The object of research is the management of communication processes that occur between different stakeholders in project activities in the implementation of distributed environmental projects. The research is based on the application of the basic provisions of communication management in project management methodologies, including Green Project Management used to study the features and factors influencing individual processes in distributed environmental projects. The paper also applies the current provisions, methodological approaches to set theory and systems analysis (to formalize management processes, development of system models); classical and applied project management standards; expert evaluation methods for quantitative evaluation of criteria; methods of mathematical modeling, etc. The information base of the research is statistical data on the implementation of projects, the results of own research. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that a significant impact on the outcome of the implementation of distributed environmental projects is determined by the successful management of communications between stakeholders in the development and implementation of the project. Because the formation of an effective communication management mechanism in distributed environmental projects ensures the receipt of the project product with minimal risks. The interrelation of management of communications and interactions in the distributed projects and features of application of the concept of Green Project Management for management of nature protection projects is shown. Peculiarities of interaction management in distributed environmental projects are analyzed. The method of interaction management in nature distribution distributed projects is offered. The method of creation of a communication platform for realization of the coordinated management of communications in the distributed projects is offered. With the help of the method it is possible to coordinate the planned actions of the project participants on a set of compromise and related solutions to implement the tasks that are the best results of the project in accordance with the functions for benefits. It is shown to increase the efficiency of the interaction management process in distributed environmental projects to ensure effective communication in the interaction of stakeholders in distributed environmental projects under the condition of unclear information about the real state of the level of achievement of stakeholder expectations.

The present article suggests the way of inclusive learning interaction management based on Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), Russian Federation Federal acts, humanistic, person centered, communicative and activity centered approaches as well as ‘universal design’ training. Interaction efficiency is achieved by pedagogical environment identification and grounding in psychological, technological, cognitive and linguistic units. Based on expert evaluation and the method of observation, the authors analyze the activities of teachers and students with and without disabilities in the process of foreign language learning. Some ways of pedagogical support of educational interaction in problem-based situations are proposed; attention is paid to the choice of optimal educational resources: teaching methods, forms and aids, aimed at intellectual, cultural, moral, socio-professional development of the future specialist. In addition, training resources are oriented on coping with stereotypes, respect to others and mutual enrichment.

Drug interaction in critically ill patient is very common and affecting patients Physically, Mentally and Financially. There are various measures which has been taken to minimize this burden on patient, such as books being prepared which include various drug interaction, maintain websites and database that provides information regarding drug interactions. With the use of these website and databases the drug interaction can be managed. It is common practice that side effects of drug interaction are being managed by additional drugs, the main reason behind it could be non-availability of alternative drugs or costlier alternative. These factors remain the main cause of treatment failure in majority of patients leading to prolong. The current study was performed for the duration of 12 months, from this study it was identified that 113 types of major drug interactions commonly found in total 250 prescriptions which were evaluated and managed accordingly. Suggestions being prescribed by various sites were, avoid concomitant use of drug, use alternative therapy, and monitor closely for any adverse effect. During suggestion made by the Clinical Pharmacist, for the same drug interactions it was identified that more of drug therapy adjustment can be done then provided by the online database. The parameter on which the drug interactions management are being suggested were focused on just type of drug interaction and its effect, it does not include the actual pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic changes in therapy. The suggestion made by the clinical pharmacist were includes drug removal, drug dosage changes, alternative therapy, alternative route of administration, change in time interval etc. From this study it was concluded that the drug interaction management can be done at various stages of treatment with proper therapy modification by the clinical pharmacist, and if done properly it will improve the overall outcome of patient health care.

Aim. To analyze and study the possibility of using an innovative approach to managing patient interaction such as design-thinking technology in the activities of a medical organization to improve medical care for cardiovascular disease.Methods. To achieve the goal the analysis of the domestic and foreign literature, and the normative-legal documentation for the period from 2015 to 2020 was carried out. The base of the research was Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases (Kemerovo), where medical, scientific, educational and publishing activities are successfully implemented.Results. Based on the studied theoretical ideas about the essence of the considered technology, the authors formulated the definition of design-thinking in health care, which is understood as a set of activities aimed at improving the process of providing medical aid by studying and maximizing satisfaction of the patient’s needs. The stages of the technology are outlined and described: empathy, generation of ideas, solution development, prototyping on the example of a research base.Conclusion. The technology of design-thinking can organizationally and functionally supplement the process of interaction management with patients, and regular evaluation of the level of satisfaction is an initial stage of implementing an innovative approach.

Interaction management strategies are increasingly set to become a vital factor in fostering active participants in university lectures. Following Rido, Ibrahim & Nambiar’s (2015) framework, this study investigated interaction management strategies used in English literature lectures in a university setting in Indonesia. This study employed a qualitative method and the data were gathered through video recordings. The findings showed that all literature lecturers employed three kinds of interaction management strategies such as code strategies, emotional strategies, and managing strategies. In code strategies, the lecturers used English during the entire class for clarity in opening, explanation, example, and closing. Meanwhile, in emotional strategies, the lecturers shared common strategies namely using non-verbal gestures and using humours or jokes in order to invite participation, to increase student’s motivation, and to create conducive learning environment. Then, in terms of managing strategies, the lecturers decided topic, controlled or switched the topic of discussion, decided who speaks, gave direction or commanded the students, gave extended wait time, and offered opportunity for student to speak in order to enable the students express their ideas and engage with the lectures. It is hoped that insights gleamed from this study will assist such lecturers to successfully manage their lectures and navigate the distribution of participation as well as content of the lesson.
