На основе одномерной дифференциальной модели теплообмена в газификаторе закрытого типа сформулирована задача параметрической идентификации модели на основе измерений на штатном оборудовании промышленной газификационной установки. Модель включает в себя дополнительное интегральное условие и самосогласованно определяемую подвижную границу, отделяющую зону обледенения трубки испарителя. С применением метода сглаживания особенности разработан алгоритм итерационного решения уравнений модели, использующий метод сквозного счета для решения уравнения переноса на одной итерации. Для параметрической идентификации модели использована смешанная стратегия. Часть идентифицируемых параметров (теплоемкость испарителя, мощность нагревателя, массовая производительность насоса, коэффициент теплоотдачи в окружающую среду) определялась на основе специально организованных измерений: нагрева испарителя без прокачки сверхкритического флюида, газификации в условиях теплоизолированности корпуса испарителя, газификации в стационарном режиме работы. Остальные параметры (коэффициенты теплоотдачи в теплоноситель и сверхкритический флюид) идентифицировались в пассивных измерениях с различными производительностями насоса. Отмечено, что ввиду плохой обусловленности задачи и ограниченности вариаций коэффициентов применение регрессионных методов в данной модели неэффективно. На основе метода стрельбы разработан способ идентификации, заключающийся в определении параметров по измерениям с предельными производительностями с построением функциональной связи между идентифицируемыми параметрами, с последующей верификацией на промежуточных измерениях. Метод апробирован на примере штатной газификационной установки СГУ-7КМ-У We formulated the problem of parametric identification of the model based on measurements on the standard equipment of an industrial gasification plant on the basis of a one-dimensional differential model of heat transfer in a closed-type gasifier. The model includes an additional integral condition and a self-consistently defined movable boundary separating the icing zone of the evaporator tube. Using the method of smoothing the singularity, we developed an algorithm for iterative solution of the model equations, using the end-to-end counting method to solve the transfer equation in one iteration. We used a mixed strategy for parametric identification of the model. We determined some of the identified parameters (evaporator heat capacity, heater power, mass pump capacity, heat transfer coefficient to the environment) on the basis of specially organized measurements: heating of the evaporator without pumping supercritical fluid, gasification under conditions of thermal insulation of the evaporator body, gasification in stationary operation. We identified the remaining parameters (heat transfer coefficients to the coolant and supercritical fluid) in passive measurements with different pump capacities. We noted that due to the poor conditionality of the problem and the limited variation of coefficients, the use of regression methods in this model is ineffective. Based on the ballistic method, we developed an identification method, which consists in determining parameters by measurements with marginal performance with the construction of a functional relationship between the identified parameters, followed by verification on intermediate measurements. В данной работе рассматривается нелокальная внутреннекраевая задача для уравнения дробной диффузии с оператором дробного дифференцирования в смысле Римана-Лиувилля с интегральными условиями. Исследуемая задача эквиваленто сведена к системе двух интегральных уравнений Вольтерра второго рода. Доказана теорема существования и единственности решения поставленной задачи. In this paper, we consider a nonlocal interior boundary value problem for the fractional diffusion equation with a fractional differentiation operator in the sense of Riemann-Liouville with integral conditions. The problem under study is equivalently reduced to a system of two Volterra integral equations of the second kind. The theorem of existence and uniqueness of the solution of the posed problem is proved.

The need for stabilization and development of agro-industrial enterprises, especially of the poultry processing sector, market saturation with domestic and imported goods, Ukraine's entry to the WTO as well as increased consumer requirements for quality and safety of products increase competition in the market of poultry meat. This necessitates the implementation of modern technologies into the market behavior of enterprises processing poultry meat, and the elaboration and implementation of a strategy aimed at achieving their strong competitive advantages should be an integral condition for the development of the enterprise. Creation of competitive advantages is the purpose of the enterprise’s strategic management, the determining factor of increasing its competitiveness. For this purpose, domestic enterprises both in domestic and foreign markets need effective tools of strategic management, which are used in the process of building a scientifically based strategy to increase their competitiveness. Its development, taking into account the operating specifics and factors ensuring competitive advantages of enterprises processing poultry meat, requires a systematic reasoning for the choice of the mechanism of its formation. In literature on economics, considerable attention is given to the problems of securing the competitive advantages of enterprises. Important scientific contributions to the development of the theory and practice of competitiveness, as an element of the enterprise’s strategic management, was made by well-known foreign and domestic scientists, in particular G. Azoiev, S. Anokhin, O. Arfiev, I. Bily, I. Blank, Y. Brigkham, V. Vasylenko, O. Vykhansky, V. Ivanov, S. Kozlovsky, L. Kostyrko, S. Pokropyvny, M. Porter, R. Solow, A. Thompson, J. Schumpeter, A. Yudanov and others. To the study of theory, methodology and formation of strategies to achieve competitive advantages, especially in agricultural enterprises in the conditions of increased competition, are devoted works by T. Akymova, V. Andriychuk, L. Berezina, I. Vinichenko, O. Honcharenko, P. Makarenko, M. Malik, L. Melnyk, L. Marmul, L. Mykhailova, O. Oliynyk, P. Sabluk, O. Skydan, I. Cherven, O. Shpychak, O. Shubravska, O. Ulianchenko and others. However, the issues of a systematic approach to building a strategy to increase the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises remain insufficiently investigated, as well as the research into its role of ensuring sustainable development of business entities, the use of internal marketing tools for the development of a company’s key competencies, the development of management tools and effective ways of ensuring the effective managerial process, taking into account the specific economic activities of enterprises engaged in poultry meat processing. The above-mentioned necessitated a separate scientific research.

