The purpose of this study was to determine the shape, amount, and weight of microplastics in each sampel of Tuna fish (Euthynnus sp.), Bloated fish (Rastrelliger sp.), And Layur fish (Trichiurus sp.) which have obtained, and to know the comparison of microplastics between fish. The analysis method is random sampling with a 2x sampling period, and continued with laboratory analysis. The fish organs which analyzed were focused on the digestive system by the addition of 10% KOH by 1: 3 sample weight. The filtering results are then observed in a stereo microscope to determine the shape and amount of microplastics and weighing in an analytical balance. The results of the analysis found microplastics in the form of fiber, fragments, and films, with the dominance of the total number of microplastic findings in a row is in tuna, mackerel, and layur fish. Anova analysis was conducted which found that there was no difference of microplastic between fish.

The impact of Difron 4201 depressor additive on the asphaltene deposits on metallic surface has been studied for the first time in laboratory conditions via "coldfinger" method. The experiments were carried out in various temperatures of "coldfinger” and different concentrations of Difron 4201 depressor additive. The experiment lasted 3 hours. The amount of deposited paraffin in different times (0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 minutes) on the coldfinger surface was specified via the analytical balance and it was defined that with decreasing temperature of the coldfinger the amount of oil sediments on the surface increases and the intensity of deposition decreases by time, and stabilizes after 120 minutes. As a result of the mass dependence of asphaltene deposits on the concentration of depressor additive, it was defined that with increasing concentration of the additive in the oil, the amount of deposits decreases and in the 900 g/t concentration, the maximum level of deposit reduction is observed. The efficiency of depressor additive and the maximum percentage of paraffin sediments on coldfinger surface has been estimated based on the obtained results of experiments. The highest effect was observed in the concentration of 900 g/t concentration of Difron 4201 depressor additive (85 %). Depending on the temperature of coldfinger the maximum percentage of paraffin sediments on the coldfiner surface was equal to 0 оC – 12.8, 5 оC – 9.16, 10 оC – 6.76, 15 оC – 5.82, 20 оC – 5.04, 25 оC – 2.96, 30 оC – 1.63.

This paper aims to present a literature review that serves as a guide for the analysis of the relationship between socioeconomic conditions and food consumption. First, it shows different interpretations of this relationship from three categories: a) the position that a person occupies in the economic and social system; b) rational and functional aspects of food consumption; c) changes in food consumption and socioeconomic conditions. Then, based on the conclusions drawn from these sections, the analytical balance proposed in this article will be exposed. The paper concludes that there are different micro and macro; material and non-material elements; dynamic; in time and space; that restricts food consumption; thus, it is suggested to the beginner reader of this topic not to lose sight of the vast complexity of the problem.

Abstrak-- Pengukuran volume berperan penting dalam menjaga mutu dari produk yang dihasilkan. Salah satu alat ukur volume yang banyak digunakan adalah burette. Sesuai dengan standar ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratorium pengujian dan kalibrasi perlu melakukan pengecekan antara peralatan standar untuk menjamin status peralatan yang digunakan. Cek antara dilakukan dengan membandingkan berat isi yaitu berat cairan dalam gelas penampung yang dikeluarkan oleh valve burette dengan pembacaan standar electronic analytical balance ketelitian 0,0001 g. Data yang diambil sebanyak 5 kali selama 20 hari di awal dan di akhir untuk mendapatkan data perbandingan awal dan akhir yang akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai Fhitung yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel pada metode uji F. Dari data awal didapatkan nilai µawal = 46,69108 g dan nilai σawal = 0,000109. Dan dari data akhir didapatkan nilai µakhir = 46,69110 g dan nilai σakhir = 0,000065. Dari data σawal dan σakhir didapatkan nilai Fhitung = 2,80, sedangkan nilai Ftabel dari tabel F yaitu 3,18. Karena data Fhitung ≤ Ftabel maka alat ukur burette dinyatakan masih baik pada titik ukur 10 mL. Dari control chart didapatkan nilai rata-rata masih berada pada wilayah UWL dan LWL sehingga alat ukur burette dinyatakan masih baik pada titik ukur tersebut. Kata Kunci : Cek Antara, Burette, Uji F, Control Chart.

The article presents the results of experimental studies of the influence of polymer abrasive granules shape on the surface roughness formation and metal removal during vibrational finishing and hardening treatment (VFHT). As is known, surface roughness and the amount of metal removal are affected by a number of factors: binder material, material and granularity of the abrasive, technological lubricant-coolant medium (LCM) type, loading mass, initial roughness, etc. Processing was carried out for 120 min on a UVG-4x10 vibrating machine, with a working chamber volume of 10 dm3. Metal removal Q (grams) and surface roughness Ra (μm) were measured using an AD-200 analytical balance and an SJ-210 profilometer. The results presented show that polymer abrasive granules have high cutting ability, the intensity of which depends on the shape of the granules.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of folic acid as supportive therapy of spiramycine on weight of foetus to Toxoplasma gondii-infected pregnant mice (Mus musculus). Twenty pregnant female mice were divided into four groups as C -, C +, T1 and T2. C +, T1 and T2 were infected by Toxoplasma gondii. C – and C + administered orally 0.5 ml aquadest, T1 administered orally 130 mg/kg BW spiramycine and 0.052 µg/g BW folic acid and T2 administered orally 0.052 µg/g BW folic acid. Experimental groups received the treatments for 5 days, then animals of each groups were sacrified. Foetuses were dissected out for observation. The weight of fetuses were measured using an analytical balance. The data weight of foetuses was presented descriptively and analyzed by ANOVA test and continued by Tukey HSD. From this study, the weight of foetuses from the pregnant mice of T1 and T2 have difference compared with the controls. The result of this research is folic acid affects the weight of foetuses to Toxoplasma gondii-infected pregnant mice.

To study zirconia degradation, we used samples with 16.5 mm diameter and 3 mm thick, milled from IPS e.max Zir CAD disks and subjected to sintering. Samples were immersed in Fusayama Meyer artificial saliva, removed after one day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 21 days and examined from the point of view of surface morphology and elemental composition with an electronic scanning microscope. By SEM examining of samples prior to immersion in artificial saliva we found that the material contained strictly the chemical elements specified by the manufacturer. SEM examination and mass evaluations performed after immersion in artificial saliva demonstrate that the material did not suffer degradation processes, the minimum differences in the measurements being within the analytical balance weighing range.

Full-scale experimental study of the rock spallation by means of plasma jets is carried out. The aim of the experimental study was the measurement of the thermal power of plasma, weight of the rock spalls and duration of the plasma jets influence on the borehole surface. For the weight measurement of the rock spalls VT-200 analytical balance was used. In experimental study plasma jets flow out directly into the borehole of the granite block. The borehole and nozzles parameters of the plasmatron are complied with geometrical similarity. Experimental data are processed in the form of the energy consumption dependence of the thermal reaming of the borehole from the duration of the thermal treatment of the borehole surface. The results of the study could be applied to the borehole drilling processes.
