The article presents an approach applied in the online training of pre-service teachers to acquire digital competence. The content of the concept of ‘digital competence’ in its sustainable and variable component is clarified. The understanding of ‘augmented reality’ to e-learning objects is presented. Two forms of ‘augmented reality’ have been proposed to visualize video information to a clarified concept. The first one is presented via a QR code for quick access and applicable for mobile learning. The other is provided by icons and is applicable to e-learning with a computer. It is believed that ‘augmented reality’ can differentiate students’ online learning according to the field-dependent and field-independent cognitive style and their preferences on the use of different digital learning devices.

This study aims to improve students’ rhetoric skills of a class at the Indonesian Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Traning and Education University of Bengkulu, in the academic year of 2018/2019. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method to describe the conditions of rhetoric learning using the method sugestopedia for students from A class of Indonesian Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Bengkulu, academic year 2018/2019 was employed. Based of the research results in the first cycle there are advantages in the application of the suggestopedia method in learning speaking skill, namely; 1. The existence of student confidence and motivation in learning rhetoric. 2. By using the Suggestopedia Method, students can feel comfortable in learning, so that the imagination of students is more better. In the research conducted in the first cycle there are also deficiencies, namely the example of rhetoric given to students using simple aspects as that students tend to rhetoric based on the aspects used in the example of the rhetoric.  The results of the data analysis of the second cycle of learning with the application of the suggestopedia method, obtained data; 37 students scored above 70 and mastery learning 92.5%. As the researcher stopped this class action research until the second cycle, because the research indicators had been reached.

Using information technology in training and fostering teachers is one of the directions of fundamental and comprehensive reform in general education in Vietnam. Experience from Taiwan in training and fostering teachers is considered as a lesson in implementing the new generation education program. It is necessary to establish the key centers for training and fostering teachers in upcoming time. Information technology and communication make a signigicant contribution to the success of training and fostering teachers. That leading teacher training institutions in Vietnam has been equipped with technique and assistance in program development, training lessons helps to ensure the fact that Vietnam can learn from experience from Taiwan in developing training materials, implementing teacher traning thanks to information technology and communication

Vector analysis is one of the cource listed in the curriculum of the Mathematics Education Department, Faculty of Education and Teacher Traning, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. One of the factors which cause any difficulties and problems in learning Vector Analysis is the student literature used by almost all of the students. That student literature explained a ressume of materials in a brief way completed with many practises., that’s why, the student literature seems too mechanistics. Many student can not use it by theirselves, they need guidances to read that book. In order to solve that problem, teacher designed a student worksheet which is used by the students of the Vector Analysis course when the class is runing. The design of the student worksheet is a concept-based designed. The students can investigate some formulas during the learning of Vector Analysis by theirselves. On the other hand, students can solve some practises contained in the student worksheet easier since the practises is completed with the intructions step by step. During the cource of Vector Analysis, the given student worksheet has a positive response from the student based on the quetionnaire taken from the students. Around 69,2% of the students give their positive response to the student worksheet. The mean of the students score also increased from 60,3 to 80,1. This shows that using the student worksheet in Vector Analysis cource was very useful.

A formação de professores é um assunto recorrente nos estudos da pós-graduação no país. Contudo, são poucas as investigações referentes aos cursos de Licenciatura em Química ofertados na modalidade a distância (EaD). Nesse sentido, o presente estudo teve como objetivo realizar um levantamento, via Portal e-MEC, sobre a oferta nacional desses cursos e identificar a modalidade de ensino (presencial ou a distância) e a condição da instituição promotora (pública ou privada). Esse panorama precedeu um breve histórico dos cursos ofertados no Estado de Mato Grosso. A pesquisa configura-se como um levantamento descritivo e exploratório, cuja aborda- gem é mista por apresentar aspectos quantitativos e qualitativos. A pesquisa abrange todos os estados brasileiros e teve 2016 como ano de referência. Os cursos foram pesquisados junto ao portal do e-MEC. Ao todo são 277 cursos de Licenciatura em Química que estão em pleno funcionamento no Brasil, 254 deles são na forma presencial e 23 em EaD. Além desses, existem outros 24 cursos que estão em extinção. Em Mato Grosso são quatro cursos registrados, e apenas o ofertado pelo IFMT é em EaD. Seu funcionamento foi autorizado em 2007 e é o único da modalidade no Centro-Oeste do país. However, there are few investigations in relation to Chemistry Teacher Training Courses offered in the Distance Education (DE) modality. For that matter, the objective of this study was to ascertain, via the e-MEC portal, the national offering of such courses and identify the teaching modality (face-to-face or distance) and the promoting institution status (public or private). This panorama preceded a brief history of courses offered in the state of Mato Grosso. The research is configured as a descriptive, exploratory ascertainment of a mixed approach, since it shows quantitative and qualitative aspects. The research covers all Brazilian states with the year of reference being 2016. The courses were researched from the e-MEC portal. There is a total of 277 chemistry teacher traning courses in full operation in Brazil, with 254 being face-to-face and 23 being at a distance. In addition to those, there are 24 courses that are being extinct. In Mato Grosso there are four registered courses, with only the one offered by the IFMT being at a distance. Its beginning was authorized in 2007 and it is the only one in that modality in the countrys Midwest. The study highlights the important role that public institutions play in the training of chemistry teachers.Keywords: Teacher training, Distance education, Chemistry teacher traning.

This case study was conducted to investigate efficacy levels of preservice Information and Communication Teachers’ to identify, prevent and intervene to cyberbullying cases. Fifty participants were interviewed and 56 cyberbullying cases, which the participants experienced or witnessed, were collected to evaluate their cyberbullying readiness. Based on the content analysis and the expert ratings, preservice teachers found to have problems for identifying cyberbullying cases, suggesting appropriate prevention strategies for cyberbullying, judging intervention strategies, and suggesting appropriate intervention methods.   Keywords: cyberbullying, cyber solisitation, bullying prevention, bullying intervention, preservice teacher traning
