In the article, on the basis of valence, a typical set of valence-driven governed components dependent on verbs of movement / moving is analyzed, a hierarchy of governed case and prepositional-case forms of these verbs is proposed, the main morphological means of their expression and their morphological variants are determined. According to such sets of governed components, a typology of verbal government is suggested. The differences between the traditional interpretation of grammatical government and the interpretation offered by the researchers of the latest Ukrainian linguistics are emphasized. The valence-determined government makes it possible to consider governed only notional verbally dependent components with semantic functions of the object, the addressee, the instrument (tool or means of action) and the locality (location, initial and end points of the motion, path of motion). The maximum quantity of typical governed components is shown by the verbs of movement / moving, they belong to multivalent ones. In typical expressions these verbs can have up to six governed components.

The purpose of the article is to suggest new approaches to the lexicographical processing of the modern speech lexis of residents from the particular village. Dialect of the village Stryhantsi of Tysmenytsya district, Ivano‑Frankivsk region was chosen as an object of the research, it is currently included into the dialect of the South-West Naddnistrianshchyna. The village is situated 30 km from the regional center – the city of Ivano-Frankivsk (driving through Roshniv, Klubivtsi, Tysmenytsia). It is supposed that the village was founded in 1624. The village is marked on the map of the French engineer- map-maker Le Vasseur de Beauplan dated 1650. The source base of the research is long-term records of dialect speech of villagers made by the authors of the article. The article contains the first part of the material starting from ‘З’ (Z) letter. The glossary article provides all the relations that express the combination of different grammatical forms of nouns with the preposition З/Z known to the authors and the maximum quantity of the examples with the quotes from the colloquial dialect speech, especially with meanings which can differ from the meaning of the same lexeme in the standard language. Meanings are separated by the Arabic numerals. Words in the quotes from the colloquial dialect speech provides accent marks and other sound features of the lexeme. Common phrases are also presented in addition to idioms. Each common phrase and idiom provides meaning in the colloquial dialect speech. The article illustrates the lexical and phraseological richness of speech of the inhabitants of the village of Strygantsi, interesting grammatical forms with the specified preposition. The collected authentic factual material becomes a valuable source for the analysis the Ukrainian dialect language. Some of the lexemes present a significant interest for the researchers of the historical grammar of Ukrainian language.

The coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on the Russian media, which, regardless of their format, have been broadcasting news about the infection since the beginning of the outbreak on a regular basis. The main purpose of the research is to establish a connection between the epidemiological situation in Russia during the first wave and the nature of the change in the information agenda on the air of the entertainment “Radio Dacha”. To reach this goal the author, using the method of inclusive observation, analyzes 1 219 episodes of the news program, aired from January 2020, when radio hosts first mentioned the COVID-19, to July 2020, when the main restrictions were lifted in Russia. The article shows that depending on the epidemiological state, the number of notes about the coronavirus increased. The maximum quantity of news about the disease was noted in April and May when the country had the highest amount of cases and announced a lockdown. Meanwhile, the content analysis indicated that there was direct and indirect news coverage of the coronavirus. Their ratio is 97 to 3 % in favor of direct news. It means that despite the format of the radio station, the radio hosts only talked about political and social news with little or no entertain ment content. Thus, the epidemic dynamic changed the information agenda, and the worst it was, the more news about the coronavirus went on the air. The news about the infection became the longest discussed subject on the air of “Radio Dacha”.

Background and Objectives: Yeasts are an important portion of microbial communities of soil due to their bioactivity for ecosystem safety. Soil yeast abundance and diversity are likely to be affected under harsh environmental and climatic conditions. In Iraq, human activity and climatic changes especially high temperature which may alter microbial communities in soil. Very little is known about yeast abundance and diversity in a hot climatic region. Materials and Methods: By PCR technique, soil yeast abundance and diversity were investigated under extreme environmental and climatic conditions, as well as the effects of soil properties and vegetation cover in semi-arid lands. Results: In all, 126 yeast strains were isolated and identified as belonging to 13 genera and 26 known species. The maximum quantity of yeast was 0.8 × 102 CFU g -1 of soil, with significantly varied in abundance and diversity depending on soil properties and presence of vegetation. Conclusion: The results show that soil yeast abundance in these regions was significantly decreased. However, semi-arid lands are still rich in yeast diversity, and many species have adapted to survive in such conditions.