The proposed text recording of lectures given by a famous thinker-methodologist in March 1987 at one of the universities belongs to the last period of his amazingly productive work, namely to the creation of a working scheme of thought-activity, forms, means and conditions of its various reflexive elaboration and to the full formation of system-though-activity methodology as an innovative socio-cultural phenomenon in its intellectual environment – in the systematic hard work of the Moscow Methodological Circle. In addition, it is at this historical time that the idea of methodological games is mastered programmatically, organizationally and imitation-technically, and numerous organizational games are held in various problem-thematic areas of solving the most difficult scientific, industrial and covital situations. The s u b j e c t of the collective thought communication of the lecturer with the audience of professional psychologists, which unites the problem areas of the actualized polydialogical semantic landscape of thoughts, questions, answers, arguments, are the historical perspectives of the psychology development. The lecturer offers to abandon the Galilean model of science and Wundt’s model of psychological science, in particular because of their detachment from life and their functioning in their own artificial areas of laws and regularities as ideal abstractions. Therefore, he, unequivocally denying psychologism of any kind, supports not a natural-scientific strategy of empowerment of psychology, but an intelligible, reflexive-interpretive one, which is interested in explaining, constructing and describing true mental reality according to adequately defined goals and values, forms and methods, ways and means of carried out thought-activity. The basic thesis here is formulated very categorically; “outside the framework of methodological thought, no psychology can be.” This is argued by the fact that only methodological thinking allows thought-activity of any psychological content by appropriate means, methods, forms, adequate to a particular life situation. Besides, the projected enrichment of the psychology’s subject field in the coming decades will be determined not by the available material and not by ontological content, but by a methodological approach or a full-fledged philosophical methodologem, though “thinking itself cannot be studied psychologically.” The optimal form of organization and an integral condition for the development of collective thought-activity, in particular in the field of psychology, is organizational game, which at the same time, on the principle of three “s”, provides self-activity, self-organization and self-development of its participants, that operate in a simulated, but real, problem-conflict situation.

In this paper, we are concerned with the combinations of the stochastic Itô-differential and the arbitrary (fractional) orders derivatives in a neutral differential equation with a stochastic, nonlinear, nonlocal integral condition. The existence of solutions will be proved. The sufficient conditions for the uniqueness of the solution will be given. The continuous dependence of the unique solution will be studied.

In this paper, the existence of absolutely continuous solutions and some properties will be studied for a nonlocal boundary value problem of a state-dependent differential equation. The infinite-point boundary condition and the Riemann–Stieltjes integral condition will also be considered. Some examples will be provided to illustrate our results.

Security is one of the basic needs of the individual, society and the state, as well as an integral condition for their development. Corruption is among the threats to the national security of the Russian Federation, as it follows from the National Security Strategy approved by Presidential Decree No. 683 of 31.12.2015. The significant efforts made by the state since the mid‑2000s to form and improve social, legal and organizational mechanisms for combating corruption consistently lead to positive results. At the same time, we have to state that corruption continues to cause irreparable harm to public relations, creates an atmosphere of social tension in society. It is no coincidence that the new National Security Strategy, approved by Presidential Decree No. 400 of 02.07.2021, emphasizes the need of society to strengthen the fight against corruption. The high rates of development of anti-corruption legislation, as well as the institutionalization of anti-corruption structures, have led to the formation of natural intra-system contradictions that hinder the further sustainable development of anti-corruption activities. The emerging trends of stagnation of the anti-corruption system actualize the search for qualitatively new fundamental scientific developments that allow us to reach a new level of intersectoral scientific understanding and development of anti-corruption mechanisms. The current stage of the development of scientific knowledge about the phenomena of corruption and security, as well as the relevant anti-corruption and security systems, allows us to identify sufficient prerequisites for the beginning of the development of the theory of anti-corruption security, which contains methodological approaches to ensuring personal, state and global anti-corruption security
