Valuation of the value and structure of capital using the discounted cash flow (DNT) method is one of the safer and more valid methods used by the valuation team to evaluate the value of the capital. It essentially involves the application of capital appreciation through a yield method of calculation. The data obtained by applying this method are confidently presented in the results of the assessment team, which are submitted to the top management of the company. The aim of this paper is to show the advantages of applying the method of estimating the value of the capital of the company, because in comparison with other methods of valuation, this method is viewed as a unique entity for profit making. This chapter aims to provide a theoretically based and proven educational design for lessons learned. Called a proactive review, this educational design is exemplified in a case study of a global information technology company classified as big business, where proactive reviews were developed and implemented in over 40 countries. This chapter explores how employees who solve a task together can learn from the experience and share this learning with relevant colleagues to improve work practices, services, and/or products. This chapter describes the format of proactive reviews, suggestions for starting points called PR triggers, and the four roles involved—the participant, sponsor, top management, and facilitator. The tangible and intangible results of proactive reviews are presented with their impacts on the participants, their teams, and the organization's products, services, and/or work practices. Finally, the chapter provides recommendations for implementing and maintaining proactive reviews in organizations.

The article examines and systematizes factors affecting the viability of an agricultural enterprise (external: economic, political, legal, technological, climatic, socio-demographic, market) and internal factors (financial and economic, material and technical, production and technological, personnel and intellectual , innovative and environmental), which made it possible to substantiate the differences in the parameters for assessing the viability of an agricultural enterprise and, on this basis, build a three-vector model for assessing the viability of an enterprise for a targeted search for possible ways to increase its viability. An algorithm for assessing the viability of an enterprise has been built, including an assessment of the dynamics of indicators, their factor analysis and determination of the state of viability, which allows not only assessing the current state, but also predicting future development, which makes it possible for the enterprise to timely identify deviations and make informed management decisions. The practical significance of the obtained results of the study lies in the possibility of using the obtained theoretical and methodological provisions in the practical activities of agricultural enterprises to ensure their viability through the application in practice of evaluating the parameters that determine the viability of an enterprise as a tool for managing sustainable development.

In a diversified global business, there is presence of international competition and many hidden risks. Still, internationalization of business represents the only sustainable long-term strategic choice for a company. Since the organizational capacities are recognized as the only irreplaceable resource in a company, their relevance emerges in modern economy. However, business praxis is such that only one person is responsible for most business decisions in a company, especially smaller ones. Therefore, export often represents a secondary activity because the management is limited to leading the businesses on the local market. Consequently, the goal of this paper is to test the consistency of organizational capacities involved around export activities, as well as their influence on the export result. Survey, researched on a sample of export companies in Croatia, showed that organizational capacities for export activities have a two sided effect on business. In fact, the support of management in bringing different, risky decisions have a negative effect, while controlling standard procedures and encouraging creativity and efficiency of employers have a positive effect.

The study was conducted to identify and test empirically the influence of auditor opinion which is an external factor, and sales growth which is the company's internal factors on the firm’s value. The study was conducted on consumer goods industry sector companies for the period 2013-2017. Samples totaling 17 companies was selected purposively, so that 85 observations were obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show 1) the auditor's opinion does not affect the firm's value. 2) Company sales growth has a positive effect on firm’s value. Based on the results obtained, the research has theoretical implications, that is, it can support signal theory and become another research reference source related to firm’s value. The practical implication is to be considered by investors, creditors, and other interested parties in making business decisions. Keywords: auditor opinion, company sales growth, firm value

This article examines the main factors that affect creativity in startups and how these factors influence entrepreneurial initiative strategies. Fifty individuals from the Extremadura region, Spain, participated in an online questionnaire in 2018 and 2019. SmartPLS was used to create a model of the interactions between variables. The results obtained have important theoretical and practical implications as they add new findings to the current literature on the role played by different factors in the creativity processes used by startups. The model has a strong predictive power (R2 = 42.7%). This work describes internal factors such as the improvement in intellectual and attitudinal skills for identifying business opportunities as a preliminary step to taking creative business decisions, as well as shaping the future by coordinating potential efforts and actions.
