This article is devoted to the formation of the project competence of future teachers in a university environment. Important tasks are the requirements of the social order for the training of pedagogical personnel who have the skills of project activities: the teacher’s personal and professional readiness for creativity, ability to make non-standard decisions and interact with students. The purpose of the article is to consider the essence and structure of the concept of “project competence of future teachers in a university environment”. Research methods: generalization, analysis and synthesis of information, comparison. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the concretization of the essence and structure of the project competence of future teachers in a university environment, identification and detailed description of their content. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results enrich the theory and methodology of professional education in the field of forming the project competence of future teachers; the practical significance lies in the effective implementation of the model for the formation of the project competence of future teachers in a university environment.

The present article suggests the way of inclusive learning interaction management based on Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), Russian Federation Federal acts, humanistic, person centered, communicative and activity centered approaches as well as ‘universal design’ training. Interaction efficiency is achieved by pedagogical environment identification and grounding in psychological, technological, cognitive and linguistic units. Based on expert evaluation and the method of observation, the authors analyze the activities of teachers and students with and without disabilities in the process of foreign language learning. Some ways of pedagogical support of educational interaction in problem-based situations are proposed; attention is paid to the choice of optimal educational resources: teaching methods, forms and aids, aimed at intellectual, cultural, moral, socio-professional development of the future specialist. In addition, training resources are oriented on coping with stereotypes, respect to others and mutual enrichment.

Abstract Retinal stem cell differentiation is orchestrated by transcription cascades, and is prone to be influenced by stress factors. While threshold radiation dose for human mental retardation is reported, the effects on retinal transcription factors are unknown. To elucidate the effects of low-dose radiation on retinal differentiation, stem cells were irradiated. Genome-wide gene expression and histone modification were observed. After a month, the expression of PAX6, an essential transcription factor for retinal ganglion cell, was increased by 30 mGy but decreased by 180 mGy. POU5F1, POU2F1, SOX2, and PAX6 were predicted to be involved in regulation of PAX6. Further, upstream of POU5F1/POU2F1/ SOX2 was detected. Altered Rho family could be responsible for activity of SRF/STAT3/RELA, which were upstream of POU2F1/SOX2. These cascades could contribute to the regulation of PAX6 and unstable retinal development under stressful environment. Identification of the hierarchical regulations in the differentiation will help elucidate the retinal cell maintenance.

The article discusses theoretical and modeled framework practical aspects of supporting children with disabilities living in an industrial region. The main goal was to study the traditions and trends of providing socio-psychological, pedagogical and economic support to the above population with further development of theoretical foundations of rehabilitation and social adaptation of children with disabilities in the industrial region and framework justification of socio-pedagogical support program.social and pedagogical realities of one of the industrial regions of Ukraine. It is proved that the basis of the regional model of social and pedagogical support of children with disabilities is always the appropriate state model, as well as the general guidelines and traditions of its implementation adopted in this region. Such guidelines for the Donetsk industrial region are: understanding the problems of children with disabilities not as medical and pedagogical, but as socio-pedagogical; an integrated approach to the use and integration of great opportunities of the industrial region (strong socio-economic and pedagogical potentials and opportunities of all subjects of socio-pedagogical support of children with disabilities); targeted, comprehensive nature of socio-pedagogical support. The mechanism of implementation of the regional program of social and pedagogical support of children with disabilities in an industrial region has been modeled. Its structure includes sectors and areas of activity, the level of implementation (regional, city (district), educational institution), and its implementation consists in systematic activities for the implementation of socio-pedagogical diagnostics of the child and youth environment, identification of the goal and priority areas of activity at the regional level and development of strategic and tactical measures for the practical implementation of the regional action program.

Understanding the weaknesses and strengths of event attributes plays a significant role in business survivability, specifically the meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) industry, in which the business environment is competitive. To be in business and survive long-term, service and product offerings must satisfy the needs of clients. In the case of the MICE industry, clients include event organizers, planners, and attendees. Thus, the IPA (importance-performance analysis) was conducted with hopes to provide valuable insight into the MICE industry to identify and evaluate their offering (attributes) that can assist Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) to establish better operational strategies that maintain their economic sustainability. Furthermore, this study also addressed the event planners and organizers’ perceptions toward the environment and social sustainability, measuring the importance and performance of ecofriendly venues and the availability of disabled access, which showed neither significant importance nor performance. However, as the main purpose of the research was to examine the essential venue selection criteria based on the perceptional lens of the event organizer and planners to MICE operators on achieving business sustainability, the findings of this study provide strategical direction to establish, maintain, and improve their facility, service, and products. The study also finds that there are different needs depending on the types of event organizers and planners.
