Background: Whilst some imaging signs of endometriosis are common and widely accepted as ‘typical’, a range of ‘subtle’ signs could be present in imaging studies, presenting an opportunity to the radiologist and the surgeon to aid the diagnosis and facilitate preoperative surgical planning. Objective: To summarise and analyse the current information related to indirect and atypical signs of endometriosis by ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods: Through the use of PubMed and Google scholar, we conducted a comprehensive review of available articles related to the diagnosis of indirect signs in transvaginal US and MRI. All abstracts were assessed and the studies were finally selected by two authors. Results: Transvaginal US is a real time dynamic exploration, that can reach a sensitivity of 79-94% and specificity of 94%. It allows evaluation of normal sliding between structures in different compartments, searching for adhesions or fibrosis. MRI is an excellent tool that can reach a sensitivity of 94% and specificity of 77% and allows visualisation of the uterus, bowel loop deviation and peritoneal inclusion cysts. It also allows the categorisation and classification of ovarian cysts, rectovaginal and vesicovaginal septum obliteration, and small bowel endometriotic implants. Conclusion: The use of an adequate mapping protocol with systematic evaluation and the reporting of direct and indirect signs of endometriosis is crucial for detailed and safe surgical planning.

Reducing fuel consumption is a major goal in planning a ship's voyage. In addition to reducing the operational costs of the voyage, this planning objective influences the energy efficiency of the voyage. This study presents a method for identifying the operational energy efficiency in planning a voyage route to sailboats. In this regard, in the first part of the study was developed a method for determining the Energy Efficiency Performance Indicator (EEOI) of a voyage route for sailing ships. In the second part of the study, to validate the developed method, were analyzed two voyage routes, with imposed limitations, to identify the optimal voyage route around the world for the Training ship „Mircea”. The Training ship „Mircea” is a training ship for the students of the "Mircea cel Bătrân" Naval Academy. The analysis was performed for two navigation routes, namely from East to West and from West to East, departing/arriving from the port of Constanța. The results of the analysis indicate that the route from West to East is the optimal route for Mircea's voyage around the world from the perspective of the ship's energy efficiency.

AbstractCollecting and receiving information about the state of a transportation system is essential to effective planning for intelligent transportation systems, whether it be on the part of individual users or managers of the system. However, efforts to collect or convey information about a system’s status often require considerable investment in infrastructure/technology. Moreover, given variations in the development and use of transportation systems over time, uncertainties exist as to where and when demand for such services may be needed. To address these problems, a model for minimizing the cost of siting and/or collecting information while ensuring specified levels of demand are served at an acceptable level of reliability is proposed. To demonstrate the characteristics of the proposed formulation, it is coupled with another planning objective and applied to identify optimal sites for information provision/collection in a transportation system. Model solutions are then derived for multiple scenarios of system flow to explore how variations in the use of a transportation system can impact siting configurations.

After dealing with the issue of public revenues and expenditures in the positive economy, we are talking about the role of public revenues and expenditures in the Islamic economy in normal circumstances, which includes the definition of the house of money, its origin, its functions and the relationship between the budget and the house of money in Islam with the definition of the general budget in the positive and Islamic economy, as well as the role of revenues And public expenditures in Islamic economics, and through this comparison between revenues and expenditures in positive economics and Islamic economics, we reach the essential point, which is the advantage of Islamic economics that does not appear to us except by comparing it with other systems. The general budget was also defined in Islamic economics, its origins, its components, and other objectives of the general budget, such as the administrative objective and the planning objective, then from which the needy interests are fulfilled, and then the improvement. And all of this is to gain knowledge of the general purpose of Islamic legislation, which is to achieve the interests of the people in both the immediate and the future, by bringing them benefit and warding off corruption on their behalf.

Abstract We introduce a simple but flexible mechanism to learn an intermediate plan to ground the generation of abstractive summaries. Specifically, we prepend (or prompt) target summaries with entity chains—ordered sequences of entities mentioned in the summary. Transformer-based sequence-to-sequence models are then trained to generate the entity chain and then continue generating the summary conditioned on the entity chain and the input. We experimented with both pretraining and finetuning with this content planning objective. When evaluated on CNN/DailyMail, XSum, SAMSum, and BillSum, we demonstrate empirically that the grounded generation with the planning objective improves entity specificity and planning in summaries for all datasets, and achieves state-of-the-art performance on XSum and SAMSum in terms of rouge. Moreover, we demonstrate empirically that planning with entity chains provides a mechanism to control hallucinations in abstractive summaries. By prompting the decoder with a modified content plan that drops hallucinated entities, we outperform state-of-the-art approaches for faithfulness when evaluated automatically and by humans.

The sudden pervasive of severe acute respiratory syndrome Covid-19 has been leading the universe into a prominent crisis. It has influenced each zone, for example, industrial area, horticultural zone, Public transportation, economic zone, and so on. So as to see how Covid-19 affected the globe, we conducted an investigation characterizing the effects of the pandemic over the world using Machine Learning (ML) method. Prediction is a typical data science exercise that helps the administration with function planning, objective setting, and anomaly detection. We propose an additive regression model with interpretable parameters that can be naturally balanced by experts with domain intuition about the time series. We focus on global data beginning from 22nd January 2020, till 26th April 2020 and performed dynamic map visualization of Covid-19 expansion globally by date wise and predicting the spread of virus on all countries and continents. The major advantages of this work include accurate analysis of country-wise as well as province/state-wise confirmed cases, recovered cases, deaths, prediction of pandemic viral attack and how far it is expanding globally.

Duri is the district capital Mandau, Bengkalis, Riau, Indonesia. With a population of about 239.361 inhabitants were ditahap expansion of Bengkalis district to become a municipality. Responding to the expansion that has been moving dihimbaukan still very volatile and has a formation in the society. In the framework of the expansion, the community is very enthusiastic in mengupakan Duri Duri city became municipality. Even if they wanted to be taken to the point best, only the expansion movement had managed to move the working area of the Regent of Bengkalis City Duri. The purpose of the planning office of regent saber planning objective to produce a Planning and progaming in the design office of mayor, with levels of Riau province, while the subjective goal to generate a spatial plan / program that is able to accommodate the activities of managers, especially users and other activities. Planning office of regent Saber with pendekata Malay architectural transformation is planned in the Clean Water Pipe Road, Duri Riau, namely where the location away from the noise, thus making the office feel comfortable and calm when in office. The concept of this saber regent office planning with pendekata "Malay architecture" in which the planning concepts using the basic concept design principle customize the theme Shape Transformation with Malay architecture. To form the building using subtractive transformation types and customize the design basis Malay Architecture

This paper presents a novel collision-free navigation system for the unmanned aerial vehicle based on point clouds that outperform compared to baseline methods, enabling high-speed flights in cluttered environments, such as forests or many indoor industrial plants. The algorithm takes the point cloud information from physical sensors (e.g. lidar, depth camera) and then converts it to an occupied map using Voxblox, which is then used by a rapid-exploring random tree to generate finite path candidates. A modified Covariant Hamiltonian Optimization for Motion Planning objective function is used to select the best candidate and update it. Finally, the best candidate trajectory is generated and sent to a Model Predictive Control controller. The proposed navigation strategy is evaluated in four different simulation environments; the results show that the proposed method has a better success rate and a shorter goal-reaching distance than the baseline method.
