Abstract In this paper, the ecohydrology measures including water management and interaction of ecological hydrology were considered to take a holistic view on the impact of climate, ecology, environment, and topography on different types of disasters. In the first step, the contents of the grim disaster situation and the information framework of ecohydrology with disasters were evaluated. Nest, the creation of ecohydrology and its work with related disasters were summarized. Three disasters including flood, drought, and geohazard were evaluated and three examples (Dujiangyan Irrigation Project, Karez, and Ecological slope) have been separately discussed for considering the concept of the problem. Depending on the characteristics and potential for an effect in different disasters, there needed to be some challenges and opportunities for ecohydrology facing related disasters in various fields, such as National Space Planning, Sponge City and the ‘One Belt And One Road’ Initiative. Finally, some valuable conclusions were drawn on the application of ecohydrology to disaster prevention and mitigation. Furthermore, the key systemic settings between water management, hydrology, and ecology were described which is of the main importance for social disaster reduction, emergency management, and protection accident prevention.

It is necessary to recognize and address the differential impact of disasters on society. It is quite possible that a significant number of children to become victims of the COVID-19 caused social disaster. As a result, there would be an increase in the number of school dropouts and child labor, which indicates a substantial number of children will be deprived of their right to education. Any alternative response during school closure, like internet-based remote teaching learning, might not compensate the loss of learning as nearly half of the world is without access to the internet. "Emergency situations" are considered any situation either man-made or natural disasters suddenly disrupt the normal course of life, empathy and educational opportunities of children. The present study intended to find out the nature of social disaster caused by COVID-19 and how it impacted the learning loss and socio-emotional immunity of the under privileged school going children. A narrative review technique was used for this research study to explore the policy advocacies adopted in emergency basis in mitigating the impacts of the ongoing pandemic on such underprivileged children.  The data were derived from published articles and reports available in national and international data repositories. The findings reveal that the closure of schools raise the vulnerability of underprivileged children as they are being deprived of their right to education and socio-emotional security. Present pandemic has led adverse situation, therefore disrupted delay or deny the right to education. It is time to rethink to adopt a new policy and mechanism to continue their education and to provide socio-emotional immunity in the time of emergency to address the gravity of crisis.

Purposive sampling is a technique of taking data sources according to the special considerations of the researcher. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire (questionnaire), interview (interview), observation (observation), and documentaries (secondary sources). The data analysis technique used in this study was the triangulation technique. The triangulation technique used in this study includes triangulation of methods to compare research results obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the development of the Grogol Tourism Village is one of the steps for entrepreneurial opportunities, environmental management and social disaster management. Grogol tourism village is an independent tourism village. Grogol tourism village initially relied on cultural potential in self-promotion. Currently, the sports industry is generated by a professional movement. The association policy has strong repercussions on the degree of professionalism, efficiency and freedom of initiative in the activity of professionals in the field. In modern society, professional sports are presented as a type of business, as an important part of the entertainment industry, as well as one of the most complex forms of trade. In other words, we can mention that professional sport is a type of entrepreneurial activity, whose purpose is to make a profit from the sale of the competitive show. In the last decade, professional sports have actively developed, both nationally and internationally, so that the practice of entering into partnerships has expanded, if we refer to athletes who are interested in working in foreign clubs. The professionalization of sport is an objective, inevitable process that contributes to an increase in the effectiveness, technicality, aesthetics and entertainment of sport. In addition, placing sport on a new organizational and economic basis gives the state the opportunity to supplement its budget with additional financial resources [3, 4]. However, the characterization of the dynamics of the development of professional sports, reflected by several authors, attests to the fact that, through its professionalization, sport loses its function and humanistic role in society. "Professional sport is a social disaster, because its product does not only consist of victories and results that constitute the glory and image of a state, but involves people who have lost their health" [5]. In professional sports, the principle of the Olympic sport "Fair - play" loses its meaning, leaving room for the one referring to obtaining "Victory at any cost" (intimidation of the opponent, aggression, fraud, severe psychological pressure on the competitor out of competition and in the competitive process). We are currently witnessing the commercialization of sport and the fact that the Olympic movement is beginning to be a "synthesis of sports performance, advertising technology and public policy". Olympic sports are distancing themselves from mass (ordinary) sports, arguments highlighted by the following aspects: the rapid growth of sports achievements is not in line with those of the physical condition of the population. At the same time, Olympic sports guide and ensure the subsidization of huge sums from a state budget. For example, the budget for the Tokyo Olympics was 1.6 - 1.8 trillion Japanese yen, or about 14.5 - 16.2 billion euros for 33 sporting events, 47 disciplines and 324 events, at which was attended by over 12,000 athletes [7].

For all countries and communities, including Indonesia, globalization is both a threat and an opportunity. Globalization is like a double-edged sword, and the very rapid development of information and communication technology is one of the greatest elements of globalization. Pancasila is a legacy of ancestral noble values extracted from the cultural values of the people of Indonesia. Cultural axiology and the principles of Pancasila are the noble values of Pancasila that can be used as a reference in the life of the nation and state. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the application of Pancasila as the actualization of State defense was very important, particularly with regard to the culture of literacy in order to suppress hoaxes. This study is a literature review that examines the Covid-19 pandemic as a social disaster, the attitude of defending the State, the actualization of Pancasila, the two sides of State security, and the attitude of defending the State during the Covid-19 pandemic. This work is based on a literature review. The literature search took place from January 1, 2021, to January 7, 2021. This study involves qualitative research, in which three types of approaches, namely: legal, conceptual, and analytical approaches, will examine in part all the materials and literature collected during the research period. The findings of this study show that covid-19 is a social disaster that attacks all aspects of human life, and one way for society to overcome the pandemic of Covid-19 is to defend the state and update the values of Pancasila in social life. In addition, one of the cultures that can be used to ward off non-military threats is Pancasila and the attitude of defending the state.

Since the end of 2019 the world has been shocked by the emergence of the COVID-19 virus, which spreads very quickly. Starting from the country of origin, namely the People's Republic of China, until in early March, Indonesia announced two positive cases of COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic is a threat to the Indonesian state. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent and control the spread of this virus, ranging from restricting activities, maintaining distance, using masks, washing hands to developing vaccines. This effort is being carried out by the government as a form of state defense in fighting COVID-19. This research proves that COVID-19 is a social disaster that afflicts all walks of life, one of the methods for overcoming the Covid-19 outbreak by involving itself in the vaccination program organized by the authorities as a form of state defense.

In order to prevent power system disasters and improve power system emergency response capability, the theoretical basis of integration power system disaster prevention and emergency response into social disaster prevention and emergency response was studied. Based on the statistical summary of power system disasters and emergency treatment, the necessity and feasibility of integration power disaster prevention and emergency response into social disaster prevention and emergency response was analyzed. And the mode of integration power disaster prevention and emergency response into social disaster prevention and emergency response was discussed, including weak contact mode, integration mode, unified coordination mode, etc. Then, the path map of integration power disaster prevention and emergency response into social disaster prevention and emergency response was constructed. The research shows that integration of power disaster prevention and emergency response into social disaster prevention and emergency response can realize the prevention and early control of electronic system disasters through data sharing and action coordination, so as to improve the level of power disaster prevention and emergency response.
