Abstract A pilot study of the Safety First: Real Drug Education for Teens curriculum showed significant results pre to post with high school freshmen. Negative outcomes of drug education are linked to failure to engage students because of developmentally inappropriate material or activities are too unrelated to young people to be meaningful. A few harm reduction studies showed significant increase in student's drug related knowledge. Students were less likely to consume substances and less likely to consume to harmful levels. More studies are necessary to evidence harm reduction efficacy in the classroom. The goal of this study was to measure harm reduction knowledge, attitude and behaviors, including drug policy advocacy, before and after Safety First. Data was analyzed using AVOVA, linear regression, t-tests and thematic coding. Survey results, corroborated by the qualitative findings, showed a significant change (p <.05) in high school freshmen knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in relationship to substance use pre to post class. These findings have implications for replication of the curriculum to other sites. Institutional Review Board approval was granted before the study was conducted with human subjects. The file number is 2017-0746. The date of initial registration was June 29 th , 2017, and continued approval has been granted through August 8 th , 2022.

Abstract: The study aimed to examine school drug education and agile leadership and lawlessness factors in children involving adults. This report led to a study on child narcotics crimes. 17 district court decisions from 2017-2020 are the unit of analysis, using the Question Nvivo-12 plus software process. The aim of using Nvivo-12 plus is to analyze data with a data coding model.  In addition, the writers also interviewed main witnesses, including judges who prosecuted child narcotics cases. . The data analysis procedure includes a validity test using triangulation of sources, time, and place. Grouping of data in the form of images and tables that have been processed for analysis with three data analysis techniques through percentages, making explanations, and comparing with theories or previous research results. According to the findings of the study, drugs education for youngsters involved in narcotics cases is critical. Furthermore, economic constraints, unsatisfactory home conditions, invites from acquaintances, and the influence of social media are all variables that lead to children committing narcotics offenses. In addition to these factors, the authors also found something new that makes children entangled in narcotics crimes, namely the involvement of adults who use children in the narcotics trade. For these factors, agile leadership is need, especially adult leaders with sensitivity, leadership unity, and quality of optimizing resources to protect children from the effects of drug abuse and the need to build particular educational institutions for children involved in crime. So children are given adequate education and skills, so they are not entangled again in drug cases..   Keywords: Drug Education, Violation of The Law, Criminal Act, Leadership Agility

School-Based Medicine Education Using the Piano Game Method (Smart with Medicine)ABSTRACT Drugs are preparations composed of one or more chemical compounds that provide efficacy in maintaining and improving public health. But on the other hand drugs can be dangerous to health if not used according to established rules. This indicates that each drug has a different ratio of benefits and risks and this limit is a measure of drug safety. Based on these facts, knowledge and insight related to drugs are needed starting from the level of childhood education to senior high school to influence the behavior of the use of drugs in the family and community. One form of activity that might be carried out is in the form of a game in drug education called PIANO (smart with drugs). This game emphasizes the concept of empowering students in enhancing the ability to comprehend drugs comprehensively so that ultimately positive attitude and behavior changes in rational use of drugs are expected and at the same time indirectly can prevent drug abuse. The observations of the activities showed that the students were very enthusiastic about participating in the activities and the results of data analysis showed that there was an influence of the PIANO game which was done in increasing knowledge about the drug. Keywords: drug education, games, smart with medicine, piano

The review includes Russian, Kazakh and international literature on the psychological prevention of adolescent addictive behaviour. The concept of the “psychological prevention of adolescent addictive behaviour” is disclosed, and the principles and objectives of preventive work with adolescents prone to addictive behaviour are defined. A set of diagnostic techniques is proposed to study the predilection of adolescents to addictive behaviour. The article reveals the content and effectiveness of the programme for the psychological prevention of adolescents’ predisposition to addictive behaviour by means of group psychological counselling. The authors describe the course of experimental work on the study of adolescents’ predisposition to addictive behaviour, present the testing of the developed psychological programme, and demonstrate the effectiveness of adolescents’ group counselling to prevent their addictive behaviour. The results of the study confirm the authors’ hypothesis that the use of group forms of psychological counselling is effective in psychological prevention, as it relies on the activity of adolescents. The results of the study contribute to the development of preventive pedagogy and psychology, and the improvement of the modern system of anti-alcohol and anti-drug education of adolescents. The study findings can be also used in educational institutions in advisory and remedial work with adolescents.

The study examines the effects of drug promotional practices and self-medication behaviour on public health in Lagos. It used a multistage sampling method to select 315 respondents. The researcher selected 12 in-depth interviewees and six focus group discussants to provide qualitative data based on his knowledge of their relevance. The data were analyzed. The logistic regression analysis indicated that drug promotions were less than once more likely to trigger self-medication behaviour among residents relative to being a rule-breaking activity. The study concludes that self-medication endangers public health in Lagos. It suggests the partnership of the stakeholders to promote public drug education, provide free healthcare for all, and criminalize unethical drug promotion practices in Lagos.
