Subject. The article investigates structural relations in Russia’s economy. Objectives. I delve into the basis for structural relations in Russia’s economy. Methods. The study is based on the systems approach and the method of statistical, neural network and cluster analysis. Results. I spotlight the establishment of optimal structural relations in the Russian economy. The article presents a set of material properties of the Russian economy, which hamper the emergence of optimal structural relations, sustainable growth and constructive development in the modern circumstances. What underlies structural relations in Russia is that its growth can be fed with domestic borrowings and paid services for the public, retail turnover, which depend on salaries and investment in capital stock, while changes in the foreign exchange rate are pegged to the turnover of foreign trade and deficit (surplus) of the consolidated budget. Conclusions and Relevance. Maintained with domestic borrowings and variation of the foreign exchange rate, economic growth, as the basis for structural relations in the Russian economy, is a sufficient indicator to evaluate the performance of the Russian government. The findings contribute to the knowledge and competence of the Russian government to set up consistent goals for creating optimal structural relations in the Russian economy.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to discuss the theoretical concepts of adult constructive development (ACD) in response to a requirement to teach fully online during the COVID-19 lockdown. However, responses have been unique for many university educators, regardless of the roles they have in supporting students during this time. How each person approaches the changing context can be enhanced by an understanding of their mindset as defined by Kegan’s theory. Design/methodology/approach An accounting academic and educational designer combine their expertise and engage a “digital mindset” to guide the re-design of the management accounting unit incorporating strategies that encourage students to be self-reliant yet learn from a broad diversity of perspectives. Findings Unexpected changes within an educational environment may be the catalyse needed to force significant rethinking of pedagogical practice within the online teaching space. Practical implications This paper offers practical thinking and design tips for creating interactive learning and teaching programs to develop a positive and supportive approach that challenges and facilitates cognitive growth in student knowledge, skills and learning behaviours. Social implications Stimulating student interaction via the creation of interactive and dynamic online curriculum design teachers may communicate more effectively with students as well as sharing their knowledge and skills with each other. Originality/value The authors explore Kegan’s ACD framework (1982, 1998, 2009) within the context of tertiary teaching and learning design for management accounting. The authors propose online strategies for each of the levels of development in the form of supports and challenges.

This article examines the most pressing problematic issues of stagnation in the hospitality industry in Russia, associated with the new challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, both at the international and national levels. The author analyzes new trends and structural changes in the industry and assesses the prospects for overcoming the difficult crisis. The article presents specific proposals aimed at the restoration and constructive development of the tourism industry both for the authorities and administration to amend the adopted Strategy for the development of tourism in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2035, and for business structures, as well as travel companies. According to the author, the hospitality industry can still face serious shocks in the near future and the industry will not come out of the crisis without experiencing repeated shocks and border closings. Nevertheless, tourism is known for its ability to withstand economic downturns and can play a key role in reviving both the global and Russian economies as they emerge from the crisis. To consolidate the trend and to strengthen the development of domestic tourism, the industry needs a coordinated position and strategies for the behavior of the main market players, such as business companies operating in the hospitality industry, as well as authorities and authorities at the federal and regional levels. This requires the development and implementation of a modern strategy, taking into account the need to overcome the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic

The article is devoted to the study of the practical and theoretical issue of the formation and realization of a system of conscious self-regulation of professional activity. The purpose of the study is to identify patterns of development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activities at different stages of his professionalization. The choice of goal is due to the fact that the study of the patterns the formation of a system of self-regulation of professional activity is given insufficient attention against the background of a large number of psychological works devoted to the study of various aspects of self-regulation. The methodological basis of this research is the psychological theory of conscious self-regulation, developed by O. A. Konopkin, his students and followers. Self-regulation is defined as a structurallevel metasystem, reflecting the level of formation of general and special regulatory resources and capabilities. The research is identified the qualitative, quantitative and structural patterns of development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of activity. It is shown that structural transformations determine the essence of the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation. The cyclical development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation is revealed, which indicates a change in the leading trends in its formation and realization. A critical or transitional point in the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activity, which falls on the professional experience of 20 years, is determined. The constructive, stagnation and destructive trends in the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activity are analyzed. It is defined that in the course of constructive development there is an active growth of the components of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation and the formation of its effective structure. In the course of stagnation and destructive development, the growth of the components of the self-regulation subsystem stabilizes and decreases, their differentiation increases and the destruction of its structure begins. The relationship between the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation and the effectiveness of the surgeon’s professional activity is fixed.

