This research article analyzes and explains the reconstruction of the actor collaboration model in the development of marine tourism destinations at Super Priority Destinations (SPD) in Indonesia. Data, information, and knowledge about the descriptive model of actor collaboration in the development of marine tourism destinations in three DSPs characterized by marine tourism (Mandalika, Labuan Bajo, Likupang) were obtained using observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation. The analysis technique follows the stages of an interactive model, namely: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, verification/concluding. The results show that there is a reconstruction of a descriptive model of actor collaboration in developing marine tourism destinations based on a knowledge creation model that includes four dimensions. Community-Based Tourism (CBT) characterizes the concept of developing tourist destinations through the socialization (S) of local community empowerment programs that emphasize externalization (E) or empowerment of certain communities to better understand the values and assets of marine tourism owned by SPD. The community called the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) collaborates and synergizes in combining (C) and internalizing (I) within themselves regarding the various attractiveness of marine tourism in SPD where they are part of the stakeholders in its sustainable development.

The Fintech company has raised its number significantly in Indonesia and threatened the banking sector as Islamic Banking is not the exception. Fintech can provide better financial services than Islamic Bank with its technological advantages. This research aims to observe the effect of Fintech's on Islamic banks and discover the collaboration model between Fintech and Islamic banks to improve financial services. The method was carried out by Systematic Literature Review (SLR), then analyzed using Nvivo 12 to quantify the words counted to the papers found. The result showed that there were 14 papers found to analyze in the systematic review. According to Nvivo 12 words counted result, the highest words counted was ‘services’ with 21%, followed by ‘user’ and ‘customers’ combined with 16%. Furthermore, Fintech acts as the disruptor for Islamic Banking, shown in its Return on Asset and its potential to take over the millennial customers segment. The collaboration can be done by sharing product marketing, loans, and transaction services. For the customer, big data analysis, the legal aspects, risk of human error, and data security protocol should be mitigated by tightening the registration system to minimize fraud, enhancing the internet server to prevent failure transactions, and closely cooperating with the Authority of Financial Service in Indonesia (OJK) to ensure the legal aspects are fulfilled.

The development of system model using the traditional System Development Life Cycle often faces big problems. One of the biggest problems is determining the process model. The existing requirements analysis method is not good enough in producing process model. There are many invalid process models, although they have gone through a series of observations on users. To deal with this, a 'soft' or human-centered method is therefore required. Problems are seen and determined from the point of view of the people involved in the problems. One method that can be used to solve problems is the Design Thinking approach. Design Thinking is the process of creating new ideas and innovative approaches that can solve user problems. This paper proposes the use of an alternative Design Thinking approach in conducting a requirements analysis on the development of Trash Bank system with an interactive qualitative approach. The approach taken is to integrate the concept of Design Thinking in the requirements analysis stage. Through collaboration model the Design Thinking to Requirements analysis, the resulting process model is more valid because the process of exploring the requirements becomes deeper, which is based on user experience. The exploration of user experience from Collaboration model will become the basis for process modeling. According to the approach taken, a more humane and more explored prototype of the system flow is obtained from the human attitude that is involved in the process.

This research aims at creating a concept of cooperation between stakeholders in developing eco-tourism in Batu City. Eco-tourism and the role of stakeholders are related to one another. It is due to the urge of stakeholders to work together in managing the potential of eco-tourism to achieve a development goal. This study applies the Penta-helix model and triple-bottom-line theories to investigate the contribution of stakeholders to sustainable development. The Penta-helix model is used to identify relevant stakeholders and conduct effective collaboration. At the same time, the triple-bottom-line is applied to observe the environmental and socio-economic aspects of the eco-tourism sector. This study employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana by deepening literary understanding; and field interviews. The results of this study show that cooperation and interaction between stakeholders in developing eco-tourism are inferior. Thus, the researchers develop a stakeholder collaboration model through the Penta-helix model covering the government, private eco-tourism enterprises, communities, academics, and the media. They collaborate in determining the sustainability agendas covering environmental, economic, and social as a reflection of the triple bottom line element. Those designed agendas are to encourage the realization of eco-tourism development in Batu City, Indonesia. The research recommends further research to evaluate whether this eco-tourism development model can be effective if implemented.

The tridharma of higher education in the form of education, research, and community service is the mandate of the legislation for universities. In implementing tridharma, universities should adapt to the development and needs of the community as well as science and technology (Science, Technology and the Arts). It can hardly be fulfilled by a university alone because of the growing needs of the society where all branches of science need to be integrated and connected. This study explained how collaboration could be applied in universities with a TQM approach. TQM has been widely used in various organizations and has proven its success for this approach was chosen in developing the existing collaboration model. Literature analysis method of TQM and collaboration was used in this study. The result is collaboration in fulfilling the Tridharma of higher education by using the TQM approach in a model stage could help organizations achieve previously agreed goals and adapt to existing science and technology needs.

The article deals with one of the means to ensure the effectiveness of criminal proceedings – the supervision and control of the activities of the investigator and the prosecutor. It deals with the legal framework in Latvia and the problems identified in practice. It is recognised that the existing legal framework is considered to be incomplete. Proposals have been made for the necessary amendments to the legal norms of criminal proceedings in Latvia. The focus is on eliminating the dualism of the oversight of the inverstigator’s and the prosecutor’s activities and on introducing a clear collaboration model between investigator and prosecutor.
