The article argues the relevance of determining the indicator of military-technical efficiency of the use of military automobile equipment by units and subunits of the National Guard of Ukraine when performing battle actions (operations). Currently, special indicators are used to assess the state of military automotive equipment, which are a numerical expression of the gauges or their relationship. Existing methods of planning technical support, methods for predicting the quantitative assessment of the military-technical efficiency indicator of the use of military automotive equipment during hostilities need further improvement. The article proposes to use a comprehensive indicator, a generalized coefficient of military-technical efficiency of using military automobile equipment during combat actions (operations), as an indicator of military-technical efficiency of using military automobile equipment in combat conditions, and to determine directions for increasing the efficiency of using military equipment. Keywords: automotive technical support; military automotive equipment; military-technical efficiency of using military automobile equipment; performance indicators; technical readiness coefficient; machine use efficiency during battle actions (operations)

Background: Galactagogues are substances that promote lactation, although data on their effects on humans remain limited. We investigated the efficacy of Silitidil to increase milk supply and duration of breastfeeding of a specific subgroup of mothers in need of lactation support. Methods: 161 mothers from November 2018 until January 2021 were the study subjects in this retrospective study; during their hospitalization, due to neonatal or maternal factors that inhibited lactation, they were prescribed galactagogues. Mothers were surveyed by telephone interview via a 13-item questionnaire. Results: 73.91%, were primigravidas, 78.26% gave birth by cesarean section (CS) and 72.05% continued to take galactagogues after hospital discharge. Of the neonates, 24.22% were preterm ≤37 weeks of gestation, and 55.9% had birth weight (BW) between 2500 and 3500 g. With respect to breastfeeding rates, 100% were breastfed during their first week, 98.8% breastfed during the first month, 87% during the first 4 months, dropping to 56.5% at 6 months, 41% at 1 year and 19.3% over 1 year of age. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that administration of a galactagogue containing Silitidil (Piulatte-Humana) improves breastfeeding rates at from 1 until 12 months of life in mothers with low milk supply during their hospital stay. Further studies are needed to generate evidence-based strategies to improve breastfeeding outcomes.

Background: The postpartum period is often portrayed as a blissful, calm and loving time when mothers, partners and family members bond with their newborn babies. However, this time may be experienced quite differently when mothers are monitored by Child Protection Services. Having a baby under these circumstances can be very difficult and traumatizing. While all new parents require support and information to help them through the transition to parenthood and address physical and psycho-social changes, mothers who are involved with Child Protection Services require more specialized support as they encounter higher incidences of postpartum stressors and higher rates of poverty, mental illness and substance abuse. The impact of support for mothers involved with Child Protection Services is not well-understood from the perspective of mothers. Aim: The aim of the study was to understand how new mothers in Nova Scotia prioritized their postpartum needs and where they went to obtain information and support. Methods: Feminist poststructuralism was the methodology used to understand how the experiences of five mothers who accessed a family resource center and had been involved with Child Protection Services in Nova Scotia Canada had been personally, socially and institutionally constructed. Results: Themes include: (1) We are Mothers, (2) Being Red Flagged, (3) Lack of Trust, (4) Us Against Them and (5) Searching for Supportive Relationships. Conclusion: Personal stories from all participants demonstrated how they experienced stigma and stereotypes from healthcare workers and were often not recognized as mothers. They also struggled to find information, supports and services to help them keep or regain their babies.

The review article examines the medical, psychological and social problems that older people face due to the pandemic. The article contains the analysis of the mortality rate in the older age group in different countries. It also demonstrates the negative impact of the pandemic stress on the formation of psychopathological disorders (anxiety, asthenia, panic, cognitive dysfunction). The authors carried out an analysis of psychological support methods for various psychopathological disorders among the elderly, based on both the results of their own clinical experience in the treatment and psychological correction of the disorders of older people experiencing the pandemic, and similar results of other researches in other countries. The results of the presented research during the pandemic suggest that the frequency of asthenia and psychosomatic disorders in patients was increased. The paper presents algorithms for the differential diagnosis and treatment of asthenia as part of the post-covid syndrome. The article contains an objective scientific and practical assessment of the experience of self-isolation for the elderly, as well as the analysis of the reasons for mental maladjustment and the formation of addictions. The algorithm and the results of psychological support, provided to older people by a psychosocial support organization, are demonstrated.

