The importance of this research is caused by the leading trend in development and successful commercial performance of enterprises, including forestry, that is gained by introduction of information technology. In the era of the industrial revolution, the use of information technology allows businesses to change their own business model, through the use of modern digital technologies in management. In the context of digitalization of society, information itself, as a resource, has a dominant role in management processes and technologies. The issue on information support of management activities of forestry enterprises is vital for managers, as the correct solution of this problem allows to improve the processes of collecting, obtaining, using and storing the received information, which is the basis of information relations. The scientific research is based on the construction of an innovative information support system for forestry enterprises management. Search and formation of the mechanism of information resources management of the enterprises is adapted to application in modern conditions of economy digitalization and is a basis of the study. The subject of the paper is to prove the need of improving theoretical foundations of information support of management activities of forestry enterprises of Ukraine. The main purpose of the research is to clarify the essence of the concept of "information support", "information", "information economy", to determine the main principles of information resources of forest enterprises and to form a model of their management. To perform the study, authors used the following methods of cognition: the axiomatic method, comparison, observation, measurement, monitoring and formalization, defining the essence of the terms "information support" etc. The national economy development proves that the forestry complex is "an economically feasible system of enterprises whose activities are conditioned by the use of forest resources, which develop due to the achievement of competitive advantages and geographical concentration on the terms of public-private partnership." It is proved that in the management system of a forestry enterprise the effective use of information resources on the basis of modern information technologies ensures the strengthening of competitive advantages of the business entity. Until recently, management was seen as a creative, intuitive process based on the experience, trust, knowledge and other qualities of management staff, relevant managers. Under the pressure of information technology, the management principles are modified. It is becoming necessary to change the style and methods of enterprise management, review relationships and improve communication with consumers of services. The introduction of information systems in forestry is an urgent need, the solution of which will reduce the cost of production, assure the ability to control all stages of production, and in general, improve enterprise management. The authors focused on and demonstrated that information support, based on the widespread use of new information technologies, computer and communication equipment, allows to increase the efficiency of forestry enterprises, optimize the use of resources, reduce paperwork through the transition to electronic management technologies.

Urgency of the research. The need to improve the ter-minology of the recreation and tourism sector is due to the emergence of new forms of business organization and the emergence of innovative institutions that significantly affect the processes of socio-economic development. Target setting. There is a scientific problem with the disclosure of the content of innovation in tourism, the innova-tion policy in the recreation-tourism sector, the definition of the innovation policy components, the mechanisms for its formation and implementation. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The literature reflects the evolution of the concept of "innovation in tourism." There are typologies and examples of such innovations. The examples of application of the latest innova-tive technologies at the Ukrainian tourism market are ana-lyzed and presented. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The accumulated theoretical material requires the synthesis and development of methodological recommendations for the formation and implementation of innovation policy in the rec-reational and tourist sector of Ukraine. There is not a single standardized definition of innovation and innovation policy in tourism in the scientific community. The research objective. To reveal the meaning of the definitions: "Innovations in tourism", "Innovation policy in the recreation-tourism sphere". To generalize existing typologies of innovations in tourism. Identify the main factors hampering the implementation of information technology in the recrea-tion-tourism sector of Ukraine. To reveal the main directions of information support of the innovation policy realization process in the recreation-tourism sphere. The statement of basic materials. The article presents the existing definitions of the terms "innovation in tourism", "innovation policy in tourism". The author's interpretation of these terms is given. The existing classification of innova-tions in tourism is generalized. Examples of such innovations are given. The most common information technologies of-fered for use in tourism are presented. These factors re-strain the effective implementation of information technology in tourism. Conclusions. The effectiveness of state innovation poli-cy can be estimated by the impact on the pace of entrepre-neurship, the level of harmonization of innovation policy in society and stimulation of scientific development.

