AbstractIn the field of therapeutic antibody production, diversification of fed-batch strategies is flourishing in response to the market demand. All manufacturing approaches tend to follow the generally accepted dogma of increasing titer since it directly increases manufacturing output. While titer is influenced by the biomass (expressed as IVCD), the culture time and the cell-specific productivity (qP), we changed independently each of these parameters to tune our process strategy towards adapted solutions to individual manufacturing needs. To do so, we worked separately on the increase of the IVCD as high seeding fed-batch capacity. Yet, as intensified fed-batch may not always be possible due to limited facility operational mode, we also separately increased the qP with the addition of specific media additives. Both strategies improved titer by 100% in 14 days relative to the standard fed-batch process with moderate and acceptable changes in product quality attributes. Since intensified fed-batch could rival the cell-specific productivity of a conventional fed-batch, we developed novel hybrid strategies to either allow for acceptable seeding densities without compromising productivity, or alternatively, to push the productivity the furthest in order to reduce timelines.

Marketing management of educational services will be good if it is carried out effectively and efficiently in a professional manner. This is done as an effort to make it easier for educational institutions to market their services to the public. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of marketing management of educational services at MTs Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are, MTs Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo Implements the education marketing mix as follows: (1) product strategy, (2) price strategy, (3) place strategy, (4) promotion strategy, (5) people strategy, (6 ) physical eventdance strategy, (7) process strategy. In addition, there are various developments in marketing strategies carried out by MTs Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo in the face of competition between educational institutions.

Fiber additive will induce the rheological behavior of suspension, resulting in variation in velocity profile and fiber orientation especially for the non-dilute case. Based on the fluid-solid coupling dynamics simulation, it shows that the fiber orientation aligns along the streamline more and more quickly in the central turbulent region as the fiber concentration increases, especially contract ratio Cx > 4. However, fibers tend to maintain the original uniform orientation and are rarely affected by the contract ratio in the boundary layer. The fibers orientation in the near semi-dilute phase is lower than that in the dilute phase near the outlet, which may be the result of the hydrodynamic contact lubrication between fibers. The orientation distribution and concentration of the fibers change the viscous flow mechanism of the suspension microscopically, which makes a velocity profile vary with the phase concentration. The velocity profile of the approaching semi-dilute phase sublayer is higher than that of the dilute and semi-dilute phases on the central streamline and in the viscous bottom layer, showing weak drag reduction while the situation is opposite on the logarithmic layer of the boundary layer. The relevant research can provide a process strategy for fiber orientation optimization and rheological control in the industrial applications of suspension.

A highly enantioselective protocol has been recently described as allowing the synthesis of five-membered cyclic imines harnessing the selective generation of a β-Csp3-centered radical of acyl heterocyclic derivatives and its subsequent interaction with diverse NH-ketimines. The overall transformation represents a novel cascade process strategy crafted by individual well-known steps; however, the construction of the new C-C bond highlights a crucial knot from a mechanistically perspective. We believe that the full understanding of this enigmatic step may enrich the current literature and expand latent future ideas. Therefore, a detailed mechanistic study of the protocol has been conducted. Here, we provide theoretical insight into the mechanism using quantum chemistry calculations. Two possible pathways have been investigated: (a) imine reduction followed by radical–radical coupling and (b) radical addition followed by product reduction. In addition, investigations to unveil the origin behind the enantioselectivity of the 1-pyrroline derivatives have been conducted as well.

The problem examined by this study is how the process strategy planning in the founding of Islamic Youth of Al-Falah Mosque in Latsari Tuban and what the content of planning the founding strategy. The research aims to illustrate how the Islamic Youth of Al-Falah Mosque in Latsari Tuban does to prepare strategy planning in the founding of Islamic youth and also to find out the content of planning the founding strategy. To describe that two problems, researcher used a qualitative method with case study. The data was dig deep with interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The research provided the following results. First, in strategy planning process, the Islamic Youth of Al-Falah Mosque used external analysis, then formulated vision for the next five years, discussion with core functionaries, then rediscuss to all of organization’s devisions and praying together. Second, the design of Islamic Youth founding strategy was that there was a formulation of a target program of activities, measuring activity program’s and also developes the activity by adding new activity programs.