The evolution process of the surrounding rock failure mechanism is studied because of spalling and roof fall accidents at the top corner of longwall top coal caving faces affected by mining and the difficulty of moving the advanced end support. Methods are proposed to improve the stability of surrounding rocks at the top corner of the end including cutting at the top corner of the end, reinforcing the anchor cable, changing the stress distribution of surrounding rocks at the top corner of the end, and transferring the stress concentration area of surrounding rocks to the deeper rock. Field observations of the surrounding rocks at the top corner of the 15107 fully mechanized caving face show that the stress value of the surrounding rocks at the corner between the roof of the return airway and the coal wall of the working face is 28.9 MPa when the surrounding rocks are in a stable state without mining. The stress value of surrounding rocks at the top corner of the end is 32.3 MPa when it is affected by mining, which results in spalling and roof fall. The surrounding rocks are in a stable state when the maximum stress of the surrounding rocks at the top corner of the reinforced anchor cable’s back-end is 26.1 MPa. The results show that cutting of the surrounding rocks at the top corner of the end and the reinforcement of the anchor cable can avoid the spalling and roof fall when the top corner of the end is affected by mining and can ensure that the end support advances and working face moves forward.

Introduction. The introduction of a competency-based approach in Ukrainian higher education made it possible to update educational standards that define a set of general and professional competencies and learning outcomes, as well as introduce new pedagogical technologies and systems for monitoring the quality of education. Changes in the organization of digital learning largely depend on a competency-based approach. LMS Moodle is a platform that provides standard tools for implementing a competency-based approach. Purpose. To research the possibilities of LMS Moodle for the pedagogical design of the digital course and implementation of a competency-based approach in digital learning. Results. At the first stage, the summary of pedagogical design of a specific digital course built upon flip peddles on sequence is provided and a scheme is formed in which competencies, learning outcomes, and forms of assessment are defined. At the second stage, the process of designing a digital course based on the methodology of pedagogical design and tuning is researched, there an attempt is made to implement the course based on the competence approach using LMS Moodle tools of version 2.7 and version 3.3. As a result, a developed curriculum and framework are added to it, which allows observing the implementation of the learning outcomes in a convenient format. Conclusion. The results of the research show that in order to implement a competency-based approach with the use of LMS Moodle, the following requirements are essential: the scheme with linked competencies, learning outcomes, learning activities, and assessment tools. each activity has clearly indicated form, result, support methods, and estimated time. use of rubrics with all criteria aligned to learning outcomes. According to the results of the study, there are differences between LMS Moodle 2.7 and 3.3. In versions of Moodle later than 3.1, it is more convenient to analyze the achievement of learning outcomes for multiple digital courses by creating a hierarchy of competencies and learning outcomes; it is easier to conduct monitoring of the progress made towards the achievement of learning outcomes.

One of the computational methods that is currently developing is the Decision Support System method. Decision Support System is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system that is used to support decision making. In choosing a school, prospective students tend to follow their friends without knowing which school to go to in accordance with educational standards. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was declared feasible because it is faster and more effective, so it can be ascertained that the application of the AHP method can solve problems in the selection of superior schools in Nias Regency. Alternative data consisted of SMAN 1 Gido, SMAN 1 Botomuzoi, SMAN 2 Gunung Sitoli, SMAN 1 Gunungsitoli. Data criteria include Teacher Education, Building Conditions, School Cleanliness, Facilities. Processing of SPK using the AHP method resulted in the school of SMAN 2 Gunung Sitoli having the highest score of 2.68. Web-based system built using PHP with AHP decision support methods and MySQL database.

BACKGROUND: Previous research regarding interaction between disabled workers and insurers indicates that encounters between these parties are predominantly negative in nature and may result in psychosocial harm for workers. Further research is required to investigate positive interactions to foster return to work after illness or injury. OBJECTIVE: To explore and conceptualize perceived positive encounters between disabled workers and insurers in order to identify the mechanisms that support successful rehabilitation outcomes. METHODS: This qualitative study explored the experiences of twenty-four disabled workers who had undergone an occupational rehabilitation process. Data were collected with in-depth semi-structured interviews, transcribed, coded, and analyzed using inductive content analysis. RESULTS: Four main themes arose from the 24 key concepts relating to the positive encounters: (1) process flow, (2) customer orientation, (3) information and guidance, and (4) service attitude. The results also reveal that perceived positive encounters promote the return to work not only directly, but also indirectly by improving the informants’ motivation, which has previously been found to be one of the most significant factors explaining the outcomes of rehabilitation. CONCLUSIONS: The positive relationship between disabled workers and insurers during an occupational rehabilitation could be better understood through a conceptualization of perceived positive encounters. Underlining the importance of positive encounters and their ability to improve the rehabilitee’s motivation may contribute to better support methods for the return to work.
