The purpose of the work is monitoring the microbial landscape of the skin of patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Materials and research methods. We observed 67 patients with seborrheic dermatitis aged 18 to 57 years. The average age of the patients was 27.5 years. All patients with seborrheic dermatitis were examined using the following methods: skin examination; microscopic, bacteriological methods; a general and biochemical blood test; a general urinalysis; consideration of the patient's subjective sensations. Results and its discussion. Among patients with seborrheic dermatitis, fatty seborrhea was found in 39 (58 %), a mixed form of seborrheic dermatitis was found in 20 (30 %) patients. While bacteriological and microscopic examination of the sampling material from the affected areas of the skin of patients with seborrheic dermatitis is carried out, it is noteworthy to consider that in 59 (88.1%) patients Malassezia spp. is detected, which indicates a certain its value in the occurrence and course of the pathological condition. Among other microorganisms the examinations revealed: St. capitis - at 54 (80.1 %), St. epidermidis - at 36 (53.7 %), Micrococcus spp. - at 20 (29.9 %), Acinetobacter spp. - at 10 (14.9 %). With a lesser degree of contamination, St. aureus, St. capitis, St. hominis, St. cohnii, St. xylosus have been found. Conclusions. It is necessary to consider the presence of fungi Malassezia spp. in association with pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms that support the inflammatory process and affect the development and course of the disease while planning the treatment of patients with seborrheic dermatitis.

Fungal diseases are one of the urgent medical and social problems that need to be solved and to seek different methods of treatment. The work demonstrates the use of antimycotic external exposure “Bifonazol”. A successful evaluation of microbiological and clinical studies in 39 patients has been performed. The main pathogens of superficial mycotic skin lesions are characterized by high sensitivity to the drug, manifested with relatively large growth retardation diameters of their cultures (> 25 mm) when tested in vitro. As a result of observation of patients, who used bifonazole, complete clinical and laboratory healing was established for 28 days of treatment in 100% of cases. In turn, the drug has a minimal abortion system, which helps to avoid side effects on the body.

A laser Doppler flowmetry study of the state of the microvasculature of the skin in patients with rosacea was performed. The amplitude-frequency criteria for assessing dermal circulation are determined. Depth and direction of vascularization disorders are shown. It is proved that the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the state of the microvasculature of the skin should be taken into account when choosing the means of therapeutic correction and can serve as one of the criteria for the effectiveness of treatment.

The aim of this work is to clarify the effectiveness of the use of hyaluronic acid in caring for women in the perimenopausal and menopausal periods. Material and methods. The study involved 54 women aged 45 to 65 years with symptoms of withering skin: decreased turgor and skin elasticity, wrinkles in the corners of the eyes and forehead, decollete, neck; a feeling of dryness and tightness of the skin. The HYDR8 Bioelectric Skin Analyzer was used to determine skin moisture, fat and elasticity based on the BIA Bioelectric Analysis method. An analysis of a review of modern literature sources and their own research on age-related changes in the skin of women is carried out. As a skin care product for women in the perimenopausal and menopausal periods, we used hyaluronic acid in the form of serum HYALU B5 La Roche Posay, France, for cosmetic purposes at the local level. The high efficiency of topical application of hyaluronic acid 2 times a day in the form of HYALU B5 serum for skin care of women in the perimenopausal and menopausal periods is proved, which allows us to recommend it as a preventive and therapeutic agent for skin care for women with age is changing.

Objective - increasing the effectiveness of treatment of patients with rosacea, taking into account changes in the indicators of inflammatory mediators, the state of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis and the clinical course of dermatosis by developing complex differentiated therapy using anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs. Material and methods. Under the supervision were 112 patients with rosacea (73 women, 39 men) aged 26 to 67 years. In patients with rosacea, the parameters of prooxidantantioxidant homeostasis and inflammatory mediators (individual cytokines) were determined before and after standard treatment (comparative group) and the developed complex treatment using anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs (main group) according to known methods. Results. A significant increase in the activity of the processes of free radical oxidation of lipid and protein structures with the formation of oxidative stress and the state of endogenous intoxication was established in patients with rosacea, and their connection with the clinical course of dermatosis was proved. Significant growth in the serum of proinflammatory cytokines (interleukins - 8, 17A and 18) was investigated in patients with rosacea and their relationship with the clinical form of dermatosis was determined. The correlation between indicators of oxidative stress and the level of proinflammatory cytokines in patients with rosacea was found. An improved method of complex treatment of rosacea patients with combined and differentiated use of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs has been developed. Conclusions. The developed complex treatment of rosacea patients with combined and differentiated use against the background of standard therapy of antihistamines with anti-inflammatory activity of fast (containing bilastine) and prolonged action (ketotifen fumarate) and antioxidant drug ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate significantly improves both the immediate and long-term clinical results of treatment of such patients.

This work is devoted to the search for new methods of treatment because of the high level of the prevalence of psoriasis. This article describes the relationship between the dependence of the clinical picture and lipid peroxidation in patients with psoriasis and the advisability of including drugs with antioxidant properties in the treatment. LOPs regulate cell proliferation and cell membrane permeability. In patients with psoriasis in the blood serum, there is an increase in the level of lipid metabolism products, namely cholesterol, triglycerides and free fatty acids, as well as a change in the ratio of the fractional content of phospholipids in erythrocyte membranes. Therefore, one of the most characteristic manifestations of the activity of the psoriatic process is dyslipidemia. Given the pathogenic mechanisms of the development of this disease and increase effectiveness in complex treatment, it is advisable to include drugs with antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are biological substances that can interact with various forms of free radicals and lead to their inhibition or complete blockage. The study was conducted with the addition of Resveratrol to standard treatment regimens for psoriasis. The scope of laboratory studies included the diagnosis of changes in a biochemical blood test collected on an empty stomach in the morning, namely, to study the content of: total protein, albumin, bilirubin, low and high density lipids, phospholipids, cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase. After the treatment, the effectiveness of the treatment of complex therapy with the addition of antioxidants has been proved.

Objective of the study: to study the clinical efficacy of thiotriazolin in treatment of chronic inflammatory processes of uterine appendages. Material and methods. The study involved 85 patients aged 22-48 years: the study group included 33 patients with exacerbation of chronic adnexitis (who used thiotriazolin in complex treatment); control group included 22 patients, who received standard therapy; control group included 20 healthy women. The functioning of the system of lipids peroxide oxidation - antioxadant system, osmotic resistance of erythrocytes, concentration of middle molecules, the level of anxiety were studied. Results. The positive influence of Thiotriazolin on the general health state of patients, the regress of clinical symptoms of inflammation was proved in women with exacerbation of chronic inflammatory processes of uterine appendages. The use of Thiotriazolin contributed to normalization of changes in the system of lipids peroxide oxidation - antioxadant system, resistance of cell membranes, decrease in manifestations of endotoxemia and reduction of the level of anxiety. Conclusions: The use of Thiotriazoline in the complex treatment of women with chronic inflammatory processes of uterine appendages contributes to faster positive changes in the clinical course of the disease compared with standard therapy. The use of Thiotriazolin enables to normalize changes in the system of lipids peroxide oxidation - antioxadant system, to restore the resistance of cellular membranes and to decrease the manifestations of endotoxemia. The use of Thiotriazolin can significantly reduce the level of situational anxiety in women with inflammatory processes of the uterus. The obtained results show high efficacy of Thiotriazolin and ground the need for its wider implementation in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the genitals in women.
