PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR, MANAJEMEN KELAS DAN IMPLEMENTASI PROJECT BASEC LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGRAAN.

This study aims to show the positive effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the positive influence of classroom management on learning outcomes, the positive influence of project based learning (PBL) implementation on learning outcomes in Civic Education lessons in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive analysis method that involved the entire population, namely 26 respondents in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Data was collected using a survey method in the form of a closed questionnaire and a test in the form of a rubric. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, with inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 3.0. This study shows that (a) learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (b) classroom management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; c) PBL implementation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in Civic Education learning.

From The Training Room to the Classroom: Applying Concepts of Corporate Training and Tertiary Education in Secondary Education

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the nature of secondary education and encouraged teaching through blended and e-learning. This article explores how the author integrated concepts he previously applied in tertiary education and corporate training, particularly Finks Taxonomy of Significant Learning and P3 Task Taxonomy, through blended and e-Learning to a secondary education context. These ideas developed into a teaching methodology for a business curriculum and were delivered in an international Christian school in Cambodia. The teaching methodology helped streamline curriculum development, adapt to the changing conditions, and improve overall lesson delivery. The study recommends that the teaching methodology be explored further and be developed as a framework to support new and developing teaching staff.

Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah Kristen

: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang. The results showed: (1) Context, Kanaan Christian School Semarang really needs a character education program; (2) Input, character education at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang refers to the School's Vision and Mission and also the 2013 Curriculum (K-13); (3) The process, the implementation of the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang, the teacher carries out the learning according to the lesson plans that have been made, by adding character education values that are adjusted to the topics contained in basic competencies; (4) Products, the results of the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang, namely the presence of 5S culture (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Polite and Courtesy) and through the character assessment form. Overall, the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang has fulfilled the program objectives that have been previously set.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Konteks, Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang sangat membutuhkan program pendidikan karakter; (2) Input, pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang mengacu pada Visi dan Misi Sekolah serta Kurikulum 2013 (K-13); (3) Proses, pelaksanaan program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang, guru melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai RPP yang telah dibuat, dengan menambahkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang disesuaikan dengan topik yang terdapat pada materi pokok. kompetensi; (4) Produk, hasil program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang yaitu adanya budaya 5S (Salam, Senyum, Salam, Sopan dan Sopan) dan melalui formulir penilaian karakter. Secara keseluruhan, program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang telah memenuhi tujuan program yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.

Pengajaran Materi Perkembangan Manusia Untuk Guru-Guru Sekolah Kristen

Guru sebagai salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem pendidikan, perlu meningkatkan kompetensinya. Salah satu lembaga yang peduli terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru adalah ACSI (Association of Christian School International). ACSI bekerja sama dengan Dosen Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Kristen Maranatha, menyelenggarakan pengajaran Perkembangan manusia, untuk guru-guru Kristen di Indonesia. Tujuan pengajaran ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai karakteristik perkembangan manusia, mencakup materi perkembangan fisik-motorik, kognitif, moral, spiritual, memory, belajar, motivasi dan perkembangan anak usia dini. Diharapkan materi ini dapat membantu guru saat menjalankan perannya mendidik siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengajaran ini adalah dengan menggunakan 8 video pembelajaran yang telah disiapkan oleh narasumber. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 26 guru yang berasal dari beberapa kota di Indonesia. Peserta harus menyimak video tersebut terlebih dahulu selama tiga minggu. Setelah itu, mereka harus mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Pada tanggal 22 dan 29 Mei 2021, diadakan pertemuan tatap muka daring dengan media zoom, antara peserta dan narasumber, dengan kegiatan tanya jawab dan diskusi mengenai materi yang telah disajikan. Setelah pengajaran dilakukan, dilakukan evaluasi melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menyatakan bahwa pemahaman mengenai materi perkembangan manusia mengalami peningkatan. Evaluasi pelaksanaan pengajaran ini juga sebagian besar dinilai sangat baik oleh peserta. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pengajaran ini memberikan manfaat adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai materi perkembangan manusia, sehingga dapat disarankan untuk dilaksanakan secara rutin dan bergiliran kepada guru-guru yang belum mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengikutinya.

Increasing the Brand Awareness of Ambassador School Surabaya through A Website

Ambassador School is a Christian school established in 2011. This school offers 3 main programs which are Baby Class, Preschool, and Elementary. There are 2 schools that are similar to Ambassador School which are Bethany Christian School and CMC/SMI School because of 3 aspects: the location, price, service. The main problem of Ambassador School is related to low brand awareness, in which there are only a small number of people who know about this school and those who know are not able to explain what Ambassador School really is. The best solution of this problem is by increasing Ambassador School’s brand awareness by highlighting its strengths and uniqueness through a website. As the main concern is to increase brand awareness, a website will be the best solution since it does not only tell what a company sells, but also tells other information in detail that other promotional tools may not be able to do the same. There are 4 highlighted USPs: academics, Christian values, character education, and independence education. Highlighting all of this school’s strengths and uniqueness on a website will enable Ambassador School to not only increase the brand awareness, but also lead them to be seen as a more credible and professional school.