The castle of Tutino (Le): a case study on knowledge of the Apulian heritageThis study aims to investigate the relationship between a castle located in the Apulian region (Southeastern Italy) and its historical and territorial background. The subject of the research deals with a multi-layered monumental complex located in the lower Salento, in the territory of the town of Tricase, which includes five castles. This currently presents itself as an irregularly shaped fence marked by five towers, whose original structure dates back to at least the fifteenth century. In particular, on one side of the castle a baronial palace was built by the Trani family in the eighties of the sixteenth century. As far as it concerns the history of the entire complex it should be noticed that it has undergone various enlargements and modifications due to changes of its property and use. This process is both documented at the archival-bibliographic level, and experienced by the analysis of the masonry stratigraphy, thanks to which it has been possible to identify the various stages of the historical-constructive development of the castle. In conclusion, the analysis carried out intends to clarify how the historical dynamics occurred in the region of Apulia influenced the final stage of the castle of Tutino; to this end it will be considered the evolution of constructive techniques and perspectives belonging to the local tradition, in order to demonstrate the impact on the features of this castle.

This essay presents the foundation for a group and team development model from a constructivist perspective. This model elevates Kegan’s (1994) meaning-making theory to the meso level. Meaning-making involves not only the cognitive structure necessary to interpret the environment, but also encompasses inter- and intra-personal understanding, which, at the team level, is a social process that changes based on the members of the team. Several propositions are stated for further study.

ABSTRACT  The approach to developing apua throughout the years of Indonesia's national leadership has brought considerable improvement to the island of Papua. Indonesia’s First President, Soekarno has laid the foundation of Indonesia's geopolitics in the world political order stretching from Sabang in the west to Merauke (Papua) in the east. Sustainable development in Papua continues to date in various sectors, from infrastructure to the socio-cultural development of the Papuan people. A development program focusing on a respect to-diversity (kebhinnekaan) approach establishes Papua as an integral-nationalistic part of Indonesia under the outline of total sovereignty. Paradoxically, there are still small groups that raise the issue of Free Papua as a manifestation of separatism, either the armed movement in Papua or the dissemination of political issues in international forums. This phenomenon then becomes the focus of this paper and launched the main question, on how Indonesia manages to develop Papua within the frame of diversity from the perspective of national defense. The qualitative approach uses in-depth analysis based on the theory of national defense and theory of development to explain the emerging phenomena. Inquiries toward Papua-related negative issues found that they have the spirit and goal to separate Papua from Indonesia. Through this paper, it is revealed that a constructive development with the mentioned approach has gradually succeeded in building up minds and hearts of the Papuan people under nationalistic ties, as well as becoming the main bulwark for national Defence and eliminating separatism activities. Keywords: Development; Diversity; National Defence; Papua; Separatism

Some may argue poor terms and conditions of work are the cause, others claim discrimination by the employers’ plays a part and some believe it’s a lack of job security. In order to ascertain a concrete understanding, all factors must be tackled individually using appropriate methodology and research approaches so as to identify hidden links that will aid in constructing the final results. What is its impact? A high turnover brings with it a whole host of effects, both positive and negative. Therefore, it is imperative to find measures to deal with such effects in a manner that enables constructive development for both the house help and the employer. How can it be addressed? Tackling this particular issue is not easy, however, upon identifying the factors driving the high turnover, proactive approaches must be taken so as to avoid or at least limit turnover of this magnitude among house helps. This paper seeks to tackle all the aforementioned issues, using reliable and verified sources, accurate figures, effective methodology and well-built design.
