AbstractWe consider analytically weak solutions to semilinear stochastic partial differential equations with non-anticipating coefficients driven by a cylindrical Brownian motion. The solutions are allowed to take values in Banach spaces. We show that weak uniqueness is equivalent to weak joint uniqueness, and thereby generalize a theorem by A.S. Cherny to an infinite dimensional setting. Our proof for the technical key step is different from Cherny’s and uses cylindrical martingale problems. As an application, we deduce a dual version of the Yamada–Watanabe theorem, i.e. we show that strong existence and weak uniqueness imply weak existence and strong uniqueness.

The research investigates the agglomeration pattern of seven national, international oil and gas extraction and production companies through an exploration of oil and gas cluster components and subcomponents. For this exploratory study, data is collected through primary sources via in-depth interviews from managers of national and international oil and gas MNCs working in Sindh, Pakistan and through secondary sources ofbusiness reports. The content analysis is adopted to analyze the data. Results of this study reveal that there is strong existence of exploration and production companies which results in agglomeration, however, other components of oil and gas cluster like refineries, marketing companies, supporting institutes, media and government poorly exist in Sindh province of Pakistan. Findings also highlight that the Sindh as a resource-rich region is still underdeveloped due to poor management of resources or because of the absence of ideal oil and gas cluster components and coordination among them in the region. _________________________Keywords:Agglomeration, Oil and Gas sector, cluster components, regional development Sindh, Pakistan.INTRODUCTIONPakistan is rich in oil and gas reserves that can sufficiently help to accelerate the economic growth of the country (Haque and Arif, 2007).According to Akbar (2005), Pakistan is the country which mainly depends on oil and gas resources for their energy consumption. Since the 1980s, the country's crude oil consumption is greater than the production. The average crude oil production in the year 2013 is 51.32, and its consumption is 285.38 barrels per day, respectively

Due to the development of internet nowadays, people utilize it with games and it results in the development of gaming industries that leads to strong existence of virtual economy. However, the development of the gaming industry in Indonesia was indeed a little late compared to other countries. This study generates a new perspective that describes purchase intention on virtual goods in Massively Multiplayer Online Social Games (MMOSG), Audition, in Indonesia. This research is done through a survey by using questionnaire which acquired 200 Audition players as respondents. The data processing used is structural equation modeling. Results of the study show factors that significantly influence purchase intention on virtual goods are social influence and aesthetic in which purchase intention affects actual purchase behavior, while price utility and satisfaction do not influence purchase intention.

Aim of the study: In this study, the spatial and temporal characteristics of drought in the upper and middle Cheliff; a semi-arid region of northwestern Algeria was examined using the standard precipitation index [SPI] at an annual time scale as a tool for measuring the severity of meteorological drought. Material and methods: To asses of SPI annual sum of precipitation from 11 precipitation stations covering the period 1970-2009 were used. In order to identify the possible changes in the precipitation trend of the studied series, statistical tests were selected. The extent, severity and duration of the drought in the study area were obtained. Results and conclusions: Statistical tests showed that the occurrence of ruptures in the rainfall regime was detected at the end of the 1970s and the beginning of 1980s with a negative trend. The results of the SPI showed a strong existence of dry years after 1979 and 1980. The years 1993, 1999 and 2001 presented an extremely severe drought (SPI <-2). The evolution of SPI showed a dominance of the frequency of normal years (67%) and alternation of dry years (17%) and wet years (16%) over a period of 40 years. The total surface of the study area is affected by drought during severe years (1993, 1999). The study area exhibits irregularity and heterogeneity of drought due to the great variability of precipitation, it can vary from sub-basin to another and from one year to another.

This article deals with two issues. The first concerns the problem of collective memory of the past, which is divided here into shared memory, separate memory and non-memory. Shared memory plays a lesser role in Central Europe than separate memory, the latter being the core of national and social identity. Shared memory is an unattainable ideal proposed by some politicians and cultural researchers. A significant role is played by non-memory, which temporarily annihilates difficult matters related to the past. History vies with collective memory in Central Europe as a means of preserving the past. This is the result of centuries-old conflicts, changing political systems, shifting borders and, above all, many nations losing their sovereignty. This situation made the problem of domination and subordination a fundamental problem of history and collective memory. For this reason, the second part of the article focuses on the postcolonial aspects of collective memory, and in particular on its relation to the events of 1956, 1968, and 1981 connected with the military reaction of the communist system to attempts at reform. These events, with all their historical differences, are caused by external violence (1956, 1968) or by internal violence caused by external pressure (1981). Central European societies also shape mutual relations through their attitudes to selected elements of the past. The author of the article depicts the inconspicuous aspects of shared internal and international memory by means of an analysis of four aspects: ressentiment, unremembering, historical politics and aesthetisation. An analysis of the events that took place in 1956, 1968, and 1981 in the context of these four aspects of postcolonial memory reveals the fragile (moderately strong) existence of common areas. These areas are dominated by non-memory and separate memory, which deform historical realities. This proves that it is difficult for Central European societies to move beyond slogans and general declarations. True shared memory is the task for the future.

