Abstract. At the beginning of any crisis, including pandemics, it is very important to provide timely information to expert headquarters at the local and global level so that they can make daily decisions about measures and behavior of the population. Support for this can be a combination of analytical and statistical data together with the locations from which these data were collected. Part of the cartographic visualization deals precisely with the ways of designing and visual presentation based on which it would be clear to the user where the biggest hotspots and the biggest changes are compared to the previous period. The paper describes the origin and proposal of the original dashboard for monitoring the COVID pandemic in Croatia. The dashboard contains and combines thematic data and displays it with the layout and design carefully determined. The goal is for the data to be implemented as soon as it is available to the public. Similar works available on the Internet are also shown. The entire course of making the dashboard for the COVID pandemic and dissemination data is described, as well as data sources, software, problems encountered and solutions.

Unstructured interviews were conducted to solicit narratives from 11 women who terminated a pregnancy in adolescence. Results: Data were analysed through narrative, thematic data analysis. Three themes emerged from the findings: delayed post-traumatic growth, low body esteem and an alteration in the development of maternal identity. Conclusion: The study intended to explore the interaction of culture and grief amongst women who terminated a pregnancy in adolescence. Abstract Date Presented Accepted for AOTA INSPIRE 2021 but unable to be presented due to online event limitations. This qualitative study fills a research gap and provides insight into how and why OT practitioners currently use yoga to benefit clients with multiple sclerosis. The following themes emerged through thematic data analysis of eight semistructured interviews: (1) OT and yoga are a natural and complementary fit, (2) holistic benefits for clients beyond therapy, (3) leveraging personal ties to yoga, and (4) use of yoga is dependent on client factors and clinical environment. ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to explore challenges of Virtual Instruction during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Accounting Classrooms. A qualitative research approach and a case study design was used. 10 Accounting teachers were purposively selected. Thematic data analysis was used. The study shows challenges of virtual classroom like lack of teacher readiness, and ready infrastructure to support the virtual learning. The study concludes that rural schools and those that are in semi-urban areas needs to be priorities when technology resources are distributed. Teachers who are in rural and semi-urban areas needs to be up-skilled with technological skills. The study recommends that Network companies should partner with education sector in order to supply data, connectivity, and accessibility by zero- rising then to support virtual classroom learning. After the COVID-19 all teachers should be encouraged to attend various forms of online workshops in order to improve their understanding of online teaching.

Abstract Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) is a major societal problem with significant healthcare implications. The consequences of this kind of violence result in victims (and perpetrators) regularly needing healthcare. Various structural barriers can prevent victims from accessing services or result in inadequate responses to their needs. International research shows that general practitioners can play an important role in tackling IPV but that they also are confronted with various difficulties themselves. Drawing on seventeen in-depth interviews with general practitioners in Flanders, we discuss in this article the experiences of GPs who come across IPV in their health care practice. We use an intersectional approach to better understand the difficulties GPs face by looking at the complexity underlying these cases and by exploring GPs’ understanding of vulnerabilities of marginalised groups. A thematic data analysis was applied. Using a number of case studies, we found that GPs are confronted with various structural barriers that complicate the care of patients who are victims of IPV. This gives rise to alternative care strategies, which are based on a sentiment of ‘involved incertitude’.

This MRP examines the impact that ableist media representations have on youth living with disabilities in the GTA. More specifically, it seeks to answer three essential questions, (1) How have ableist representations of disability in media impacted the way youth with disabilities see themselves? (2) What representations of disability would youth with disabilities like to see in mainstream media? (3) What is social work’s role in changing these ableist media tropes and stereotypes? Using a narrative research methodology, this researcher collected the stories of three Torontonian youths between the ages of 18 to 29 years old, who self-identify as living with a disability. Episodic interviews and thematic data analysis were used to reveal several significant findings. Overall, participants felt that the media does not accurately represent their experiences of disability, often relying on stigmatizing stereotypes that influence their interactions with others, ultimately impacting the way they feel about themselves.

The features of creating interactive web-maps on the territory of the city are considered. In a separate category maps created with Google, Yandex, OSM mapping a substrate with a certain set of points of interest (POI), and maps created with GIS applications. The technology of creating an interactive map is proposed, which includes the main stages: designing a mathematical basis, creating a geo-graphic basis, forming thematic databases, creating a web map. In the framework of this technology, the scale levels of the map are determined, and the choice of the cartographic projection is considered. The sources for creating an interactive map are identified, namely, the geographical basis, housing and utilities reform data, and thematic data. The interrelations of thematic objects with general geographical elements of the map content are established. A technological scheme for creating and filling a spatial database for a city site is presented. The stage of forming thematic data from various sources is considered. The technological scheme of creating an interactive web map is presented. The process of creating interactive logic is described. This technology allows you to easily make updates to the thematic database, which provides quick access to the information of the end user.

The Foundation Phase is a transitional stage from pre-school to formal schooling, especially Grade 1. The learners are often less familiar with the formal schooling space, making mistakes that teachers often regard as challenging and destructive behaviours. Therefore, this paper discusses in depth how the chosen Grade 1 educators create the rules in their classrooms and apply them. The research uses a qualitative approach to consider the experiences of teachers on creating and applying the learners’ rules. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with three teachers from Grade 1 who agreed to participate in the study. Thematic data analysis was used to analyze the data. The study found that there is often a disparity between the learners’ identities and the expectations of the teacher. This includes teachers treating young children as a homogeneous group who need to adjust to formal school programmes and not vice versa.
