This research study sheds light on students' views toward mathematics as a subject, and particularly the role of teachers in the formation of these views. Data were collected using questionnaire surveys as a quick means for gathering students' views. This method of data collection has also been found to be convenient for the study participants. Results gleaned throughout this study have significant implications for mathematics pedagogy and research.

Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam  tempoh  perkawinan  maupun  pasca perceraian.  Namun,  mutakhir  ini,  banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya  nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan   memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami  hal  berkaitan  agama  Islam  serta  mengetahui  hak  dan  tanggung  jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. This law has been contained in the Koran and as it is known by all Muslims, one of the obligations of a husband is to provide a living for his wife both in the period of marriage or post-divorce. However, these cutting-edge, many cases involve the behavior of husbands who neglect the living wives post-divorce. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to test a positive spiral of self-efficacy among public employees. The spiral proposes that self-efficacy is positively related to extra-role behaviors. These behaviors in turn are positively related to subsequent self-efficacy. Design/methodology/approach A total of 260 public employees participated in three waves of data collection: self-efficacy (T1); extra-role behaviors (T2); self-efficacy (T3). Findings The results confirmed the existence of a positive spiral of self-efficacy. There was a positive and significant link from self-efficacy of employees (T1) to extra-role behaviors (T2). In addition, it was found a positive and significant relationship between extra-role behaviors (T2) and subsequent self-efficacy (T3) once the link from self-efficacy in T1 and T3 was controlled for. The mediation role of extra-role behaviors was also confirmed. Originality/value The examination of positive spirals is one of the critical challenges of the investigation of personal resources. In the current research study, the authors test the positive spiral of a critical personal resource such as self-efficacy. Additionally, the lagged design permits a solid test of the aforementioned spiral.

This paper starts by giving a rationale for why there is value in explicitly teaching second-language (L2) learners pragmatics in the target language. The importance of a research basis for choosing pragmatic materials to teach is underscored, and the focus is put on sources for materials on pragmatics and the means of data collection. Issues in the teaching of pragmatics are considered, including determining which material to teach, how to prepare teachers to teach it, and the role of teachers in facilitating the learning of pragmatics. Next, L2 pragmatics is viewed from the learners' perspective, in terms of the learning and performance of pragmatics, as well as approaches to assessing what it is that learners are able to do in a pragmatically appropriate way. Finally, consideration is given to the role of technology in making pragmatics accessible to learners, with reference to a website for teachers and curriculum writers and to websites designed for learners of specific languages such as Japanese and Spanish. Recent work on virtual environments for practicing Spanish pragmatics is discussed and preliminary findings from a small-scale study of this effort are reported.

The research is purposed to describe indicates behavioral discipline a student of class XII social class in Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin is still very low. The research was carried out in Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin. Methods used in this study was a qualitative methodology, in order that understanding of object subjects will be deep and holistic. Technique data collection in this research done by means of interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the research done known way the implementation of character education through role of teachers in forming behavioral discipline students in a school namely by exemplary good which can be used role model for students, planting religious values, and motivate of students to be more disciplined in at home and outside the classroom and by means of enforcement sanction or punishment for every violation done by students in form points offense that adapted to the level. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah SMIP 1946 Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sehingga dengan demikian pemahaman mengenai objek yang diteliti akan lebih mendalam dan holistik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui cara implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui peran guru dalam membentuk perilaku disiplin siswa di sekolah yaitu dengan keteladanan yang baik yang dapat dijadikan panutan bagi para siswanya, penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan, dan memberikan motivasi terhadap siswa untuk lebih berdisiplin baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas serta dengan cara penegakkan sanksi atau hukuman atas setiap pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa dalam bentuk poin pelanggaran yag disesuaikan dengan tingkat pelanggarannya. Penyebab siswa tidak menaati peraturan tata tertib disiplin seperti sering terlambat masuk sekolah, membolos, keluar pada jam pelajaran berlangsung, hal ini berasal dari beberapa faktor diantaranya dari keluarga, lingkungan, dan diri anak sendiri.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Peran Guru, Disiplin Siswa

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the teacher of Islamic religious education in actualizing the tolerance attitude to the students and how the tolerance of the students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are, First, the role of teachers in instilling an attitude of tolerance towards students, namely acting as an informator, motivator, director, facilitator and evaluator that aligns with tolerance material. Second,  the tolerance of students in this case, namely the attitude of tolerance towards friends, the attitude of tolerance towards teachers, the attitude of tolerance towards the school community and the attitude of tolerance towards parents.

