This study aims at finding out four comprehension strategies of reciprocal teaching enhancing students’ achievement in reading comprehension. To achieve the aims of the study, null hypotheses have been put on after being subjected to experiment. Fifth stage of secondary school (female) students' in the city center of Masin, during the second term of the academic year 2017-2018. The sample of the study consists of (64) subjects, (32) students represent the experimental group, and (32) students represent the control group. While the control group has been taught by using " English for Iraq ‘5th preparatory SB, the experimental group has been taught by using four comprehension strategies of Reciprocal method. The researchers taught both the experimental group as well as the control group. The result of study shows that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the development of the experimental group taught by “Four Comprehension strategies of reciprocal method” of the pretest and the posttest.

AbstractThe trigonometric levelling using the simultaneous reciprocal method has been proved to meet the precision of second order levelling. But this method is invalid once the distance of river crossing is beyond 3.5 km due to the difficulty of target recognition at such a long distance. To expand the available range of this method, this paper focuses on solving the target aiming and distance observation over a long distance. A modular LED 5-prism (modified Leica GPR1 reflector) as an illuminated target instead of the common prism is introduced, and we adopt the sub-pixel image processing technique to recognize the center of the target image pictured by image assisted total station (Leica Nova TM50 I equipped with a coaxial camera). Based on the principle of precise trigonometric levelling, this paper utilizes two image assisted total stations using image processing technique to perform simultaneous reciprocal for zenith angle measurement and GNSS static measurement for slope distance measurement to determine the height difference of either river bank. And long-distance precise river-crossing levelling can be realized based on the mentioned above. Besides, it is successful to apply in the experiment of Fuzhou Bridge spanning 6.3 km in China. The result shows the standard deviation is ± 0.76 mm/km that is compatible with the precision of second order levelling has.

ABSTRACT   The research aims to know the effectiveness of the use of reciprocal style in developing the skillful self and learning some basic skills in football among fifth grade literary students as well as knowing which is better (reciprocal style or the method used) in the variables of the current study, the researcher used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research as for the research sample It was represented by the literary fifth grade students in Anah Preparatory School for Boys, and the number (20) students were divided into two groups by (10) students for each group, for whom pre-tests were taken on the scale of self-skill and basic skills in football.                  Then the experimental group applied its independent variable (the reciprocal method), then the control group applied (the method used), and the researcher applied the principle of the gradation from easy to difficult in implementing the exercises during the lesson session, and the results were processed by the statistical bag program (SPSS), and the researcher concluded that Positive effectiveness in developing self-skill and learning some basic football skills among literary fifth-grade students, and the researcher recommended using this method in other activities and paying attention to all soccer skills in football.

Due to the loss of freedom, the stability and tracking ability of the manipulator around the singularity become worse. This article aims at improving the accuracy of the manipulator and ensuring the stability of the system with the damped reciprocal method. Firstly, the singularities are separated into forearm and wrist singularities to obtain the singular factors of the manipulator respectively. Secondly, a new mathematical function of the approximate damped reciprocal of the singular factor is proposed. Thirdly, the singularities are avoided by modifying the Jacobian matrixes of the manipulator with the approximate damped reciprocal algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness and the stability of the system are proved by the simulations on a manipulator with the spherical wrist. The simulation results prove that this method can largely improve the accuracy of the end-effector and can ensure the stability of the system around the singular region.

The purpose of this study is to improve reading skills in the cognitive aspects of Arabic. This study was conducted classroom action research with reciprocal method in reading learning. There are four steps in reciprocal method, including: 1) Predicting, 2) Clarifying, 3) Questioning, 4) Summarizing. The process of collecting data were observations, questionnairs, field notes and tests. To determine the level of reliability of the test, the reliability test was performed using the Kuder Richardson formula (KR-20). After the validation and reliability tests were carried out, it was stated that the test instruments were very reliable and valid. Qualitative data is validated through data triangulation which includes four ways namely; credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.  As a result, students' reading skills in cognitive aspects experienced a significant increase. The average value in the  pre-cycle is 55.27 then in the first cycle the average reading skill score rises to 86.02. The average value increases again in the second cycle, which is 91.16. This proves that the right method in learning to read can help students improve reading skills, one of which is cognitive ability. Although the reciprocal method has been considered an old learning method in the MHI Islamic boarding school his method is a new learning method, so it can inspire language teaching methods in other traditional schools.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of the reciprocal method on the basic skills of playing Football. This type of research is quasi-experimental, the study population was 57 male students of SMP Negeri 2 Bunut Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province, while the sample in this study was 40 students after using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was the David Lee proficiency test which was a development of David Lee made by Subagyo Irianto. Data were analyzed using statistical normality test and t-test. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant influence of reciprocal methods on the basic skills of playing soccer for students of SMP Negeri 2 Bunut, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province.

Background: Controlling the structure of proto-oncogene telomeres is very important in antitumor therapy. There are relationships between G-quadruplex DNA and the growth of tumor cell. Methods: In this study, spectroscopic, cyclic voltammetry and viscosity methods were employed to investigate the interaction between Zn-Arsenazo Ⅲ complex and G-quadruplex DNA by using 4S Green Plus Nucleic Acid Stain as a spectral probe in PBS buffer. The binding ratios were n Arsenazo Ⅲ : n Zn(Ⅱ) = 5:1 for Zn-Arsenazo Ⅲ complex and n Zn- Arsenazo Ⅲ : n G-quadruplex DNA = 8:1 for Zn-Arsenazo Ⅲ-G-quadruplex DNA. The bonding constants (Kθ 298.15K=4.44x105 L·mol-1, Kθ 308.15K= 1.00x105 L·mol-1, Kθ 318.15K= 1.04x106 L·mol-1) were obtained by double reciprocal method at different temperatures, Which was found that the interaction between Zn-Arsenazo Ⅲ complex and Gquadruplex DNA was driven by enthalpy. Furthermore, the research further confirmed that the interaction mode between Zn-Arsenazo Ⅲ complex and G-quadruplex DNA was a mixed binding which involved intercalation and non-intercalation interaction. Results and Conclusion: Together these findings also have corroborated the application of stabilizing ligands and intervening with their function for target G-quadruplexes in a cellular context.