Introduction: The information society generates new forms of organization of the educational process, including the process of passing student practice. Organization and passing of practice requires both practitioners and students to take certain actions that can be accelerated and optimized with the usage of modern information and computer technologies. Recently,the considerable attention has been given to  the issue of organizing the process of student practice by both Ukrainian and foreign scholars. However, the very use of information technology in the organization of student practice data from scientists was not considered. The authors of the article focused on the study of the Internet technologies usage in the organization and practice of students of higher education institutions. The article proposes a new approach to improving the quality of information support for the organization and conducting of student practice. Purpose: Research of the problem with organizing the students' practical training in the system of professional training students at educational levels "Bachelor" and "Master"; Demonstration of the functional capabilities of the created web-based information system "Practice" as an example of the application of modern technologies for information support, analysis and optimization of organizational decision making while undergoing internship in a higher educational institution. Methods: The method of parsing analysis and the method of social modeling for analyzing problem issues in the organization of the  student's practice process and the creation of an appropriate IT project has been applied. Results: A variant of innovative solution and optimization of information provision of the process of organizing various types of student practice with the use of modern information technologies is offered - web-oriented information system. The functionality of the created web-based information system "Practice" has been prepared, tested and described. Web-IP Practice is developed as a web application, the server part of which is implemented on the basis of the AMP software package, which includes: Apache, MySQL, PHP. The components of this complex are distributed with free licenses, thus, the Web IP Practice can function without the usage of expensive software. The modular structure of the system makes it possible to set up access, registration and authentication and manage user data, manage events and generate reporting documents for organization and practice. The proposed web-IP Practice provides opportunities for the following tasks: - informing students about organization and passing of practice; - preparation of documentation package on organization and passing of practice; - management and control of the process of passing the practice; - formation of reporting materials. Conclusion: Application of information technology in the organization of student practice is effective and provides the ability of  automatically formation and control the database, manage and control the process of organizing practices using web technologies. Monitoring the practice of remote access provides cost savings and time optimization. Elaboration of all worksheets (journal of practice) in electronic form and by sharing allows to supervise and effectively organize the close cooperation of the leader and the student during the practice.

Modern trends in the progress of society put small business in a framework when there is a need to grow rapidly and comply with new standards of the business world. The existence of a small business depends on how thoroughly, efficiently and up-to-date it is possible to track the incoming information about the markets and goods with which the business works. The authors argue that providing business with information resources is one of the most important aspects for the successful operation of trade enterprises and increasing their efficiency. For this, this article analyzes the main information systems in trade and the benefits of digitalization. It is information technology that can provide a strategic competitive advantage. In conclusion, the authors make specific proposals for information technology management in small business.

This article is devoted to the process of modeling dynamic systems of city intelligent transport systems (CITS) with the help of information technologies. The proposed means of fundamentally new integrated subsystems CITS, simultaneously covers arrays of heterogeneous data and use modern neural network technologies to provide information support for the management of transport systems. The safety of the ecological state as a result of the influence of urban traffic in the conditions of industrial centers was formalized for information technologies. Descriptions are executed as mathematical models of complex particles of objects of the city intellectual transport network with the use of heterogeneous fragments. Strategies and methods of systematic management are analyzed for solving complex problems of reducing the ecological load of the city. Ontological descriptions in basic model forms that are focused on ensuring the safety and ecology of urban applications to overcome contamination, risks and threats. This direction involves the creation of systems for automated management of transport infrastructure, which at the moment requires the solution of a range of scientific and technical tasks.The built-in neural network models of dependence will effectively solve planning problems with controlling influences on the infrastructure of urban intelligent transport systems, which will improve the characteristics of the traffic flow and reduce the environmental burden on the environment. The analysis of transport infrastructure and the activities of organizations that have a direct influence on it, has allowed us to propose a scheme for the use of heterogeneous information in the information support of the management of environmental safety and the throughput of the street-road network of urban intelligent transport systems. Tourism is a promising and important sector of the national economy that improves and diversifies people's lives by providing them with good recreational, educational, cultural, religious, economic, educational, environmental, humanitarian, communication, holistic and health services as well as meeting the relevant needs. The article thoroughly describes the theoretical aspects and reveals the features of the functioning of tourism companies, in particular, and the tourism industry in general. Demand for a tourist product is the number of ordered services that tourists want and can pay for at a certain price level. The offer of tourist products is the number of offered tourist services that the travel agency wants and can provide. The average costs of a travel agency — is the cost of a particular type of travel service, which depends on the average and marginal productivity of investment in tourism. These arguments are intended to help practitioners take real and effective steps to improve the development of the tourism business, expand its sphere of influence, effective financial design and information support. Information technologies and software in the modern information society and knowledge economy are an important key driver of the progress of science, technology and current economic practice from the microeconomic environment to the megaeconomic level. The tourism industry must participate in this progressive trend. The versatility of information technology and software allows you to calculate, forecast and analyze demand, supply, pricing, optimal allocation of available resources, structure and dynamics of average and marginal costs, as well as average and marginal return on investment, development of financing projects and more. Information technologies and software contribute to the significant facilitation of the choice of tourist routes, modeling of various situations both for tourist companies and for tourists themselves. It is proved that financial design in the tourism business is a very important element of its development and largely depends on the level of implementation and application of information technology and software. It has been found that programming and information processing technologies allow to develop optimal financial projects with minimal errors. Thus, the dynamics of average and marginal costs, the trend of marginal and average productivity, unexpected losses are prevented, funds for the development of intellectual capital, expansion and improvement of production capacities, efficient, careful and rational use of tourist and recreational tourism are calculated with approximate real accuracy.

