Reasonable quantification of uncertainty is a major issue of cognitive infocommunications, and logic is a backbone for successful communication. Here, an axiomatic approach to quantum logic, which highlights similarity to and differences to classical logic, is presented. The axiomatic method ensures that applications are not restricted to quantum physics. Based on this, algorithms are developed that assign to an incoming signal a similarity measure to a pattern generated by a set of training signals.

The study aimed to formulate the basic principles of methodological formulation of quantum journalism concept (Latin –«quantum journalism», abbreviated –QJ with the pronunciation [k’udzei]; in Ukrainian –«kudzhei»).Methodology.In the group of general methods, the method of monistic idealism was chosen, this presupposes the primacy of the spirit. In line with monistic idealism, we rely on the concept of quantum infinity. Among the empirical methods, the axiomatic method and the hypothetical-deductive method were used. The first, the axiomatic method, allowed to put forward positions that did not require proof. On their basis, the theses that formed the axiomatic theory of the functioning of quantum journalism were derived. The hypothetical-deductive method became the basis for making a hypothesis and further proving its validity by deduction.Conclusions.According to the results of the research, the basic principles of methodological systemization of quantum journalism were formulated. When studying the theoretical foundations of quantum journalism, it is necessary to use the potential of quantum theory (mainly its Copenhagen interpretation). The study of practical activities within quantum journalism is carried out based on the position that the trends recorded in the field of the micro-world have their transformations in the macro world. Quantum journalism is considered a social institution, which is a theoretical and practical form of social activity of specialists in social communications and is based on ideas that are hypothetically formulated in mathematics and quantum mechanics. In quantum journalism, the unit of analysis (as well as the unit of measurement) is a synergetic-convergent and cross-transmedia unity, the elements of which alone (in isolation) cannot represent the total action, on the one hand, and which alone do not represent the characteristics of the set, on the other. Keywords: quantum journalism, methodological institutionalization, quantum mechanics, institutionalization.

A model of the knowledge development in natural sciences named "multi-flow model” is analyzed, and two examples of this model are examined. One of them has been formulated in the article of two domestic physicists M. I. Podgoretsky and Ya. A. Smorodinsky, who have explored the applicability of the axiomatic method in physics and concluded that the construction of such axiomatic structures as in mathematics is impossible in natural sciences because, unlike mathematical theories, physical theories are incomplete. The concepts of «meeting» and «contradictions of the meeting» are formulated. It is shown how in the process of analyzing the capabilities of the axiomatic method, the authors develop the mechanism of creating a new model. This mechanism consists of building a hierarchical series of "directions", which are the vertically stacked layers of knowledge. One could hope that the emergence of such directions would enrich modern natural sciences with new opportunities and results. However, the second example developed by a prominent physicist and brilliant methodologist Carl Rovelli, reveals that everything is not so simple. In some cases, newly created non-linear models may lead to a misinterpretation of the development of scientific cognition. It is shown that the terminology used by the authors of the first example is not quite adequate to the content of the model: the main term used by them — "direction" — is not sufficiently defined. In addition, the term changes the meaning of the analysis that has been done. In this regard, it is proposed to introduce a new term "flow" and call the model itself a "multi-flow model". Not multi-directional model, but multi-flow model. In the second example of the multi-flow model, C. Rovelli uses this model to restore the unity and integrity of scientific knowledge that has been destroyed in the post-classical period of science development. This attempt to implement the new synthesis has been made by Rovelli within the framework of the quantum gravity theory.

Given the steady growth in demand for Internet resources (due to specific benefits for users) a significant issue is the governing regulation of relations that develop during the interaction of subjects of legal relations on this sphere. Intellectual property law expands the scope of regulation of legal relations via the Internet. In this regard, there is an essential need for a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical aspects of the protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet. During the study, a number of general scientific methods were used: method of observation, method of comparison, method of experiment, method of convergence from abstract to concrete, method of formalization, axiomatic method, method of analysis, and historical method. As a result of the study, the peculiarities of legal regulation of relations arising in the process of using objects of intellectual property rights on the Internet, which are caused by the difficulty in identifying the infringer of intellectual property rights, determining the place of the crime, the speed of spread of intellectual property on the Internet, low level of legal culture of the population. The ways to improve the system of protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet are the following were suggested.

The notion of affine structures arises in many fields of mathematics, including convex homogeneous cones, vertex algebras, and affine manifolds. On the other hand, it is well known that Frobenius Lie algebras correspond to the research of homogeneous domains. Moreover, there are 16 isomorphism classes of 6-dimensional Frobenius Lie algebras over an algebraically closed field. The research studied the affine structures for the 6-dimensional Borel subalgebra of a simple Lie algebra. The Borel subalgebra was isomorphic to the first class of Csikós and Verhóczki’s classification of the Frobenius Lie algebras of dimension 6 over an algebraically closed field. The main purpose was to prove that the Borel subalgebra of dimension 6 was equipped with incomplete affine structures. To achieve the purpose, the axiomatic method was considered by studying some important notions corresponding to affine structures and their completeness, Borel subalgebras, and Frobenius Lie algebras. A chosen Frobenius functional of the Borel subalgebra helped to determine the affine structure formulas well. The result shows that the Borel subalgebra of dimension 6 has affine structures which are not complete. Furthermore, the research also gives explicit formulas of affine structures. For future research, another isomorphism class of 6-dimensional Frobenius Lie algebra still needs to be investigated whether it has complete affine structures or not.