Subject. This article deals with the structuring of the organization's cost information, which can help set up and develop a system of strategic management reporting on financial responsibility centers. Objectives. The article aims to develop directions for structuring the information flow in the strategic management reporting system for the account cost center in the context of decentralization of the strategic management system on financial responsibility centers. Methods. To develop practical recommendations, I used the methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization. Results. The article presents certain directions to structure information flow on the account cost center determining the areas of financial responsibility, objects of strategic control and management, and the structure and content of the center's strategic management reporting. Conclusions and Relevance. The presented areas of structuring the information flow of the account cost center can contribute to the development of strategic management accounting and reporting, improve the quality of information support for the strategic management system, and rise the efficiency of management decisions. The results of the study are of practical importance for optimizing the system of strategic management accounting and cost control of the production sector companies, and they may contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business process strategy implementation.

The purpose of the article is to identify the features of successful graphic designers of the 21st-century positioning on the pages of the so­cial network Instagram, highlight the directions of communication strategies and approaches to their visualization. Research methodolo­gy. To carry out this study, we used the empirical method of collecting factual material, analysis, comparison, and generalization methods. The principal source of analytics is designers’ Insta­gram pages as factual material. The scientific novelty of the study consists in a comparative analysis of graphic designers’ communicative images on Instagram pages, based on which, for the first time, an attempt was made to sys­tematize communicative contact strategies with subscribers. There are four possible ap­proaches to creating the communicative image of the designer, which, however, do not exhaust the entire range of options. Conclusions. The communicative image use for communication on social networking pages is a reasonable and effective method of a designer’s professional development, as the number of subscribers on such pages is much bigger and reaches several hundred thousand active subscribers. The design of social communication by de­signers with their audience is contained in the planning of the strategy of the communication process as a whole, the tactics of individual com­munication acts (posts), the allocation of several types of content, and their rhythmic alternation and design. Inconel 718 as one of the most common nickel-base alloys is mainly characterized by its high-temperature strength. Thus, in particular drilling is subject to high tool wear due to high thermomechanical loads on the cutting edges. To reduce those effects an alternative process design of discontinuous drilling was developed which contains a periodical interruption of the machining process with the aim of a targeted wetting and cooling of the tool at regular intervals. Thus, a significant reduction of the thermal load on the tool should provide a benefit to the drilling process and extend the tool life. Numerical and experimental investigations were used to analyze the introduced process strategy modification.

With the advent of technology, several domains have b on Internet of Things (IoT). The hyper spectral sensors present in earth observation system sends hyper spectral images (HSIs) to the cloud for further processing. Artificial intelligence (AI) models are used to analyse data in edge servers, resulting in a faster response time and reduced cost. Hyperspectral images and other high-dimensional image data may be analysed by using a core AI model called subspace clustering. The existing subspace clustering algorithms are easily affected by noise since they are constructed based on a single model. The representation coefficient matrix connectivity and sparsity is hardly balanced. In this paper, connectivity and sparsity factors are considered while proposing the subspace clustering algorithm with post-process strategy. A non-dominated sorting algorithm is used for that selection of close neighbours that are defined as neighbours with high coefficient and common neighbours. Further, pruning of useless, incorrect or reserved connections based on the coefficients between the close and sample neighbours are performed. Lastly, inter and intra subspace connections are reserved by the post-process strategy. In the field of IoT and image recognition, the conventional techniques are compared with the proposed post-processing strategies to verify its effectiveness and universality. The clustering accuracy may be improved in the IoT environment while processing the noise data using the proposed strategy as observed in the experimental results.
