This paper is showing that COVID19 has affected all walks of life. Protecting lives of people suffering from the disease as well as frontline health responders have been the priority of nations. Governments have swung into actions since the Corona virus attack created an unprecedented situation. India declared a three-week nation-wide lockdown till mid-April in the initial phase, which was subsequently extended for achieving satisfactory containment of the virus spread.

Improving the immunity of COVID-19 patients is very important for the healing process. As is known, viral diseases, including COVID-19, cannot be treated. What can be done is to increase the body's immune system to be strong against the virus attack and weaken it. Various efforts to increase immunity are carried out, among others, with Moringa capsules containing nanogold and nano-silver. Nanogold as drug delivery and nano-silver as antiviral. A total of 64 COVID-19 patients who were treated using Moringa capsules routinely showed a significant recovery process. Clinical trial volunteers were grouped into 3 categories. The first group of positive COVID-19 asymptomatic 22 people. The second group of 24 COVID-19 positive people with mild to moderate symptoms, including experiencing fever, cough, runny nose, and weakness. The 3rd group of 18 people were COVID-19 patients with severe conditions with respiratory problems to the point of using a ventilator. The results of the clinical trial showed that the first group of Covid-19 patients recovered after consuming Moringa capsules for 1-2 weeks, the second group recovered 3-6 weeks. The 3rd group recovered 4-8 weeks. In conclusion, it is proven that Moringa capsules with nanogold and nano-silver increase the immunity of Covid-19 patients so that they survive and recover from their pain. The length of time required for recovery is different for each group. The first group recovered faster than the second group. The third group recovered the longest. It is highly recommended to use Moringa capsules with nanogold and nano-silver innovations to recover COVID-19, especially the new variants that are more easily spread.

Siam Kamang citrus farmers, who are known for their JESIKA products in Nagari Kamang Hilir, Kamang Magek District, Agam Regency, have been cultivating oranges since 1962. During its development, Siamese citrus farming experienced a period of production failure due to the CVPD virus attack. Excessive use of pesticides has affected the development of Siamese orange agribusiness in Nagari Kamang. Community service activities in the form of disseminating research results on prospects for developing Siamese orange agribusiness and the financial feasibility of Siamese citrus business are carried out in an effort to empower farmers to develop Siamese citrus farming. From the FGD activities carried out, farmers finally realized that farming patterns that use pesticides as an effort to prevent pests and diseases incur large costs and have a negative impact on the development of JESIKA agribusiness. Farmers are advised to cultivate JESIKA in accordance with the recommended SOP and apply a polyculture cropping pattern with an organic farming system to increase production more optimally.

Local wisdom of indigenous village communities can be interpreted as ideas, principles of life, behavior, rules or norms, taboos, and punishments derived from the experience of hereditary ancestors, one of which is to deal with life problems, namely disasters. COVID-19 is a disaster that causes difficult conditions to arise in society because it has an impact on all aspects of life. Therefore, people should fight against not only COVID-19 virus attack, but also food scarcity, and hunger. This study refers to the theory of local knowledge suggested by Geertz (1983) stating that local knowledge is born from experiences that have been passed in dealing with disasters and is knowledge owned by local communities and managed locally, in which there is a "cultural" system that aims to unite members within it. With the local wisdom that Sade Village has as a traditional village, the people have their way of dealing with COVID-19. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the local wisdom of the Sade Village community in dealing with COVID-19. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method and the data is analyzed using triangulation. This study finds that local wisdom is used as a living strategy by optimally utilizing natural capital to deal with unexpected disasters. The tradition of togetherness, cooperation, and mutual assistance carried out by the people of Sade Village has made no one infected with the COVID-19 virus and can face food shortages, so this tradition needs to be followed by an example to deal with COVID-19. Another finding is the need to preserve agricultural work as a way of survival.

The impact that was given because of the coronavirus pandemic entered to the corners of the village, one of which is Taji Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. The impact is on educational activities, economy, religious activities, social activities, and government. Government policy with the implementation of new normal has been implemented by the community of Taji Village residents, but the activities carried out are considered less or ineffective so as to make the community restless and even desperate. furthermore, the PKM team conducted devotion and mentoring activities that were carried out from July 27 to August 31, 2020 witha focus on devotion in learning assistance in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Huda Taji village is a 6th grade student with a total of 6 students. The startegi used in this devotion is 1. It is located in the village where students live. 2. Done by developing a network with the Village Government. 3. Done by developing a network with the Principal. In an effort to continue to carry out learning activities effectively in this new normal, the PKM team conducts direct learning assistance to learners during face-to-face hours and during onlinelearninghours. With this assistance, the obstacles that arise in the learning process at MI NURUL HUDA Taji village when there is a phenomenon of Covid-19 virus attack can be overcome.

