Research subject. Based on the two-stage mechanism of the Earth's heterogeneous accumulation, previously proposed by V.N. Anfilogov and Yu.V. Khachay, the thermal evolution of the core during its formation was studied. Account is taken of both the heat release from 26Al, the content of which was established with a fairly reliable accuracy, and that from 60Fe.Materials and methods. The methods of mathematical modelling were used. Calculations were carried out for three estimates of the fractional content of the radioisotope 60Fe to stable 56Fe at the time of CAI formation (Ca-Al-In- clusions, calcium- and aluminium-rich inclusions found in carbonaceous chondrites) based on the results of various authors.Results. As a result of numerical experiments, variants of the temperature and melting temperature distributions at different stages of the core formation for different 60Fe/56Fe ratios were obtained.Conclusions. The results show that the central region of the forming core can remain melted even by the end of its accumulation. As a consequence, in this region for this time, the conditions for free thermal convection and, accordingly, for the implementation of the MHD dynamo mechanism remain.

This work is devoted to the search for new methods of treatment because of the high level of the prevalence of psoriasis. This article describes the relationship between the dependence of the clinical picture and lipid peroxidation in patients with psoriasis and the advisability of including drugs with antioxidant properties in the treatment. LOPs regulate cell proliferation and cell membrane permeability. In patients with psoriasis in the blood serum, there is an increase in the level of lipid metabolism products, namely cholesterol, triglycerides and free fatty acids, as well as a change in the ratio of the fractional content of phospholipids in erythrocyte membranes. Therefore, one of the most characteristic manifestations of the activity of the psoriatic process is dyslipidemia. Given the pathogenic mechanisms of the development of this disease and increase effectiveness in complex treatment, it is advisable to include drugs with antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are biological substances that can interact with various forms of free radicals and lead to their inhibition or complete blockage. The study was conducted with the addition of Resveratrol to standard treatment regimens for psoriasis. The scope of laboratory studies included the diagnosis of changes in a biochemical blood test collected on an empty stomach in the morning, namely, to study the content of: total protein, albumin, bilirubin, low and high density lipids, phospholipids, cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase. After the treatment, the effectiveness of the treatment of complex therapy with the addition of antioxidants has been proved.

In this paper, the compression of the D/3 He fuel and the variant Helium fractional content have been studied. The fuel gain curves have been obtained for fixed values of y(y = nD/n3 He ) and the isentrope parameter α. Calculations have shown that with the reduction of isentropic parameter, α, and the increase of Helium fractional content, a higher density is required to achieve temperatures at which deuterium can burn effectively. Also, with the decrease of y by a factor of 0.33, leads to increasing the optimum density and the fuel gain about 4.3% and 7.9% respectively.

The additional illumination of chicory heads, Witloof with LFU-30 light enriched by blue spectrum caused bioflavonoid content increased by 20-30 % and two-fold the oxy-cinnamic acid content in leaves of etiolating small heads. This approach enables to produce the new plant product with high contents of antioxidants.

The influence of Ge content on the local vibrational mode of substitutional carbon in Si-rich Si1-xGex single crystals has been investigated by infrared Fourier-transform spectroscopy and ab initio modeling methods. Czochralski-grown Si1-xGex samples doped with boron and carbon have been studied. The Ge fractional content was varied from x=0.004 to x=0.044. To reveal the CS-related absorption band in the Si1-xGex the difference spectra between carbon-lean and carbon-reach Si1-xGex samples with the same Ge content were studied. We have found that the CS-related absorption band in the Si1-xGex alloys red-shifts and broadens with increasing Ge content. It has been found that at x0.015 the CS absorption band consists of two overlapping lines corresponding to different combinations of Si and Ge atoms neighboring the CS atom. The calculations show that substitutional carbon atoms avoid Ge ligand atoms, and should be found in Si-rich regions. These results also reveal that the softening of the CS mode frequency arises from the SiGe volumic expansion.

Maturation rates of vascular and visceral smooth muscle (SM) during ovine development were compared by quantifying contractile protein, myosin heavy chain (MHC) isoform contents, and contractile properties of aortas and bladders from female fetal ( n = 19) and postnatal ( n = 21) sheep. Actin, myosin, and protein contents rose progressively throughout development in both tissues ( P ≤ 0.003); however, expression patterns differed. During the last trimester, i.e., 101–130 days (term ∼145 days), bladder actin and MHC contents were approximately twofold greater ( P < 0.04) than those in the aorta. Although the fractional content of 204-kDa SM1 MHC in the bladder decreased from 74 ± 3% at midgestation to 48 ± 2% 3 mo postnatal, the aorta exhibited an increase from 30 ± 2% to 65 ± 2%. Bladder MHC (MHC-B) migrating at 200 kDa contained only SM2 throughout development. In contrast, 200-kDa MHC in the aorta was predominantly nonmuscle MHC-B at midgestation, which was gradually replaced by SM2 as development progressed. Along with its early expression of SM2, bladder muscle obtained maximal stress generating capacity (1.7 × 105 N/m2) by term gestation, whereas the aorta exhibited no contractions until after birth. We conclude that whereas aortic SM maturation is delayed until after birth, bladder SM matures biochemically and functionally during prenatal development, thus supporting early requirements for micturition.
