This study tries to find out the use of perlocutionary acts in the Black Panther movie script, that is, how the characters’ utterances have some particular effects on other characters. The objective of this study is to describe the type of perlocutionary act which is used in the Black Panther movie script. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design. The source of data is obtained from the Black Panther movie script containing the dialog script of the characters’ utterances. The data are collected by reading the script intensively, watching the movie several times, and identifying, selecting, and coding the data. The data are analyzed by presenting the data, describing the data, interpreting the data, and concluding the data. The results show that the four types of the perlocutionary act which is used in the Black Panther movie script can be concluded based on the speakers’ communicative act purpose that can be either understood completely or can also be misunderstood by the interlocutor. The misunderstanding feedback of the interlocutors could be seen either in not realizing or not understanding the speakers’ utterances, the interlocutors intentionally tell lies or intentionally do not want to cooperate with the hearers, or the utterances’ meaning is clarified by the third speaker. The four types of perlocutionary act, based on Qiang’s theory, consist of the first type, that is, the intention of the one who speaks was entirely comprehended by the interlocutors), the second type, that is, the intention of the speaker is not comprehended completely by the interlocutor, the third type, that is, the hearers that tell lies to the speakers or the hearers intentionally hide something from the speakers, and the fourth type, that is, the intention of speaker that is not comprehended by the interlocutors, but because of the participation of others in the interaction.

<p>The objective of this research is to analyze the move structure of English abstracts published in the International Journal of Economics, Business, and Accounting Research (IJEBAR) in 2020. The result shows that 10 types of moves were used in 96 abstracts’ articles in the IJEBAR journal. The abstracts’ article used two, three, or four moves. The first type was M2-M3-M4 (Purpose-Method-Product/Result) which shows 3 moves. It consists of 49 articles (51.04 %). The second type is M1-M2-M3-M4 (Introduction-Purpose-Method-Product/Result) which shows 4 moves. It consists of 27 articles (28.13 %). The third type is M2-M3-M4-M5 (Purpose-Method-Product/Result-Conclusion) shows 4 moves. It consists of 6 articles (6.25 %).  The fourth type is M1-M2-M4 (Introduction-Purpose-Product/Result) which shows 3 moves. It consists of 4 articles (4.17 %). The fifth type is M1-M2-M3-M4-M5 (Introduction-Purpose-Method-Product/Result-Conclusion) which shows 5 moves. It consists of 3 articles (3.12%). The sixth type is M1-M3-M4 (Introduction-Method-Product/Result) which shows 3 moves. It consists of 3 articles (3.12 %) The seventh type is M1-M4 (Introduction-Product/Result) which shows 2 moves. It consists of 1 article (1.04 %). The eighth type is M1-M3-M4-M5 (Introduction-Method-Product/Result-Conclusion) which shows 4 moves. It consists of 1 article (3.12 %). The ninth type is M2-M4 or Purpose-Product/Result which shows 2 moves. It consists of 1 article (1.04 %). The last type is M2-M5 (Purpose-Conclusion) which consists of 1 article (1.04 %). From the explanation above, it shows that the most frequent move uses 3 moves with type M2-M3-M4 or Purpose-Method-Product/Result.</p>