In this essay, Rachel Schachter and Donald Freeman present the familiar problem in studying and improving teaching: how to connect what teachers know and think with what they do as they teach. They outline how research on the public and private worlds of teaching has become bifurcated, with the private side of the work often disconnected from observable practices, and contend that focusing on how public actions and private reasoning are connected is crucial to more fully understanding teaching. They revisit stimulated recall as a research procedure that connects the public and private in teaching, reviewing how it has been used in studying teachers' decision-making and questioning assumptions that generally frame the procedure as a means of data collection. This critique distinguishes stimulated recall as a procedure for collecting data from the claims and the justifications on which it is based. In shifting the basis of the approach, Schachter and Freeman argue that the procedure offers a practical vehicle for researchers to use in both connecting the two worlds and repositioning the role of teachers in the study of their work.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in the development of primary school pupils' ability to compose basic phrases. The descriptive qualitative research approach was adopted in this study. The information was gathered through observation, interviews, and the review of records. Participants in the study were first-grade instructors at SDN 151 Pekanbaru, in the province of Riau. Data triangulation is used in the data credibility test because it allows researchers to double-check their findings by comparing them to other sources. According to the Miles and Huberman data analysis model, there are three steps: (1) data collection (data collection), (2) data presentation (data presentation), and (3) conclusion formulation and verification (conclusion drawing). The findings of the study indicate that the teacher's role in helping grade I students at SDN 151 Pekanbaru learn to write basic sentences has been going fairly well, with numerous stages, such as being a teacher, mentor, trainer, and learning manager, all of which have been quite successful. In addition to improving the quality of the teaching and learning process by providing adequate learning facilities, the findings of this study have broader ramifications.

This study aims to describe the role of teachers as educators in developing the discipline character of students in class IV A 01 Kota Bengkulu Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. The subjects of the study were the principal, grade IV A teachers, and grade IV A students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing perseverance and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the teacher as an educator in developing the character of student discipline has been carried out in class IV A. The role of the teacher in developing the character of student discipline consists of as motivators, facilitators and evaluators. As a motivator the teacher has given encouragement to students to always be disciplined in the classroom, as a facilitator the teacher has provided the facilities needed by students to develop the character of their discipline and as an evaluator the teacher has also conducted an evaluation to see the extent of the development of the discipline character of students in the class.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the combined method of rote learning the Qur'an to improve discipline students in kindergarten class B Sutopadan ABA Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects were teachers and students. Research held in April 2017. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a model Milles and Huberman of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Mechanical examination of the validity of data by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that: the combined method of memorization of the Koran are applied in TK ABA Yogyakarta Sutopadan very helping teachers to improve discipline children through various stages that are contained within the combined method recitation of the Qur'an, not only improve discipline children get from a combined method of memorizing Qur'anic memorization but can improve children's ability to quickly and correctly, role of teachers in the implementation of the discipline through a combined method of recitation of the Qur'an is to provide room for the recitation of the Qur'an and also provide a special teacher for Qur'an memorization activities in order to apply the combined method recitation of the Qur'an properly, combined method recitation of the Qur'an are now children are able to follow all the activities in an orderly manner, to respect teachers and friends, to comply with the pseudoa regulation that exist in schools, only that children in kindergarten ABA Sutopadan has been able to memorize up to 30 juz quickly and correctly. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan metode gabungan pembelajaran hafalan al-qur’an untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas B di TK ABA Sutopadan Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Penelitian dipelaksanakan pada bulan April 2017. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Milles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: Metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an yang diterapkan di TK ABA Sutopadan Yogyakarta sangat membantu guru untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak melalui berbagai tahapan-tahapan yang terdapat didalam metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an ini, bukan hanya meningkatkan kedisiplinan yang anak dapatkan dari metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an ini melainkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal anak dengan cepat dan benar, Peran guru dalam pelaksanaan kedisiplinan melalui metode gabungan  hafalan Al-Qur’an ialah dengan menyediakan ruangan khusus untuk hafalan Al-Qur’an dan juga menyediakan guru khusus untuk kegiatan hafalan Al-Qur’an agar dapat menerapkan metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, memalui penerapkan metode gabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an sekarang anak-anak mampu mengikuti semua kegiatan dengan tertib, dapat menghargai guru dan temannya, mampu mematuhi semua peraturan yang ada disekolah,bukan hanya itu anak-anak di TK ABA Sutopadan ini sudah mampu menghafal hingga juz ke 30 dengan cepat dan benar.

Abstract: This research aimed to describe and analyze critically about the role of religious teachers in overcoming juvenile delinquency students of SMA Negeri 4 Surabaya. The research was a qualitative research. The data collection conducted by conducting observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis in accordance with descriptive research conducted with induction mindset. The results showed: (1) The role of religious teachers against juvenile students is very good, because juvenile students needed the role of adults in shaping noble and good personality to avoid delinquency in big cities (2) some kind of delinquency conducted by SMA Negeri 4 Surabaya students included disobedient to parents and teachers, skipping school, and how to wear the uniform dressing less polite (3) The role of religious teachers in preventing juvenile delinquency was very important, religious teachers in preventing juvenile delinquency work together with teachers who as counseling guidance (BK) and the principal of SMA Negeri 4 Surabaya and community leaders, by doing preventive action, repressive and curative action.