This article contains the results of the experimental research on the quantity of root tubers let through to the creasing rollers through the clearance between the worm screw and the feeding transporter working branch in the combined root crop cleaner. It also describes the experimental set and the technique used for dummy tuber root transportation research, with the size of root tubers 0.05; 0.1; 0.15 and 0.2 m in diameter. The experimental research has been held basing on the PFE 24 type planned experiment realisation. The variable factors were transporter speed (variation extremes of 1.2…1.8 m/s), worm pitch (variation extremes of 0.5…0.7 m), clearance gap between the worm screw and transporter (variation extremes of 0.05…0.1m), worm screw angle speed (variation extremes of 7…15 rad/s). The work provides the regression equations that characterize the dependency of the amount or tubers being let through the worm screw to the creasing rollers from the size characteristics of fodder beet root tubers. A graphic dependency analysis has been held and it set the root crop cleaner parameter and work modes best for the maximum quantity of root tubers ran through the device.

To provide a reference for the conservation and application of breeding parentallines resource of Dacrydium elatum (Roxb.). Genetic diversity and population structure of eighty individuals from four populations (Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Lam Dong) in Central Highlands were evaluated using eight SSR markers. Based on the SSR data, 21 alleles were detected by eight SSR with high polymorphism. The genetic diversity of levels within the populations were moderately high (Ho = 0.555, He = 0.429). The average number of shannon information index were 0.618 and genetic differentiation among populations was low (Fst=0.097). The AMOVA revealed high genetic variation within individuals (87%) compared among populations (13%). The UPGMA phenogram showed that the results of molecular clustering largely agreed with the pedigree and geographic origin. Three populations (NL, KCR and BDNB) were clustered together and CYS population was separated. The maximum quantity ΔK was observed for K=2 in population structure analysis, indicating that the entire collection could be divided into two main groups of genes. This study can provide a theoretical basis for genetic resource management and varieties identification of D. elatum resources, and provide reference basis for breeding.

AbstractThe present research is focused on the application of glass beads (GBs) in fixed biofilm reactor (FBR) for the treatment of simulated methylene blue (MB) wastewater for 9 weeks under aerobic conditions. The COD of MB wastewater showed a reduction of 86.48% from 2000 to 270.4 mg/L, and BOD was declined up to 97.7% from 1095.5 to 25.03 mg/L. A drastic increase in the pH was observed until the 3rd week (8.5 to 8.28), and later, marginal changes between 8.30 ± 0.02 were noticed. A dramatic fluctuation was observed in ammonia concentration which increased (74.25 mg/L) up till the 2nd week, and from the 3rd week it started declining. In the 9th week, the ammonia concentration dropped to 16.5 mg/L. The color intensity increased significantly up till the 2nd week (259,237.46 Pt/Co) of the experiment and started decreasing slowly thereafter. The SEM–EDX analysis has shown the maximum quantity of carbon content in the GBs without biofilm, and then in the GB samples of 1st, and 9th-week old aerobic biofilms. Furthermore, Raman spectroscopy results revealed that the 9th-week GBs has a fine and strong MB peak and matched with that of the MB stock solution. Overall, the results have shown that the GBs filter media were suitable for the development of active biofilm communities for the treatment of dye wastewater. Thus, GBs-FBR system can be used for wastewater treatment to solve the current problem of industrial pollution in many countries and to protect the aquatic environment from dye pollution caused by the textile industry.

<p>The fundamental character of the Mg-Al mixed oxide (Mgn(Al)O), derived from the Mg-Al hydrotalcite (MgnAl-CO3-HT), where n corresponds to the Mg/Al molar ratio (n: 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4), was studied by using the adsorption of phenol as a probe acid molecule. The hydrotalcite precursors were prepared by the coprecipitation method. Their derived mixed oxides were obtained by thermal treatment at 450°C in a flow of air. The resulting solids were characterized by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis             (TG-DTA), nitrogen physisorption (BET) and phenol chemisorption. The phenol adsorption followed by UV-Visible spectrophotometry shows that the basicity increases with the Mg/Al molar ratio, such that maximum quantity of phenol adsorbed (Qads = 0.54 mmol/g cat) was obtained with the mixed oxide derived from the Mg-Al hydrotalcite of Mg/Al molar ratio equal to 3.5.</p>

Efforts to achieve an energy transition often neglect to account for the levelling of benefits realizable with higher levels of energy use, despite knowledge of a saturation effect and recognition of increasing harms of use. This research examines energy sufficiency as a maximum quantity of energy associated with improvements in human well-being to inform a recalibration of energy targets among high-energy societies. A systematic review of recent research was performed to identify the point at which increasing levels of energy use no longer correlate with meaningful increases in well-being. For selected studies (n = 18), energy sufficiency values range from 60–221 gigajoules per capita per year with a mean of 132 gigajoules per capita per year for associated measures of well-being. The review finds agreement in a pattern of saturation and provides a range of values for energy sufficiency maximums, suggesting that a relatively modest amount and a diverse quality of energy is needed to support high levels of human well-being. Beyond the conventional emphasis on energy efficiency and renewable energy, energy sufficiency therefore offers a necessary and complementary approach for supporting just and ecological energy transitions.