Ransomware viruses have become a dangerous threat increasing rapidly in recent years. One of the variants is Conti ransomware that can spread infection and encrypt data simultaneously. Attacks become a severe threat and damage the system, namely by encrypting data on the victim's computer, spreading it to other computers on the same computer network, and demanding a ransom. The working principle of this Ransomware acts by utilizing Registry Query, which covers all forms of behavior in accessing, deleting, creating, manipulating data, and communicating with C2 (Command and Control) servers. This study analyzes the Conti virus attack through a network forensic process based on network behavior logs. The research process consists of three stages, the first stage is simulating attacks on the host computer, the second stage is carrying network forensics by using live forensics methods, and the third stage is analysing malware by using statistical and dynamic analysis. The results of this study provide forensic data and virus behavior when running on RAM and computer networks so that the data obtained makes it possible to identify ransomware traffic on the network and deal with zero-day, especially ransomware threats. It is possible to do so because the analysis is an initial step in generating virus signatures based on network indicators.

World is going through a global pandemic COVID-19 and this situation can be explained through soft matter point of view. Covid-19 also known as Coronavirus have a complex form of nucleic acid and it has a strong lipid layer. A small analysis of soft matter properties of corona virus is done here. The virus is transmitting and mutating very fast and affected almost all sectors of world. The virus attack and virus transmission is explained and infection probability rate is also calculated. A detailed study about viral pandemics and tactics to prevent this using SMS (sanitizer, mask, social distancing) method is discussed and analyzed how this helps in decreasing virus transmission.

In December 2019, the severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)—a novel coronavirus was identified which was quickly distributed to more than 100 countries around the world. There are currently no approved treatments available but only a few preventive measures are available. Among them, maintaining strong immunity through the intake of functional foods is a sustainable solution to resist the virus attack. For this, bioactive compounds (BACs) are delivered safely inside the body through encapsulated food items. Encapsulated food products have benefits such as high stability and bioavailability, sustained release of functional compounds; inhibit the undesired interaction, and high antimicrobial and antioxidant activity. Several BACs such as ω-3 fatty acid, curcumin, vitamins, essential oils, antimicrobials, and probiotic bacteria can be encapsulated which exhibit immunological activity through different mechanisms. These encapsulated compounds can be recommended for use by various researchers, scientists, and industrial peoples to develop functional foods that can improve immunity to withstand the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak in the future. Encapsulated BACs, upon incorporation into food, offer increased functionality and facilitate their potential use as an immunity booster. This review paper aims to target various encapsulated food products and their role in improving the immunity system. The bioactive components like antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, polyphenols, omega (ω)-3 fatty acids, lycopene, probiotics, etc. which boost the immunity and may be a potential measure to prevent COVID-19 outbreak were comprehensively discussed. This article also highlights the potential mechanisms; a BAC undergoes, to improve the immune system.

DC-SIGN receptor articulated by macrophages and dendritic cells is encoded by CD209 gene and plays a role to activate and proliferate the T-lymphocytes in response of virus attack. The dysfunctional activity of DC-SIGN receptor because of missense SNPs can lead to cause dengue haemorrhage fever, HIV-1 infection etc. Out of 11 transcripts of CD209, all missense SNPs of canonical transcript were retrieved from Ensembl database and evaluated by their deleteriousness by using Polyphen-2, PMut, SIFT, MutPred, PROVEAN and PhD-SNP together with stimulation of its complete 3D structure. 10 nsSNPs were chosen depending on both the significance value of nsSNP and their prediction among SNPs evaluating servers which are based on different algorithms. Moreover, the position and native role of 10 nsSNPs in wild 3D model has been described which assist to acknowledge their importance. This study urges the researcher’s community to experimentally validate these SNPs and their association in causing the diseases like dengue fever, Tuberculosis etc.

Since the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Wuhan, China, in December of 2019, it has rapidly become a global pandemic. Although acute respiratory disorder is the main manifestation of COVID-19, acute kidney injury (AKI) is another important extrapulmonary complication, which has a critical impact on the prognosis and mortality of patients. Current understanding about the exact pathogenesis of AKI in COVID-19 is unclear. Several studies have suggested that intrarenal, pre-renal and post-renal factors mediated collaboratively by direct virus attack, overloaded immune responses, drugs, sepsis, coagulation dysfunction, and underlying diseases may all be involved in the pathogenesis of AKI. This article reviews the current understanding of the pathogenesis of AKI in COVID-19.
