An open call format of crowdsourcing software development (CSD) is harnessing potential, diverse, and unlimited people. But, several thousand solutions are being submitted at platform against each call. To select and match the submitted task with the appropriate worker and vice versa is still a complicated problem. Focusing the issue, this study proposes a task assignment algorithm (TAA) that will behave as an intermediate facilitator (at platform) between task (from requester) and solution (from worker). The algorithm will divide the tasks' list based on the developer's personality. In this way, we can save the time of both developers and platform by reducing the searching time.

We see the Roman Catholic Church in the People’s Republic of Poland as a victim of a totalitarian and authoritarian system. This is understandable. However, as a subject of internal politics, during the system’s construction or later in periods of unrest, the Church played an important role in defusing social problems and tensions. This was something the communist authorities very much counted on. Such actions also legitimised usurpers who had no real social support. This was the case both in the first years after the end of the war, when, for example, there was the complicated problem of settling the acquired lands, and in the years of political turmoil and breakthroughs. The Church, as an institution headed by the Primate and the Episcopate, tried to calm social moods in these critical moments. This resulted from a sense of responsibility for the nation and the state, whatever it might be. In this way, he contributed to stabilising the country’s internal security in times of crisis.

A complicated problem for big city governments today is the increasing volume of solid waste, due to population growth and mobility so that the waste load will also increase, especially in metropolitan cities such as Makassar City. To reduce the rate of organic waste generation, which is 60%, is to use organic waste as compost, both liquid and solid. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of composting with EM4 and MOL activators. The results of the study with the addition of EM4 activator, MOL activator and without the addition of activator from the first day to the fourteenth day the compost structure was different. The addition of MOL produces a slightly coarser structure compared to the addition of EM4, while the compost without activator still smells like wet waste. The quality (C/N) of compost, the addition of 100 ml of EM4 was in the optimum level, while the addition of 100 ml of MOL was less than optimum.

Martial arts tracking is an important research topic in computer vision and artificial intelligence. It has extensive and vital applications in video monitoring, interactive animation and 3D simulation, motion capture, and advanced human-computer interaction. However, due to the change of martial arts’ body posture, clothing variability, and light mixing, the appearance changes significantly. As a result, accurate posture tracking becomes a complicated problem. A solution to this complicated problem is studied in this paper. The proposed solution improves the accuracy of martial arts tracking by the image representation method of martial arts tracking. This method is based on the second-generation strip wave transform and applies it to the video martial arts tracking based on the machine learning method.

'Iddah is a common problem, but when faced with special conditions such as women who commit adultery, it becomes a complicated problem and differences of opinion arise among scholars. The scholars differ in their opinion in determining whether or not there is an 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery. The author discusses three problems. First, how are the provisions of Islamic law to determine the 'iddah for adulterers, Second, how according to the provisions of positive law to determine the 'iddah for adulterers, Third, the arguments and methods used in fiqh to determine the 'iddah for adulterers. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, with the type of literature research (library research). The results of the study found that the provisions of Islamic law on 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery are that there are two opinions according to the scholars that the Shafi'i and Hanafi schools do not require 'iddah, and are allowed to marry the woman, because interfering in the form of adultery does not cause nasab relations. then it is not forbidden to marry this woman. The Maliki and Hanbali schools oblige the woman to perform her iddah, if she is pregnant then her iddah is until she gives birth, and if there is no visible pregnancy, her iddah is three times holy. Second, the positive legal provisions on 'iddah for pregnant women because of adultery also do not explain specifically about 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery. Both in Law Number 1 of 1974 and in Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975. Third, the arguments and methods used in fiqh to determine the 'iddah for pregnant women due to adultery are according to the Shafi'i school using the provisions of QS.An -Nisa verse 24 and the hadith of the Prophet from Aisha, ra. According to the Hanafi school, it is based on the hadith of the Prophet. According to the Maliki school of thought, it comes from the words of Ibn Mas'ud, and according to the Hanbali school it comes from the QS. An-Nur verse 3.

The present paper examines the divergent attitudes of black characters toward racism in Charles W. Chesnutt’s The Marrow of Traditions (1901). Chesnutt wrote his novel to reflect his opinions on how African Americans should act to improve their situation. To situate the study within the historical and cultural context of Marrow, Black intellectuals’ views, namely Washington and Du Bois, about the complicated problem of ‘color’ were explored. To analyze the contrasting views and actions of Chesnutt’s black characters, the paper uses the lens of postcolonial theory. Although Marrow is not set within a colonial context, postcolonial theoretical frameworks can be used as models to re-read this novel because they deal with intersections of races, classes, cultures, and the oppressor/ oppressed relationship. The paper concludes that Chesnutt has entertained the possibility of a hybrid or third race— as referred to within postcolonial framework—that may succeed where both races (pure white and black) have failed.

Ditetapkannya Pandemi Covid-19 sebagai Bencana Nonalam melalui Keputusan Presiden No. 12 Tahun 2020.

The Palestine issue is attributed to be the most complicated problem in the region of the Middle East. However, few researchers analyze the problem through the lens of ethnic conflict. This research paper investigates that the use of Zionism as a metaphor for colonialism and its role in fostering an ethnic conflict between Israeli and Palestinians. Qualitative content analysis is used to analyze secondary data on ethnic conflict in present Israel. In addition to that bargaining model of war is used to identify the underlying issues of the ethnic conflict. The findings reveal that Zionism and identity contribute to accelerating the ethnic conflict between Israeli and Palestinians. Despite international interventions and signing many peace agreements, the problem remains unresolved due to a trust deficit between both ethnicities.

This article discusses the problem of comprehension of self-education and education in tutoring pedagogy. The matter is that if student's personality and different development trajectories of different personality types are recognized in education, it is difficult to imagine education without self-education. As empirical material, the author cites two cases from his personal experience; analyzes the establishment and development of personality in culture, claiming that the problematic situations are the source of its development. Description is given to the key problematic situations that determine the evolution of a modern individual in phylogenies and ontogenesis. The author distinguishes between spontaneous development, evolution of personality, and conscious work, the goal of which is education or self-education. The article discusses the peculiarities of tutoring perspective on education and self-education, emphasizing that tutoring efforts are aimed at formation of favorable environment for person’s self-development and evolution, rather than designing an individual based on the pedagogical patterns.  At the same time, the tutor strives to create a culturally congruent and humanistic environment. The paper reviews a complicated problem of where a tutor as a pedagogue should lead his student and what does “lead” means in educational practice. The conclusion is made that tutoring approach is quite unusual in the aspect the it does not set particular pedagogical contents and goals, but rather points at the principles that should be jointly implemented by the tutor and his students. The author considers the three hypostases of a person for the tutor to focus on.
