The authors consider stereotypes, expectations and attitude of Russian citizens to the formation and management of pension savings, studied the resources and limitations that determine the responsible attitude to financial security in old age. In the course of the research, a mass questionnaire survey of the population. As the results of the research have shown, Russians are rather pessimistic about the prospects of their aging. Lack of appropriate economic models of behavior, both in personal and parental experience, and low level of trust in power and the pension system form negative expectations and devaluate real efforts in the population's mind to ensure a decent old age.

This paper is part of a wider study limit cycle problems and planar system; The aims of this is to study the existence of limit cycle for Liénard system. We followed the historical analytical mathematical method to present a proof of a result on the existence of limit cycle for Liénard system form x ̇=y-F(x) ,y ̇=-g(x)

The increase number of eavesdropping or cracker to attack the information and hack the privacy of people. So, the essential issue is making system capable of ciphering information with rapid speed. Due to the advance in computer eavesdropping and cracker that made them to analysis the way of ciphering in rapid speed way. The development in the computer especially in the rapid processer in the last decade create the breaching of any system is a matter of time. Owing to most of breaching ways are based on analysis of system that requireы to be breached and to try brute force on that system to crack it. However, the lacking of influential processers that are capable of breaching system since earlier processors are limit to number of instructions. It can be done in second, which was not sufficient trying to break the system using brute force. In addition, the time required is far away from getting valuable messages in the time that needed. So, the research gives the focus on performing rapid system for ciphering the information rapidly and changing the ciphering every few milliseconds. The changing of ciphering in every millisecond helps system form preventing the eavesdropping and cracker from imposing brute force on the system and hacking the messages and images. The system that created is based on Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), which is it very best performing algorithm in ciphering and deciphering since it doesn’t need complex mathematical formula. The research is about designing system that capable of performing AES by using high processer designed on Field programmable gate Area (FPGA). The ciphering of AES using FPGA helps minimize the time required to cipher the information. Also, the research will focus on ciphering and deciphering of images by AES using FPGA

Abstract. Valencia, as territorial system, has various components articulated that give structure and influencing alternatives progress. These parts of the provincial territorial system form the landscape and many of them are also considered cultural heritage. Heritage and landscape involved in the creation of collective identities and the processes of territorial development, an issue on which we focus in this article. Key words: territorial capital, resources, cultural heritage, landscape, local development, Valencia.

System form is widely used when constructing concrete buildings and structures because it has high productivity and good concrete casting quality compared with traditional hand-set form. However, from a worker’s perspective, system form is still very harsh to handle because of its heavy weight, noise generation, and use of releasing agent, and it also attenuates the productivity of system formwork. Therefore, this study proposes the use of an advanced composite material-based concrete form for workers using a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) process to improve constructability of system formwork. User requirements are systematically reflected in the technical characteristics of concrete form, and innovative principles are scientifically organized through the DFSS process that mainly consists of quality function deployment and theory of creative problem-solving methods. The proposed composite form showed improved performance in deriving high-quality formwork and worker-friendly working conditions compared with previous system forms. Additionally, this study demonstrated how the DFSS will be a valuable tool for technology development and systematic decision-making in building construction.

Selecting the best materials that ensure maximum performance is crucial in the construction engineering design of any construction project. However, this is challenging and usually not properly considered because of the lack of systematic and scientific evaluation methods for the performance of materials. This paper proposes a new approach of selecting material to satisfy the performance goal of material designers in building constructions based on the analytic hierarchy process method. To validate the suggested model, a case study was conducted for a concrete system form, the performance of which is susceptible to its materials and has a strong effect on overall project productivity. The newly developed form comprising polymers and alloys showed that the proposed material selection model provided a better combination of materials, and the solution was technically more advanced and ensured better performance. This paper contributes to the body of knowledge by expanding the understanding of how construction material properties affect project performance and provides a guideline for material engineers to select the best-performing building materials while considering a performance goal.

In the construction of such an important basic engineering project as civil engineering, the main problem faced by constructors is the structural system damage. Therefore, scientific diagnostic methods are needed to find out locations and causes of the damages in time. For this reason, people have carried out in-depth analysis according to the system form and composition mode of civil structure, and have developed a variety of scientific and reliable diagnostic methods combined with its related damage problems. With the rapid development of diagnostic technology, inspectors have a clearer understanding and knowledge of all kinds of damage problems, and can also use a variety of diagnostic methods reasonably to find out.

Triassic limestones that belong to the Transilvanian Nappe system, form extensive outcrops in the central part of the Persani Mountains, near Racos locality, on the southern and northern sides of the Olt Gorges. Triassic carbonate olistoliths were sampled in four distinct locations belonging to the Transilvanian Nappe: the Old Racos Quarry, Olt Gorges, Tipia Racosului Hill and Tipia Ormenisului Hill. The identified facies types include brecciated limestones with encrusting organisms and cyanobacteria, packstone-grainstone with sponges and encrusting organisms, boundstone with grainstone internal sediment, peloidal wackestone-packstone, peloidal packstone-grainstone, intraclastic grainstone-rudstone. Such microfacies characterize reefal bioconstructions or fore-reef domains located in the vicinity of shelf crest areas. They share common features with similar Wetterstein facies carbonates from Italy, Austria or Hungary. The micropaleontological assemblage indicates the Anisian-Ladinian to Carnian ages for the studied limestones, the present study bringing new data concerning the age of these carbonates. In addition, the presence of some foraminifera and dasycladalean algae are mentioned for the first time in this area.