The system of physical education of students is aimed only at solving current problems - drawing up control and test standards, which does not contribute to the development of their desire for self-improvement, aims to educate obedient performers focused on compliance with the requirements of the physical education program. The purpose of the article: to determine the impact of gymnastic exercises on health, as well as to provide practical recommendations to students. Research methods: theoretical generalization, systematic analysis of data from the scientific literature, axiomatic method. The article substantiates the importance of physical education classes that promote the development of strength qualities in students, as the development of these qualities provides good physical condition and readiness for creative activity. Over the last decade, the situation in Ukraine has been alarming: the health and fitness of student youth has deteriorated sharply. According to medical research centers, up to 90% of pupils and students have health problems, 30-50% of them - unsatisfactory physical fitness. The recommended set of exercises for daily gymnastics to improve the health of students is given. Describes the basic tips that students should follow during gymnastics. The essence of self-control over the state of health of young men during training is revealed. The problem of physical improvement of student youth is relevant today and requires from scientists, coaches and teachers of physical education further scientific and practical research in improving health, physical development and improvement of physical qualities.

The present paper concerns the discourse of metamodernism problem as a type of the anthropological myth. The anthropological myth is considered as a project for describing reality, which models a systematic consistent idea of a human being, reality, status of reality and develops ethic, aesthetic, axiological views of a subject. The article aims to determine the peculiarities of metamodernism as a fictional discourse of the anthropological myth on the basis of XXI century European novel analysis. The analysis is carried out with the use of the comparative method, contextual description methods, axiomatic method, discourse analysis method etc. The topicality of the undertaken research is determined by the appearance of a new fictional discourse in art at the beginning of the XXI century as well as a new aesthetic paradigm, not described yet. The texts of Western European novels written in the first two decades of the XXI century reveal authors’ consistent refusal of the principles traditionally viewed as post-modernist – novels featuring a simulated nature of reality, novels problematizing the relationships between the signifying and the signified, decentralizing the subject etc. The attempts to describe a particular cultural situation as an alternative to postmodernism have been taken since the 80’s of the XX century; metamodernism acts as one of such projects for describing the modern cultural situation. The paper analyzes the interpretation models referring to XXI century art on the basis Western European novels of XXI century. The author of the paper concludes that metamodernism as a fictional discourse of the new anthropological myth reflects a different idea of the reality. Metamodernism as a cultural project aims to “return” ontology, assume the availability of reality outside the cognizing subject’s consciousness, and surpass the iconic nature of reality. From the epistemological point of view, metamodernism offers cognition of the world and “Ego” via experience of “Another Ego”.

The importance of this research is caused by the leading trend in development and successful commercial performance of enterprises, including forestry, that is gained by introduction of information technology. In the era of the industrial revolution, the use of information technology allows businesses to change their own business model, through the use of modern digital technologies in management. In the context of digitalization of society, information itself, as a resource, has a dominant role in management processes and technologies. The issue on information support of management activities of forestry enterprises is vital for managers, as the correct solution of this problem allows to improve the processes of collecting, obtaining, using and storing the received information, which is the basis of information relations. The scientific research is based on the construction of an innovative information support system for forestry enterprises management. Search and formation of the mechanism of information resources management of the enterprises is adapted to application in modern conditions of economy digitalization and is a basis of the study. The subject of the paper is to prove the need of improving theoretical foundations of information support of management activities of forestry enterprises of Ukraine. The main purpose of the research is to clarify the essence of the concept of "information support", "information", "information economy", to determine the main principles of information resources of forest enterprises and to form a model of their management. To perform the study, authors used the following methods of cognition: the axiomatic method, comparison, observation, measurement, monitoring and formalization, defining the essence of the terms "information support" etc. The national economy development proves that the forestry complex is "an economically feasible system of enterprises whose activities are conditioned by the use of forest resources, which develop due to the achievement of competitive advantages and geographical concentration on the terms of public-private partnership." It is proved that in the management system of a forestry enterprise the effective use of information resources on the basis of modern information technologies ensures the strengthening of competitive advantages of the business entity. Until recently, management was seen as a creative, intuitive process based on the experience, trust, knowledge and other qualities of management staff, relevant managers. Under the pressure of information technology, the management principles are modified. It is becoming necessary to change the style and methods of enterprise management, review relationships and improve communication with consumers of services. The introduction of information systems in forestry is an urgent need, the solution of which will reduce the cost of production, assure the ability to control all stages of production, and in general, improve enterprise management. The authors focused on and demonstrated that information support, based on the widespread use of new information technologies, computer and communication equipment, allows to increase the efficiency of forestry enterprises, optimize the use of resources, reduce paperwork through the transition to electronic management technologies.