One of the main enterprise management problems is finding the source of timely, quality, full information for successful realization of projects. For solving this problem the multisystem information technology is offered. The technology unites existing enterprise’s organizational and technical systems which provide creation, transfer, storing, and using project-oriented enterprise information resource. In this paper the expediency of multisystem information technology use is shown and it is model as a cube which has functional, procedure, and basic levels is built. The cube sides are: information technology of user in project activities, information technology of user in operational activities, and multisystem information technology.

In this paper, an analysis theoretical and applied issues related to the realization by a lawyer of his professional rights, aimed at the formation of a proper and admissible base of evidentiary information, as well as the need to use modern information technologies in the lawyer's activity. The purpose of article is reserching the nature of interaction of information and information technologies and professional activity of a lawyer, in particular, through the prism of the use of advanced information technologies in advocacy. In the process of discovering the subject of the research, both the authors of the study used a set of general scientific and special methods, which are characteristic of legal science, both to achieve the purpose of the work and to ensure the scientific objectivity, completeness, reliability and convincing of the obtained results. In particular, with the help of the system-structural method, the general structure of scientific research was formed, which provided the fullest disclosure and solution of the tasks posed to the authors. The dialectical method of knowledge of legal reality provided an opportunity to analyze the different types of information technologies used in the professional activity of a lawyer. General scientific methods of analysis and synthesis have been widely used in the scientific article. The method of systematic analysis, which is one of the main methods of this study, made it possible to achieve the goals and tasks set by the authors, and the synthesis method was used in the construction of the author's conclusions and other theoretical provisions. It is necessary that the multidimensionality of professional activity of the lawyer, namely protection, representation and provision of other types of legal assistance, determines and use of various information technologies in the business of everyday professional activities. Based on the research, it is concluded that information and information technology is an important part of a lawyer's professional activity, the effectiveness of which depends largely on the level of information support of the latter and the ability to use it. The general features of the most common types of information technologies used in the lawyer's activity are revealed, namely: reference and legal systems, information (automated) systems, unified and state registers, Internet, technical devices and programs, etc.

One of the defining directions of the enterprise logistics system in the transport industry in the region is the organization of its activities, which requires the introduction of new progressive ideas in the enterprise management system. It is advisable to design, implement, apply and develop modern information technologies for the practical implementation of complex theoretical approaches to the transport enterprises management in the region. The purpose of the article is to study the process of information technologies implementation in the management system of the transport industry in the region to create a qualitatively new information environment for the provision of transport services. The current state of transportation companies does not meet the growing needs of society and European quality standards, which requires the creation and implementation of an effective integrated automated management system. The content of each stage of the complex automated system creation of enterprise management in the transport branch is revealed. The project of construction of the management information system, its adjustment and necessary adaptation is being prepared in the course of the stages. The functioning of Qguar TMS (Transport Management System) is considered and its advantages are highlighted. It’s defined that the information management system of a transport enterprise is an interaction of management information, subjects of management activity and information technologies. Formation of a complex system of automation of management of entities of the transport industry is one of the existing directions of use of modern information technologies. The implementation results of the selected management information technology at Qguar TMS (Transport Management System) are evaluated in two directions: the first involves an assessment of the financial and economic performance and effectiveness of an investment project for the implementation of management information technology; the second direction is related to the analysis of changes in indicators that characterize the implementation of client-oriented enterprise development strategy: increase of the customer base, market share, regular customers in the total customer base. International business transactions have increased in recent years, triggered by the opening up of markets and the development of information technologies and communications, especially in the cases of small and medium enterprises. In this context, a new type of company is emerging: the so-called 'born global' companies. These organizations have an international profile since their birth, and have not gone through the traditional evolutionary pattern of internationalization. This article describes the theories that explain this new phenomenon, the main features of these new companies and their relationship with information technology (IT), which allows them to generate competitive advantages when entering the international market.

Coordinated control is designed to ensure non-stop passage of a group of cars through all the regulated intersections of the highway at a certain speed. As part of the application of the latest information technologies, the following indicators of the quality of transportation can be improved: timeliness of transportation, transportation safety, economic indicators, transportation speed, information services.
