Studying the historical facts of past wars and armed conflicts and natural and man-made emergencies, today in the Republic of Kazakhstan one of the most important security issues is the preparation and organization of the evacuation of the population from possible dangerous zones, taking into account the emergence of new threats to the country’s security. The paper presents an algorithm for constructing universal scales of the distribution function of opportunities by types of support and rebuilding them into subject scales using display functions. The purpose of the paper is to determine the integral indicators characterizing the possibility of accommodation of the evacuated population and the impact on resources during relocation. On the subject scales of cities and districts of the region, indicators of the possibility of relocation of a certain amount of the evacuated population by types of support and indicators characterizing the impact on the district’s resources during resettlement of a certain amount of the evacuated population are determined. It was concluded that the use of integrated indicators allows the selection of areas to accommodate the evacuated population without the use of statistical data, in conditions of incomplete and inaccurate information. The presented method does not replace traditional methods based on classical methods of territory assessment by the level of life sustenance, but also allows their reasonable combination with the experience of specialists in this field, taking into account the incompleteness, uncertainty, and inconsistency of the initial data of the study area, which does not allow the application of existing methods.

This article is dedicated to the problem of the choice of name for a text semantic field formed within a literary text. The goal consists in determination of factors that hinder or preclude the naming of a text field. The subject of this research is the text semantic field observed particularly in the novels of F. M. Dostoevsky “The Idiot” and I. S. Turgenev “Home of the Gentry”. The author establishes that the text semantic field is closely connected to the contexts where elements of the field can be equitable, which complicates determination of the core and periphery of a text field, namely its name. In the course of research, the author applied the methods of analysis of scientific literature, interpretation of literary text as an aesthetic system, and method of semantic analysis. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the author is first to discuss the question of difficulties of naming a text field using the materials of the novels “The Idiot”  by F. M. Dostoevsky and “Home of the Gentry” by I. S. Turgenev. The conclusion is made that in majority of cases a text field can be named by the most frequent element therein. At the same time, the name “Idiot” in F. M. Dostoevsky’s novel does not fully reveal the content of a text field. In some instances it is impossible to name a text field (as in the novel “Home of the Gentry” by I. S. Turgenev), since elements of the field deal with the equitable mutual implication.

In the course of this research, the authors applied the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparative analogy, logical research, and institutional analysis. The following conclusions were made: - there are fundamental differences between a collaboration and a classical organization, which makes collaboration more flexible and efficient under the current circumstances; - from the legal perspective, collaborations can function in form of unincorporated joint venture. The novelty consists in the original approach towards determination of distinctive characteristics of a collaboration and a standard organization.

The text concerns the subject of the disease in Ukrainian literature based on the novel by Maria Matios Sweet Darusia. The novel was published in 2003, has received many awards and is one of the most famous Ukrainian novels of the last decades. Many Ukrainian literary scholars have written about this novel, including Sofi a Filonenko, Jaroslaw Holoborodko, Nila Zborowska and Tamara Hundorowa. Maria Matios analyzes in Sweet Darusia an illness as a metaphor for social and cultural phenomena. In the fi rst part of my paper, I analyse the metaphor of a disease and dysfunction in Ukrainian literature. The second part of the text is about a disease as a consequence of the traumatic experience of the heroine, in which Maria Matios illustrates the problems of memory of the Ukrainian nation. Diseases, dysfunctions, and pathological states are quite popular motifs in the Ukrainian prose of the independence period. They appear, among others, in the texts of Yuri Andrukhovych, Stepan Procuik, Oksana Zabuzko, Yuri Gudz, and Yuri Izdryk. All mentioned authors combine a state of disease with the mental, political and economic condition of post-Soviet society. In Ukrainian prose, the disease is a posttraumatic symptom, manifested in both the individual plan – in the hero’s body and psyche – and also with a broader, over-individual dimension, allowing to diagnose the condition of post-totalitarian space residents. In the novel Sweet Darusia, physical suff ering and illness of the main character is an image of a historical trauma experienced by totalitarian society. The illness in this novel is the starting point for self-refl ection and the stimulus to construct new identifi cation, basing on what is individual, human, intimate but often painful and difficult to accept.

Problem and goal. Determination of the place and role of education in the national security system at the present stage based on the analysis of the foreign and Russian regulatory framework, as well as scientific literature on the subject of the study. Methodology. Through the analysis and parallel comparison of the main domestic and foreign regulatory legal acts in the field of security, the key transformations of the perception and vision of education as a factor of national security in foreign countries and Russia were identified, and the causal relationships between the development of the education system and national security were formulated. Results. The problems of national security in all their diversity are significantly related to the state and sustainability of the development of the educational sphere, the impact of which is long-term and has far-reaching consequences in the form of imbalances in the socio-economic, scientific and technological development of the country. Conclusion. The formalization of existing approaches to assessing threats to national security and the economic aspects of ensuring national security will allow us to propose a methodology for quantifying the costs of the education system as a whole (or only for higher education), necessary to optimize the impact of education on national security.

The subject of this research is analysis of the impact of tastes in music and art upon self-determination of youth. The key problem is to identify the specificity of formation of personal preferences of youth in the process of music consumption in the context of modern cultural industries. The scale and mechanisms of the impact of music as a sociocultural factor of socialization, identification, cultural demarcation and, most importantly, social differentiation and cultural diversity are insufficiently studied. The problem of studying sociocultural capacity of tastes in music and art consists in poor perception for the sociological research on cultural determination of the practices of within and outside the intergenerational semantic (symbolic) distinction and unity within the youth environment. The goal is to search the methods for formation and representation of tastes in culture, and namely, in music and art as the elements comprising semantic and value structure of identity of a young person.  The core of the strategies for creating semantic and value structure in the course of sociocultural socialization of a person are music and art patterns that manifest in Russian youth born between 1987 and 1997 in relation to various musical genres, practices, performers and those with different tastes in music and art. Music alongside tastes in music in the context of self-determination of youth fulfill a function of worldview, behavioral and ideological reference points, an instrument for postulating new values, as well as reconsideration and of the established preferences, attitudes and patterns.

The article considers and analyzes the determination of the reliability of information, objects and subjects of information, which will become the first step for the development of such a method that will affect the reliability of information resources. The term reliability of information should be understood as the proximity of information to the original source and adequate perception of the object of consideration by the subjects of the information space. As objects of information security act a person, society and the state. All types of information that meets the needs of the subject meet such properties as the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. As to the impact on information and its processing, the greatest interest is threats. The threat in its general form will be any potentially possible adverse effect on objects that (which) causes damage to the subject of information activity. Recently, the influence on the reliability of information has become much widespread, and therefore there has been a phenomenon like false information. For a simple example, this is news, social networking sites, fake rating sites, by which certain groups of people or individuals draw the attention of society to incorrect events in the wrong way. Such information, in particular, is unreliable, is spreading at a high rate, gradually being replenished with new details that are the reaction of individuals. The ways of appearance of inadequate information are considered. Also, recommendations are provided to identify false information. Given the fact that the reliability of the information depends on the publications itself, analysts should pay attention to the source, carefully study the facts underlying the information, carefully check the questionable information. An unreliable researcher should consider information coming to the information space from "confidential" sources, even if the material contains a link to the organization represented by the "source".
