Instagram is a social media application developed by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger who are members of the Burbn.Inc company. Instagram is a photo and video sharing service application that allows users to take photos, videos, and give them filters and then share them by uploading them on social media. Currently, there are more than 90 million Instagram social media users in the world as a means to shop online. Instagram is getting a lot of attention because it provides an opportunity for companies to make Instagram a marketing platform. One of the companies that is currently busy on Instagram is a company that is engaged in skincare. The 5 Best Local Skincare Brands in 2021, including: Whitelab, Avoskin, Somethinc, Lacoco, and For Skin's Sake. The purpose of this study is to determine the credibility of the performance of the Instagram accounts of the 5 Best Local Skincare Brands in 2021. The method of this research is to use a quantitative exploratory method. The results of this study indicate that the skincare brand For Skin's Sake is ranked first and has good account performance credibility.

Instagram also provides various interesting features such as filters, instagram stories, IGTV and other network features. Instagram was founded by a company called Burbn inc. And led in 2010 by two CEOs Mike Krieger and Kevin Systrom but on April 9, 2012 Instagram has been taken over by Facebook with a value of around $1M. Instagram users in Indonesia are 86.6% of the total population. The increasing number of active Instagram users in Indonesia who use Instagram as a marketing platform. There are 5 football players in the world who use Instagram as a marketing platform, namely: Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dambelle, Paul Pogpa. The purpose of this study is to calculate the credibility of the Instagram account performance of the 5 most expensive soccer players in the world. The method used for this research is quantitative exploratory method. The results of this study indicate that football player Kylian Mbappe gets first place and has good account performance credibility.

Youtube is a video sharing website created by three former PayPal employees in February 2005. The company is headquartered in San Bruno, California. Youtube allows users to create videos of minimum duration from 10 minutes to 8 minutes, accompanied by a variety of user/creator-generated video content, including movie clips, TV clips, and music videos. In addition, amateur content such as video blogs, and several other creative features. In Indonesia, there are 93.8 percent of the 170 million active users, making Indonesia the country with the largest Youtube users in the world. The number of active Youtube users in Indonesia can certainly provide an opportunity for brands to make the Youtube platform a social media marketing platform. There are 5 world-famous jewelry brand vendors that use Youtube as a marketing platform, namely: Dior, Tiffany & Co, Mikimoto, Cartier, and Buccellati. The purpose of this study is to calculate the credibility of the Youtube account performance of the Top 5 Famous Jewelry Brand Vendors in the World. The method used in this study is an exploratory quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that the vendor of a well-known jewelry brand in the world. Indonesia is ranked first and has good account performance credibility.

With the pandemic grabbing up places all over the world, the decline in businesses, macro and micro, is inevitable. Among these businesses is the retail sector which plays an important role for any economy. Retail sector covers all the basic necessities that a human being needs. Retail sector is dependent on many factors that drive the sales of a company and the most vital one is the customer retention. With eruption of technology it is highly important to underscore the importance of social media and advanced technology.   The main reason for that is the number of options the customers have. Due to this the switching cost is low. From the porter’s analysis, we can clearly conclude that the bargaining power of the buyer is high for most retail commodities. Many customers are loyal towards a brand because of the brand image, so it is highly important that a company fulfills its CSR programs in a way that can grab the attention of the customers and glue them to the brand. This brand image can also be connected to the store ambience. This study is based on various factors that are perceived by the customers as of value and how these factors can enhance the customer retention.

ABSTRACTTikTok is a social media application launched by a Chinese company. TikTok allows users to create 15-second videos accompanied by music, filters, and several other creative features. In Indonesia, there are 30.7 million active users, making Indonesia the country with the largest TikTok users in the world. The large number of active TikTok users in Indonesia can certainly provide opportunities for content creators, influencers, reviewers and public figures to make the TikTok platform a social media marketing platform. The 5 Most Expensive TikTok Accounts that use TikTok as a platform to share their daily activities as well as their activities are reviewing products that are distributed to be promoted, namely: Zachking, Ryaz Aly, BabyAriel, LorenGray and Kristen Hancher. The purpose of this study is to calculate the credibility of the performance of 5 TikTok Termhal Accounts as the account with the most expensive endorsement fee. The method used for this research is quantitative exploratory method. The results of this study indicate that a content creator named Zachking gets the first rank and has good account performance credibility.

Instagram is a social network that was born from a company called Burbn, Inc. which was founded on October 6, 2010. The company was founded by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger who currently serve as CEOs of Instagram. Instagram is a photo and video sharing application that allows users to take photos, take videos, apply digital filters, and share them on various social networking services owned by Instagram itself. One of the unique features on Instagram is that it looks like a photo into a square shape, so you can see the results of the Kodak Instamatic and Polaroid cameras. This study aims to determine the ratios contained in social media Instagram. These ratios can later be used to perform analyzes that can be determined mathematically. The research method used is exploratory to find the variables contained in Instagram. These variables will be tested, so that relevant ratios can be found to be used to assess the performance of an Instagram account. The results of this Instagram social media research show that 14 ratios that can be used to assess, measure and compare come from an Instagram account. The implication of finding this ratio is that further researchers can conduct quantitative research in measuring, assessing and comparing accounts on Instagram.

The purpose of this study is to calculate from the performance of the Instagram accounts of the 5 Highest Paid Female Celebrities in the World. The method used for this research is exploratory quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that Kylie Jenner is ranked first and has a good account performance

Recently, we hear more about web generations and its role in current web technologies we are using. Most of people know Web 2.0 and how the huge transformation changed from the previous version (Web 1.0). Web 2.0 is the style that became standard in the late 1990s and includes all the features that have allowed web pages to move beyond static documents. Web 2.0 marked a cultural shift in how web pages were developed, designed, and used from static era to dynamic one. It saw the meteoric rise of social media, including Facebook and Twitter, and user-generated content such as blogs, wikis, Wikipedia being perhaps the most famous and video-sharing sites such as YouTube. Its features made it very attractive for people to be familiar with it and learn to work with it. In this paper, we will go through some aspects of Web Generations from 1.0 to 3.0 and focus on some security issues for each generation.

Scandals of corruption in government and mismanagement in business and government departments has made us rethink of what the world is becoming and what should be done to steer it on the right track. Brilliant policy and law makers have tried to put in place laws and governing statutes that can assist in ethically governing businesses and governments so that they can sustain themselves and maintain a healthy respectful and transparent relationship with all their stakeholders and communities. The failure by certain governments and businesses to adhere to policy, statutes and laws has frustrated good people and their only podium left standing is social media and online petitions. On websites worldwide communities are getting together to discuss and defame businesses and governments that are perpetuating unethical behaviour. This has changed the face of marketing as marketers and the public relations departments are in change of maintain and promoting a company or governments image. The face of marketing has changed as social media has introduced itself into the mix.

This paper reviews challenges and opportunities for news media and journalism in today's changing media environment. It documents that we are moving towards an increasingly digital, mobile, and social media environment with more intense competition for attention. More and more people get news via digital media, they increasingly access news via mobile devices (especially smartphones), and rely on social media and other intermediaries in terms of how they access and find news. In this environment, a limited number of large technology companies enable billions of users across the world to navigate and use digital media in easy and attractive ways through services like search, social networking, video sharing, and messaging. As a consequence, these companies play a more and more important role in terms of (a) the distribution of news and (b) digital advertising.
