The article responds to a recent statement on the weakening of the position of the genitive. Numerous studies have dealt with this question. It should be noted, however, that although the genitive actually retreats in relation to the object, it has a fixed position in relation to the attributive function. The German language is rich in linguistic-stylistic forms that may appear as an alternative to the genitive form. Alternative forms of the genitive, as genitive values, function at different frequencies and degrees. One of their semantic equivalents is composites. The research is based on the latest entomological literature (P. Eisenberg, P. Galman, L. M. Eichinger, A. Heringer), and the illustrated material is taken from online newspapers (such as Spiegel online, Zeit online, Frankfurter allgemeiner Zeitung, Süddeutsche Zeitung. As for the newspaper genre, comments, reports, interviews were used during the research.

The Lausanne Movement famously organizes Evangelicals around the need for “the whole Church to take the whole gospel to the whole world.” Years of reflection on what this means has led the movement to make more and more explicit statements about who is included in mission, what that mission looks like, and whom that mission is directed toward. In its most recent statement, the Cape Town Commitment expressly calls for us to “think not only of mission among those with a disability but to recognize, affirm and facilitate the missional calling of believers with disabilities themselves as part of the Body of Christ.” This is the first time that people with disabilities are explicitly included in this evangelical conversation and yet, though it has been over 10 years since Cape Town, scholarship on what this means in terms of theology, ecclesiology, and missiology remains underdeveloped. This article explains why disability must be part of our understanding of whole church, whole gospel, and whole world, and will suggest that when it is, we will change the ways in which we talk about and do mission.

SARS-Cov-2 infection, a pandemic disease since March 2020, is associated with a high percentage of cardiovascular complications mainly of a thromboembolic (TE) nature. Although clinical patterns have been described for the assessment of patients with increased risk, many TE complications occur in patients with apparently moderate risk. Notably, a recent statement from the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) atherosclerosis and vascular biology working group pointed out the key role of vascular endothelium for the recruitment of inflammatory and thrombotic pathways responsible for both disseminated intravascular coagulation and cardiovascular complications. Therefore, a better understanding of the pathophysiological process linking infection to increased TE risk is needed in order to understand the pathways of this dangerous liaison and possibly interrupt it with appropriate treatment. In this review, we describe the histological lesions and the related blood coagulation mechanisms involved in COVID-19, we define the laboratory parameters and clinical risk factors associated with TE events, and propose a prophylactic anticoagulation treatment in relation to the risk category. Finally, we highlight the concept that a solid risk assessment based on prospective multi-center data would be the challenge for a more precise risk stratification and more appropriate treatment.

Despite the relatively narrow construction of their authority in substantive law, there is ample evidence from which to conclude that the marājiʿ wield authority in other realms too. While much of the scholarship on the marjaʿiyya has focused on their political authority in Muslim-majority societies, their status as cultural icons is arguably more important for understanding their global influence. This article examines how marājiʿ use their "iconic authority" to shape canons. In particular, it focuses on a recent statement by al-Sayyid ʿAlī al-Ḥusaynī al-Sīstānī that describes Nahj al-balāgha as an explanation of the meanings of the Quran. It is argued that, by seeking to organize and regulate reading practices, al-Sīstānī's statement contributes to the canonization of Nahj al-balāgha. To fully appreciate the significance of al-Sīstānī's statement, however, one needs to situate it within the history of the text. I argue that the School of Ḥilla is an excellent vantage point from which to view the history of the canonization of Nahj al-balaghah because it can be considered the formative period of Imāmī tradition in important respects. Evidence from the School of Ḥillah confirms that Nahj al-balāghah played a role in the organization and representation of Imāmī tradition, but there is little evidence of the notion that it is an explanation of the meanings of the Quran. Drawing upon J. Z. Smith's classic treatment of canon, I conclude that the novelty of this view is further evidence that Nahj al-balāgha is canonical.

Abstract The high incidence of thromboembolic disease, and in particular venous thromboembolism (VTE), has emerged as an important consideration in hospitalized and critically ill patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The coagulopathy of COVID-19 is postulated to result from interactions of the inflammatory and immune systems with the coagulation system, manifesting as a cytokine storm associated with hyperinflammation and coagulation and platelet activation. Unique characteristics of VTE in hospitalized and critically ill patients with COVID-19 include the high incidence of VTE (and especially pulmonary embolism) when compared with historical controls; the finding of in situ pulmonary embolism associated with microthrombi, which suggests a thrombotic microangiopathic process in addition to classic macrovessel disease; and, most important from a clinical perspective, the unusually high rate of VTE that has been reported despite standard thromboprophylaxis. This raises the possibility that intermediate or weight-based heparin dosing may be more effective than fixed dosing for thromboprophylaxis in high-risk subsets of patients hospitalized with COVID-19. There have been several guidance statements focusing on the management of VTE in hospitalized and critically ill patients with COVID-19, including the most recent statement by the Scientific and Standardization Committee of the International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, which includes comprehensive guidance on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of VTE in this patient population. Ongoing randomized trials that address key clinical questions, especially more intense thromboprophylactic strategies and novel antithrombotic approaches, have the potential to reduce the morbidity and mortality from VTE in hospitalized and critically ill patients with COVID-19.

Consensus statements from the sport and exercise medicine community are now fairly common. More recently, the statements appear more prescriptive, strongly recommending particular approaches to research or treatment. The most recent statement on methods for reporting sport injury surveillance studies included an extension to the STROBE (Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology) reporting guidelines; STROBE guidelines are now official requirements for many journals. This suggests that investigators who use methods outside of these guidelines may have difficulty publishing their results. The challenge is that by definition, consensus is not unanimity. Therefore, consensus recommendations are sometimes considered flawed at a later date. This is expected if we gain new knowledge. However, the consensus methods themselves may also inadvertently lead to a suppression of contrary but valid opinions. The purpose of this narrative review it to propose a different model for consensus meetings and statements that embraces dissenting opinions, leading to increased transparency. In brief, the method is based on how Supreme Courts functions, allowing for both majority and one or more minority opinions. I illustrate how a consensus statement might be written using examples from four previous sport and exercise medicine consensus statements between 2005 and 2020. Such an approach will help ensure that clinicians, researchers and journals are not inappropriately influenced by recommendations from consensus statements, where experts continue to have important disagreements about the strength and interpretation of the evidence.

This study reveals two aspects of the growing large-scale arms race on earth and in space, as well as the efforts of the United Nations to solve this problem. In the first section, The destructive arms race knows no borders , the author asks a logical and simple question why not to use the billions of dollars that capitalist countries spend on weapons in the interests of ordinary people living in poverty and dying of hunger. He gives specific proves that show a scale of children and adults disaster, focuses on the threat of nuclear proliferation and the need to implement the agreements reached in the UN on this issue, calls for doing everything possible to prevent the exchange of nuclear strikes and the consequences of the disaster as a result of an accident, miscalculation or even insane intention. The second section Is outer space the common heritage of mankind in danger emphasizes that the militarization of space is becoming increasingly important in the sphere of the US interests. This is evidenced by D. Trumps recent statement about Americas intention to dominate in space the next area of military action . Attention is drawn to the fact that Russia and China have tried several times in the UN to ban all types of weapons in outer space, but these attempts were sabotaged by the US and its supporters. The author believes the UN should adopt a Peace Treaty that would include the elimination of all types of weapons from space.
