teachers, employees and students to continue to excel and continue working. (2) The implementation of the character education strengthening program using the habituation and culture methods of 5S (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Polite, and Polite) character education strengthening programs are supported by school members so that the program has been implemented optimally. (3) the principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and as a motivator.

ABSTRACT                This study aims to answer: 1) the role of school principals in developing school culture in Muhammadiyah Sangonan Elementary School 2, 2) supporting factors and obstacles for school principals in developing school culture in SD Muhammadiyah Sangonan 2.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques using interactive data models Miles and Huberman.The results of the study are as follows: 1) the role of the principal in developing school culture through 4 roles namely the role of the principal as manager, the role of the principal as leader, the role of the principal as an innovator and the role of the principal as motivator. The role of the principal as a manager includes the principal taking actions or efforts taken to develop school coursework (compiling the program), joint efforts of the teacher in developing a better school culture, mobilizing teachers to take part in implementing the developed school culture. This study aims to find and explain the meaning of Tanduak dance movements in Nagari Lubuk Tarok as well as their relevance to the value of character education. This study used a qualitative research in analyzing and finding a narrative from a Tanduak dance. Data sources in this study were obtained from key informants, interviews, and documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, documentation and other findings. Data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicated that the Tanduak dance consists of three types of movements; ampek, salo and sambah. These three movements show a meaning relevant to the value of character education. Ampek means openness and respect for the audience, in line with friendly/communicative values. Salo means swift but sure, this movement is in harmony with the value of hard work and responsibility. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tari Tanduak terdiri dari tiga ragam gerak yaitu gerak langkah ampek, gerak langkah salo dan gerak sambah/penutup. Ketiga gerak ini menunjukkan makna yang relevan dengan karakter masyarakatnya. Gerak langkah ampek bermakna keterbukaan dan penghormatan terhadap khalayak, selaras dengan nilai kebersamaan/komunikatif. Gerak langkah salo bermakna sigap namun pasti, gerak ini selaras dengan nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab. Gerak sambah/ penutup bermakna penghormatan dan ramah tamah, selaras dengan nilai cinta damai.Kata kunci: tari tanduak, makna, karakter

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to (1) describe students' perception of entrepreneurial values, (2) analyze Pancasila values that need to be developed in entrepreneurial learning and (3) describe the construction of entrepreneurial learning to produce Pancasila entrepreneurs. The method in this study was qualitative research. The sample in this study was Universitas Negeri Surabaya students who had taken Entrepreneurship courses, as many as 48 students. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation in the form of questionnaires and photos of activities. Data analysis techniques using reduction, presentation and conclusion. The conclusions of this study are (1) the perception of students has a positive category on the benefits of entrepreneurship, mental attitude and their views on Pancasila entrepreneurs, (2) the Pancasila values developed are the values in sila 1 and value 2 which are directly related to the substance of entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, other precepts also need to be a supporter and perfect attitude as an Indonesian and (3) the construction of the entrepreneurship course offered aims to complete the Entrepreneurship course module formulated by the 2016 Entrepreneurship Team, which is through tasks that are given mental attitude processes, personal formation and implementation of the Pancasila values.

The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

This research is located in Pakraman Karang Sari, Village Office Suana, Nusa Penida in tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri which aims to determine the function of local communities in the management of the attraction in the development and planning as a community-based tourism destination.         Data collection techniques in this study, by observation, in-depth interviews with 6 informant, and documentation study by taking a picture in the attractions of Goa Giri Putri. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami secara komprehensif nilai-nilai humaniora dalam antologi puisi "Blues untuk Bonnie" karya WS Rendra. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dan teknik analisis data dengan analisis isi melalui kajian struktural semiotik. Hasil penelitian yakni antologi puisi Blues untuk Bonnie karya WS Rendra mengandung nilai-nilai humaniora yang terlihat melalui tanda-tanda semiotik berupa moralitas, simpati, empati, kasih sayang, kepedulian, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa masih banyak jenis-jenis karya sastra yang dapat dijadikan objek kajian dengan menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan yang berbeda untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan terutama pendidikan karakter bagi siswa dan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi terhadap pengajaran sastra di sekolah lanjutan sampai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk penyusunan bahan ajar atau pengembangan model pembelajaran apresiasi sastra sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah pendidikan karater bangsa. Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai humaniora, antologi puisi, kajian struktural semiotik Abstract The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the humanities values in antology of poetry "Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra. The research used content analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used library study and data analysis techniques with content analysis through the study of structuralism semiotic. The result was the antology of poetry 'Blues for Bonnie" by WS Rendra contains humanities values seen through semiotic signs are morality, symphaty, empbaty, love, care, togetherness, and tolerant. The findings lead to the recomendation that there are still many kinds of literary works which can be the object of research by using different approaches for investigating education characters! values for students. This finding implicates to literary instruction in schools to universities in forms of teaching materials or literary appreciation instruction as one of the alternative problem solving of the nation character education.