AbstractOvarian cancer (OC), a multifaceted and genetically heterogeneous malignancy is one of the most common cancers among women. The aim of the study is to unravel the genetic factors associated with OC and the extent of genetic heterogeneity in the populations of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).Using the high throughput Agena MassARRAY platform, present case control study was designed which comprises 200 histopathological confirmed OC patients and 400 age and ethnicity matched healthy controls to ascertain the association of previously reported eleven single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) spread over ten genes (DNMT3A, PIK3CA, FGFR2, GSTP1, ERCC5, AKT1, CASC16, CYP19A1, BCL2 and ERCC1) within the OC population of Jammu and Kashmir, India. The association of each variant was estimated using logistic regression analyses. Out of the 11 SNPs the odds ratio observed for three SNPs; rs2699887 was (1.72 at 95% CI: 1.19–2.48, p = 0.004), rs1695 was (1.87 at 95% CI: 1.28–2.71, p = 0.001), and rs2298881 was (0.66 at 95% CI: 0.46–0.96, p = 0.03) were found significantly associated with the OC after correction with confounding factors i.e. age & BMI. Furthermore, the estimation of interactive analyses was performed and odds ratio observed was 2.44 (1.72–3.47), p value < 0. 001 suggests that there was a strong existence of interplay between the selected genetic variants in OC, which demonstrate that interactive analysis highlights the role of gene–gene interaction that provides an insight among multiple little effects of various polymorphisms in OC.

We study Fisher markets that admit equilibria wherein each good is integrally assigned to some agent. While strong existence and computational guarantees are known for equilibria of Fisher markets with additive valuations (Eisenberg and Gale 1959; Orlin 2010), such equilibria, in general, assign goods fractionally to agents. Hence, Fisher markets are not directly applicable in the context of indivisible goods. In this work we show that one can always bypass this hurdle and, up to a bounded change in agents’ budgets, obtain markets that admit an integral equilibrium. We refer to such markets as pure markets and show that, for any given Fisher market (with additive valuations), one can efficiently compute a “near-by,” pure market with an accompanying integral equilibrium. Our work on pure markets leads to novel algorithmic results for fair division of indivisible goods. Prior work in discrete fair division has shown that, under additive valuations, there always exist allocations that simultaneously achieve the seemingly incompatible properties of fairness and efficiency (Caragiannis et al. 2016); here fairness refers to envyfreeness up to one good (EF1) and efficiency corresponds to Pareto efficiency. However, polynomial-time algorithms are not known for finding such allocations. Considering relaxations of proportionality and EF1, respectively, as our notions of fairness, we show that fair and Pareto efficient allocations can be computed in strongly polynomial time.

This paper aims to discuss the influence of Muhammadiyah in shifting the meaning of Yaa Qowiyyu ritual or Apeman in Jatinom, Klaten. The discussion focuses on examining the role of the dominant group in establishing the mainstream culture in the area. Upon its arrival, Muhammadiyah has established a strong existence in the village and has changed the beliefs of Jatinom residents about the ritual although they still keep the Yaa Qowiyuu existence. Consequently, changes are made in the ritual. The practice is no longer called ‘ritual’ as its term or meaning. Instead, Apeman has turned into a festival. Moreover, the residents’ belief in receiving blessing from the traditional rice flour cake called apem has already gone. Through the ethnographic method, this research shows the ways Muhammadiyah shifted the Jatinom society’s religious perspectives and the critical implications of the efforts to the ritual itself. This paper elaborates the aforementioned problems to observe whether Muhammadiyah did the subtle shifting to the local culture through state power. Using Foucault’s theory about power and knowledge, this research observes the existence of cooperation between Muhammadiyah as the local organization and the state in modifying the ritual and its meaning into the festival. The symbols signifying the cooperation can be seen in this festival. Such cooperation shows that the nationalization and Muhammadiyahization, the process of a society’s shift towards Muhammadiyah, run simultaneously in Jatinom village. Keywords:Ritual, Apeman, and State power