Objective — to investigate immuno-metabolic homeostasis in patients with new and recurrent cases of destructive forms of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-PTB) after treatment with bedaquiline and linezolid. Materials and methods. A clinical and laboratory examination of 175 people with MDR-PTB (89 patients with new cases and 86 patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB). The study was performed before and after treatment with bedaquiline and linezolid. The total leukocytes count (L), the leukocyte differential count (leukocyte formula), was determined in all subjects, The content of populations and subpopulations of lymphocytes were calculated using monoclonal antibodies to CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD19+, CD23+, CD56+ lymphocytes antigen in the reaction of indirect immunofluorescence. Quantitative determination of serum immunoglobulins was performed by Manchini radial immunodiffusion in a gel. The level of circulating immune complexes (CIC) was determined by the spectrophotometric method by precipitation in polyethylene glycol. Results and discussion. In patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB to treatment revealed hypersensitivity reactions of the first and the fourth type. Expressed activation of humoral and killer parts of immunity detected. In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB before treatment, there are pronounced hypersensitivity reactions of the fourth type and activation of the humoral and killer parts of the immune system.Patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid have hypersensitivity reactions of the first and fourth types. Activation of humoral and killer parts of immunity detected. In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after the application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid revealed a pronounced hypersensitivity reaction of the first type and activation of the killer and humoral parts of the immune system. Conclusions. In patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB before treatment revealed T-cell immunodeficiency, which is expressed by a decrease in the level of T-lymphocytes (1.7 times relative to normal) and T-helpers (twice below normal). In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB before treatment revealed T-cell immunodeficiency with a marked decrease in the level of T-lymphocytes (1.8 times normal) and T-helpers (1.8 times below normal). In patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after the application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid revealed activation of the T-cell immune system due to increased levels of T-suppressors. In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after the application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid revealed T-cell immunodeficiency due to the reduced content of T-lymphocytes (1.5 times below normal), namely T-helpers (1.9 times lower than normal).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of figurative language in English children's fairy tales by Brothers Grimm with titled Hansel and Gretel, Rapunzel, and Snowdrop. This study specifically addresses the style of figurative language contained in English children's fairy tales. Style of figurative language are examined in this study includes metaphor, personification, simile, and hyperbole, in terms of form, meaning, function, and particularities in English children's fairy tales. Advanced Research is a qualitative research produces descriptive data in the form of the written word. This study did not use statistical data in the form of numbers, but rather to describe the form, meaning, types, functions, and uniqueness of figurative language in English children's fairy tales. The results showed that in the style of figurative language metaphor based on Haley’s hierarchy in nine metaphors, the metaphors in the three fairy tales are being, cosmos, energy, terrestrial, object, animate, and human. Personification in this research are inanimate personification and non-human personification. Simile in this research includes abstract (being), objects, cosmos, terrestrial, plants, and animals. Hyperbole in this research is hyperbole that state a thing and hyperbole that state a situation. Function of figurative language in the fourth type of style are; reveal the beauty in the style of figurative language, declare an abstract in a concrete way to give a clear image, stating things that are not captured by human senses, and cause freshness or emphasis the words, to give emphasis to a statement or situation, to intensify and enhance the impression and impact of the intent to deliberately overstate the thing and circumstances. Uniqueness found in the using of vehicle from the figurative language in the form of terrestrial, cosmos, and animal. Through this study it can be concluded that children in Europe, the reader or the audience of this tale, is expected to know the figurative language style.

The article aims at a conceptual explanation of the components of digital transformation, including such concepts as “digital organization”, “digitization”, “digitalization”, and “digital “destruction”. The reviews of research in the field of digital transformation have shown that there are different explicit definitions of concepts and they are quite heterogeneous. This made it possible to develop definitions of the relevant concepts, resulting in two different conceptual clusters: arbitrary and involuntary concepts. The first cluster covers concepts grouped around the result of a digital organization. The second cluster refers to violations that give rise to a marginal organization. Based on the review of research on digitalization the author presented a typology of digital organizations, which includes four types: analog organization, digital organization of the first, second and third types. The developed typology is a classic version of the typology: two types with minimum and maximum digitalization, which correspond to the end points of this combination. Between them are two more types with a consistently increasing intensity of digitization. It is obvious that the digitalization of organizations begins with the second type, which is characterized by the rapid application of digital technologies and gradually increases to the fourth type, which represents the strategic integration of digital technologies.

Strings and their evolutions as superstrings and M-theory have been one of the main focus of theoretical Physics for the last 40 years. In fact some have characterized superstrings and M-theory as the best candidates at explaining quantum gravity and providing a Theory of Everything. Others have claimed that it is “Physics of the next century provided for our exploration this century”. Yet not much has come out of it in terms of actual predictions or observation of anything about anything. In the context of explaining gravity with entanglement with multi-fold mechanisms, we encountered traces of superstrings and may have met some of them or their impacts. It qualifies for an alien encounter of the third type. Dualities between spacetime and superstrings were derived, yet nobody embarked or will ever embark on a superstring spacetime trip, at least. So no encounter of the fourth type. This paper summarizes what we have determined about strings, superstrings and M-theory as part of the multi-fold universe models. The observations and lessons learned are telling signs for superstring investigators.

Dilated perivascular spaces in the brain have typical neuroimaging appearances. The classification of dilated perivascular spaces is based on their relationship to blood vessels and is divided into 3 subtypes. A fourth type has been described and termed “opercular perivascular space.” We report on an incidental finding of an opercular perivascular space on MR imaging. Dilated perivascular spaces are benign; it is important to be familiar with their characteristic appearance to prevent reporting them as a neoplasm.

Duties of beneficence are said to allow for leeway to discharge them. By distinguishing between two different types of leeway, Mejia (2020) identified three structurally different duties of beneficence. In this Commentary I deploy those distinctions to clarify the nature of a fourth type of duty of beneficence, one prompted by a global pandemic, a duty with a peculiar, and seldom recognized, conceptual logic. I provide some guidelines that should orient managers when they take themselves to be fulfilling such a duty on behalf of shareholders.
