The fault vibration signal of a bearing has nonstationary and nonlinear characteristics and can be regarded as the combination of multiple amplitude- and frequency-modulation components. The envelope of a single component contains the fault characteristics of a bearing. Local characteristic-scale decomposition (LCD) can decompose the vibration signal into a series of multiple intrinsic scale components. Some components can clearly reflect the running state of a bearing, and fault diagnosis is conducted according to the envelope spectrum. However, the conventional LCD takes a single-channel signal as the research object, which cannot fully reflect the characteristic information of the rotor, and the analysis results based on different channel signals of the same section will be inconsistent. To solve this problem, based on full vector spectrum technology, the homologous dual-channel information is fused. A vector LCD method based on cross-correlation coefficient component selection is given, and a simulation analysis is completed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulated signals and experimental signals of a bearing, which provides a method for bearing feature extraction and fault diagnosis.

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, the party put forward the 14th five year plan and the long-term goal of 2035, it put forward that we should not only give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively promote rural revitalization, but also strive to build an educational power, improve farmers' scientific, technological and cultural literacy and promote the revitalization of rural talents. Human resources are the first resource for China's economic and social development, and education is the main way to develop human resources. Rural Revitalization needs talent revitalization, which is inseparable from the revitalization of rural education. However, there are still some problems to be solved in rural education. This paper combs the problems existing in the school running conditions, teachers, family education, education quality, local culture and the development status of rural vocational education, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of rural education. Such as increasing investment in Education funds, strengthening the construction of school standardization; Improving the economic treatment and social status of rural teachers, strengthening the construction of rural teachers and enhancing their sense of rural belonging; Strengthening the role of family education and sharing the responsibilities of vulnerable groups; Improving the quality of education and creating local characteristic courses; Vigorously developing rural vocational education. Through these measures, we can promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural education. At the same time, the government, society, schools and families need to work together to attach great importance to and strive to solve the problems existing in rural education. Therefore, this article combs the problems existing in rural education and seeks solutions in order to help the rapid development of rural education.

This study aimed to describe an effort to make Pancasila ideology and Ajeg Bali principle a reality made by Bali Post and opinion contents published in Bali Post daily newspaper. This study was qualitative descriptive research. The data source was opinion articles taken from Bali Post daily newspaper from January to March 2021. The focus of this study was the effort in making Pancasila ideology and Ajeg Bali principle a reality as represented in opinion articles and opinion contents that were published. The data were collected by using a document recording method. The data were analyzed with the inductive method. The results of the study are as follows. The effort to make Pancasila and Ajeg Bali principle become a reality in the publication of opinion articles in Bali Post daily newspaper was made by selecting writers opinions that dealt with various fields of development that were directed toward Indonesia’s national development since they were based on Pancasila ideology and those that were directed toward local development of Bali in particular since the development was based on Ajeg Bali principle. The number of publications that had the national characteristic was 27 (38.57%), and that of those that had the local characteristic was 43 (61.43%) due to the existence of Bali Post daily newspaper as local mass media committed to Ajeg Bali. The selection of the writers’ opinions was based on the qualifications of the opinion writers in their fields., that is, from established academicians and from experienced people in the fields they wrote in. The opinion writers come to form Bali and outside Bali. The fields of the ideas of opinions that were published in Bali Post daily newspaper are consecutive as follows: education 18 (25.71%), cultural art/ custom 15 (21.42%), economics 14 (20%), health 5 (7.14%), tourism 4 (5.71%), agriculture 4 (5.71%), law 4 (5.71%), religion 3 (4.26%), and resources 3 (4.28%). The publications or opinions in Bali Post daily newspaper are consistent with the ideology that it upholds, that is, Pancasila and Ajeg Bali principles. The opinion articles are suitable for use as learning material in opinion writing and analyzing text elements of authentic and contextual opinion texts.

Smoke dust is an important factor leading to haze pollution. There is no doubt about the serious impact of smoke dust pollution on public health, life and economic development. A consensus has been reached on the use of legal means to control smoke dust pollution. However, the existing laws still have too many problems to deal with the increasingly complex smoke dust pollution. It is a must to change the regulatory objects of the current “Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law (APPC Law)”, speed up the establishment of a regional joint prevention and control legal system, and establish local characteristic legislation in accordance with local conditions. We need establish a “three-in-one” legal system for the prevention and control of atmospheric haze and smoke dust pollution with “APPC Law” at the top, local legislations at the bottom and regional joint prevention and control law in the middle.

Partridge tea (Mallotus oblongifolius (Miq.) Müll.Arg.) is a local characteristic tea in Hainan, the southernmost province of China, and the quality of partridge tea may be affected by the producing areas. In this study, stable isotope and targeted metabolomics combined chemometrics were used as potential tools for analyzing and identifying partridge tea from different origins. Elemental analysis—stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometrywas used to analyze the characteristics of C/N/O/H stable isotopes and 54 chemical components, including polyphenols and alkaloids in partridge tea samples from four regions in Hainan (Wanning, Wenchang, Sanya and Baoting). The results showed that there were significant differences in the stable isotope ratios and polyphenol and alkaloid contents of partridge tea from different origins, and both could accurately classify partridge tea from different origins. The correct separation and clustering of the samples were observed by principal component analysis and the cross-validated Q2 values by orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were 0.949 (based on stable isotope) and 0.974 (based on polyphenol and alkaloid), respectively. Potential significance indicators for origin identification were screened out by OPLS-DA and random forest algorithm, including three stable isotopes (δ13C, δ D, and δ18O) and four polyphenols (luteolin, protocatechuic acid, astragalin, and naringenin). This study can provide a preliminary guide for the origin identification of Hainan partridge tea.

Pipeline leakage is the main reason that affects normal operation of the pipeline. In this paper, a feature recognition method for pipeline acoustic signals based on vocational mode decomposition (VMD) and exponential entropy (EE) is investigated, which could extract the characteristics of pipeline signals and further accurately identify the pipeline acoustic signals under different working conditions. First, the VMD is used to decompose the collected acoustic signals into a number of mode components, during which process the optimal mode number (i.e., K-value) is determined by combining local characteristic scale decomposition (LCD) and correlation analysis methods. Then, the characteristic content of each mode component is analyzed with the help of the determined correlation coefficient (CC) threshold. If the correlation coefficient of a mode component is greater than the threshold, then the mode component is selected as the feature component. Subsequently, the EE values of the selected feature components are calculated to form the feature vectors corresponding to different kinds of pipeline signals. Finally, the feature vectors are input into support vector machine (SVM) to classify and recognize the different pipeline states. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can identify the pipeline signals under different working conditions, and the recognition accuracy is up to [Formula: see text]. By analyzing and comparing with methods of EE-SVM, original data-SVM, VMD-singular spectrum entropy (SSE) and VMD-information entropy (IE), it is further verified that the proposed method is feasible and superior to the methods.
