Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) has been a substantial economic problem due to its antibiotic resistance, persistence inside host and recurrence of disease. It escapes from immunity because of its intra-cellular growth. Moreover, it forms biofilm on both living and in-animate surfaces that leads to recurrent infections and growth in food industry, respectively. Further, S. aureus undergoes the vertical and horizontal evolution that has genetically diversified the bacterial population. All the factors such as point mutations, plasmids, phages etc. have played their roles in diversifying this bacterium. Many bacterial physiological characteristics have been affected by genetic diversity. Biofilm forming ability is also considered as a variable characteristic of S. aureus that can help the bacteria to survive in different environments with different levels of biofilm production. In adapting the environment, S. aureus also forms different types of biofilm for its better survival. How genetic diversity is playing its role in this division of S. aureus is yet to be revealed. This chapter focuses on the factors related to genetic diversity and biofilm formation of S. aureus.

This paper employs to discuss the cilia induced flow of a compressible Jeffrey fluid with variable characteristic of thermal conductivity. Thermal conductivity is thermally variable. Effects of thermal radiation and MHD are also explored. The velocity slip at the wall is also considered. Flow equations have been modeled mathematically and tackled analytically using regular perturbation method. A proper attention is given to plot and discuss the behavior of quantities of interest against the relevant parameters. We explore growth of temperature with Mach number but this growth is strongly visible in supersonic regime as compared to the subsonic regime. The discoveries of the current model have noteworthy yields, which can be pertinent in various areas of aircraft industry, geophysics, biological transport processes, and in the operation of other mechanical devices.

<p><em>The rate of exclusive breastfeeding that is not in accordance with the national target is influenced by several factors. Factors that influence the process of breastfeeding can come from within the mother and from outside. This research was conducted with the aim to identify the characteristics of breastfeeding mothers in the Exclusive Pumping Mama Indonesia Group. This research uses descriptive method with survey approach. The population in this study is breastfeeding mothers who are members of the Exclusive Pumping Mama Indonesia Group. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique by adjusting the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set by 49 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing the characteristics of respondents. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis by looking at the frequency distribution of the percentages of each sub-variable characteristic of nursing mothers. The results showed that of the 49 respondents involved mostly aged 20-35 years, namely 87.5%, had a high level of education (D3 / S1) of 85.4%, 79.2% of working mothers and primiparous mothers which is as much as 68.8%.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA </strong>Angka pemberian ASI Eksklusif tidak mencapai target nasional. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi proses menyusui, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal ibu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik ibu menyusui di Group Exclusive Pumping Mama Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui yang tergabung dalam Group Exclusive Pumping Mama Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> sejumlah 49 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi karakteristik responden ibu menyusui. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat yaitu dengan melihat distribusi frekuensi persentase dari masing-masing subvariabel karakteristik ibu menyusui. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 49 responden yang terlibat sebagian besar berusia 20-35 tahun yaitu 87,5%, memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi (D3/S1) yaitu sebanyak 85,4 %, ibu berstatus bekerja sebanyak 79,2% dan merupakan ibu primipara yaitu sebanyak 68,8%. Direkomendasikan desain penelitian cross-sectional untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat mengindentifikasi lebih jauh hubungan antar subvariabel karakteristik ibu menyusui dalam kaitannya dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif.</p>

The modern accountant works in extremely difficult conditions, which is associated with the rapid development of the service economy, which leads to the formation of new and complex business processes and operations. Since all transactions must be reflected in the accounting system of the enterprise, there is a need to find sound methods that allow to implement it within the existing legal field. However, domestic legislation in the field of accounting and taxation is increasingly undergoing changes that are not always relevant and systematic. As a result, the accountant in his work is faced with problematic issues that need to be addressed immediately. However, the solution of such problems is not always directly regulated by law. In such conditions, the role and importance of professional judgment of the accountant, the content of which is disclosed in the article, increases significantly. It is determined that professional judgment is bases on acquired knowledge, own skills, abilities, experience and professional sense, and is a kind of superstructure of professional opportunities. The cost of such a judgment depends on the result obtained on the basis of its application. Professional judgment is a variable characteristic of an accountant's capabilities and requires constant development. To do this, you should follow certain principles, which include consistency, argumentation, reliability, completeness, logic. Adherence to these principles will form the level of professional judgment that will provide an opportunity to effectively solve non-standard production situations and bring additional income to the accountant. In addition, we believe that the application of international accounting and reporting standards provides more opportunities for the development of accounting judgment. This is because international standards describe the basic principles that a particular entity must comply with. Domestic accounting regulations provide many alternatives by which objects can be recognized in accounting. Therefore, the development of professional judgment in the application of national provisions is primarily related to the justification of a specific alternative or scheme of application of methods of recognition, evaluation, accounting of individual objects.

Abstract. In order to fully use the newly-built hydrologic stations in small and medium rivers for flood warning and prevention, based on the technical line of the investigation and evaluation of flash flood disasters, different historical flood information of the warning river section was investigated, while the elevations of riverain houses were measured. The relationship between the stations and affected population has been established for the study region. According to integrated flood control capability of riverside residents, the characteristic water levers and rainfall threshold values were determined in this case. The results indicate that the warning and safety levels are 54.0 and 55.3 m, respectively. The analysis results show that the warning should be issued when the net rainfall intensity is 70 mm h−1 or 110 mm for 6 h condition. And considering the effectiveness of disaster avoidance, variable characteristic water levers of the hydrologic station for flood warning in different village were determined on the basis of the flood control capability of each village. The relationship between hydrologic numerical value and inundating influence was established in a one-to-n way.

Abstract The paper presents the concept of vibration measurement and reduction system for rails in hyperloop technology. It is based on the experience of measuring vibrations in high-speed rail, the first commercial magnetic rail, and vibration reduction systems for these rails. The authors outlined a conceptual vibration monitoring system based on the MQTT protocol and the vibration reduction method. The vibration reduction systems based on variable-characteristic silencers and solutions used in research centers, especially in CERNie and LIGO, were de-scribed.
