For the conditions of deposits in Jurassic and Paleozoic terrigenous reservoirs of the Sherkalinsky trough and Shaimsky swell of Western Siberia, a criterion analysis and screening of enhanced oil recovery techniques used in the fields of the West Siberian oil and gas province were carried out. For various groups of oil fields, a set of the most effective technologies for the development of residual hard-to-recover reserves of flooded fields has been proposed. The areas for effective application of the selected techniques for deposits introduced into development within the considered tectonic-stratigraphic elements are determined. The areas determination was carried out on the basis of 19 parameters characterizing the geological-physical and physical-chemical properties of formations and fluids, as well as the maximum and minimum values of the canonical discriminant functions determined by the situational map. Based on the numerical modeling of oil recovery processes, a forecast of an increase in the final oil recovery factor was made for five facilities-field test sites of the selected groups of facilities. Keywords: hard-to-recover reserves; terrigenous reservoirs; factor analysis; enhanced oil recovery techniques; numerical modeling; criterion analysis.

Article is dedicated to organization and conduct of the calibration results of reciprocal interlaboratory comparisons for the multifunctional calibrator of electric quantities: DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current and AC current. The interlaboratory comparisons of electric quantities measurement instruments calibration results are represented. Evaluation of the laboratory calibration results bias is provided using the modified criterion. Analysis and conclusions concerning participating laboratory competence are provided.

This paper presents a new approach based on Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), named PROMETHEE-SAPEVO-M1, through its implementation and feasibility related to the decision-making process regarding the evaluation of helicopters of attack of the Brazilian Navy. The proposed methodology aims to present an integration of ordinal evaluation into the cardinal procedure from the PROMETHEE method, enabling to perform qualitative and quantitative data and generate the criteria weights by pairwise evaluation, transparently. The modeling provides three models of preference analysis, as partial, complete, and outranking by intervals, along with an intra-criterion analysis by veto threshold, enabling the analysis of the performance of an alternative in a specific criterion. As a demonstration of the application, is carried out a case study by the PROMETHEE-SAPEVO-M1 web platform, addressing a strategic analysis of attack helicopters to be acquired by the Brazilian Navy, from the need to be evaluating multiple specifications with different levels of importance within the context problem. The modeling implementation in the case study is made in detail, first performing the alternatives in each criterion and then presenting the results by three different models of preference analysis, along with the intra-criterion analysis and a rank reversal procedure. Moreover, is realized a comparison analysis to the PROMETHEE method, exploring the main features of the PROMETHEE-SAPEVO-M1. Moreover, a section of discussion is presented, exposing some features and main points of the proposal. Therefore, this paper provides a valuable contribution to academia and society since it represents the application of an MCDA method in the state of the art, contributing to the decision-making resolution of the most diverse real problems.

The competence approach and innovations in education are one of the levers for the development of quality in academic education. The Strategy for Development of Higher Education 2021 – 2030 (draft) sets out a number of priority areas and goals for the development of higher education. In the present study, these objectives are operationalized through a competency analysis of updated curricula of direction 1.2. “Pedagogy”. The study specifies a number of concepts and scientific statements at the meta-level, so as to outline the operational scientific structure of the competency approach. A qualitative criterion analysis of the teaching activity is made in order to outline the leading approaches in academic teaching, types of competencies set in the curricula, effective methods of teaching and learning.

The article shows the sequence of development of mathematical expressions of the technical and economic indicators of networks whose voltage is up to 1000 V. In the development of these expressions, methods such as the smallest squares, the criterion analysis were used. From the resulting expressions, it is possible to see which sizes are significantly dependent or dependent on the costs incurred for this network processing.

In the article, using the criterion analysis method, the analysis of the stability of total costs, the sensitivity of parameters to changes in the initial data (to the analysis of the influence of errors in the initial data) is carried out, and recommendations are given on the use of the obtained parameters for 10 kV distribution electrical networks.

In this paper, several consensus algorithms are investigated, a comparative analysis of these algorithms is made, the results of which are important in the context of the active growth of the cryptocurrency market. In addition, in the context of pandemics, the creation of blockchain technologies for the distributed storage of reliable medical data is relevant. The key properties of consensus algorithms are highlighted, and a detailed analysis of the algorithm of the promising Istanbul BFT algorithm is carried out. Using multi-criterion analysis of alternatives, it is shown how you can select the appropriate consensus algorithm for the needs of specific tasks.

Abstract This paper examines energy, drinking water and health nexus in India, and its consequences for the environment and economy. To establish this nexus, K-means cluster analysis and Davies–Bouldin validation index are employed to group 32 Indian states and union territories. The classification was performed based on 16 criteria, and the number of optimal clusters arrived at is 8. The nexus between energy, drinking water and health must be cautiously dealt with to ensure the social and economic growth of the nation. The criterion analysis of the states within these clusters indicates that states and union territories facing energy crises are usually deficient in safe drinking water services; consequently, people of those regions suffer from ill-health, which increases the economic burden on people through the loss of work productivity. With a deficient cash reserve, the communities are incapable of fulfilling the demand for energy and safe drinking water. However, while installing desalination plants to fulfil the need for safe drinking water, their environmental impact must be taken into account, as these systems have high energy consumption and significant environmental impact.
