Existing national and foreign approaches to the organization of the outsourcing services are studied and analyzed. It is established that the existing approaches carry fragment character and they do not provide the enterprise with the ability to substantially evaluate the necessity and the effectiveness of the outsourcing applying.  It is offered to include the following items to the main stages of the outsourcing realization process within the activity of the machinery manufacturing plant: definition of the reasons for outsourcing, search of the partner, conclusion of the agreement, execution of the agreement, project closing. The method for outsourcing involvement efficiency is developed through comparing the relevant expenses of the enterprise, taking into consideration the structure of the conditionally changeable expenses. It is discovered that the current method provides the enterprise with the possibility to take a decision as to the possibility of outsourcing involvement, or execution of the functions independently. Practical recommendations for the enterprises as to the application of the outsourcing or the insourcing depending on the dominating conditionally constant or conditionally changeable expenses in the structure are developed. The approach to the evaluation of the outsourcing efficiency in accordance with the indicators system is established, which foresees the application of the developed key efficiency indicators system with finding of the integral value to take the decision about the efficiency of involvement of the outsourcing services is provided. Practical calculations of the efficiency and the effectiveness of the outsourcing involvement on the machinery building plants are presented.

В работе рассмотрена проблема построения бизнес-процессов управления изменениями продукции машиностроения, отнесённой к перечню инновационной или высокотехнологичной, в частности такой её аспект как построение взаимодействия системы управленческого учёта предприятия со смежными подразделениями. В ходе исследования выявлены и проанализированы, типовые проблемы, возникающие в практике реализации инновационных проектов машиностроительной отрасли. Авторами предложена классификация проблем, возникающих при реализации процесса проведения изменений, и получен ряд выводов основанных, в том числе, на мнении практикующих специалистов отрасли. Paper deals with the problem of building change management business processes of a product in machinery building industry classified as innovative or high-tech, in particular, such an aspect of building the interaction of enterprise's management accounting system with related departments. Study identified and analyzed typical problems that arise in the practice of implementing innovative projects in machinery building industry. The authors proposed a classification of problems, that arise during the implementation of change management process, and obtained a number of conclusions based, among other things, on the opinion of industry practitioners.

Abstract Digitalisation in machinery-building is expected to enhance productivity and drive the digital transformation of other industries. The extant literature sparsely describes pathways of different sectors in digitalisation, considering the heterogeneous characteristics of firms and sectors. Emerging economies with important state participation represent a particular interest in this area of research. To this end, a multiple case study method was used to describe a set of determinants revealed from the literature on Russian technological development and innovation in manufacturing. Two different patterns were identified. The first one was typical for large leading firms with state participation, which have a global market presence and a substantial level of interoperability, currently turning into a service business model. Private firms that follow the second pattern focus on physical and digital infrastructure upgrading targeted at particular issues to secure connectivity across departments. The state participation does not have a decisive role in digitalisation decisions; however, it affects the participation of companies in national digital initiatives. This study is a preliminary analysis of the determinants associated with corporate digitalisation from the sectoral perspective. Since both national and corporate strategies are ongoing, it seems premature to make generalised conclusions. Instead, the paper provides useful insights for management and policy that refer to digital technology uptake by machinery-building industries.

This article is devoted to the assessment and forecasting of the competitive potential of the worldmachinery building. The article analyzes the main statistical data reflecting the dynamics of world machinery building , such as the volume of production of engineering products, the share of mechanical engineering in world GDP, the share of regions (America, Asia, etc.) in worldmachinery building, the share of the largest manufacturing countries in world GDP. In addition, based on the use of regression analysis tools, the authors built a regression model showing the dependence of world economic growth on world machinery building.

Rubber-tracked transporters are becoming increasingly popular in agriculture, forestry and military transportation. Rubber track systems are typically fitted instead of using tyres on the transporter to decrease soil stress and increase trafficability. Therefore, the accurate failure analysis of a rubber track is important. A model for predicting stress distribution along a rubber track is presented in this study. In the model, the stress along a rubber track consists of the vertical stress below the rubber track, tensile stress, bending stress and centrifugal tensile stress. Moreover, fourth strength theory was used to change a complicated stress state to a simple stress state. An experiment was performed at the test site of Harbin First Machinery Building Group Ltd, with a total weight of 61.789 kN. The experiment was conducted to verify and approve the theoretical model. The Miner rule was used to predict the cycle index and working hour of the rubber track, thereby providing a method for predicting the fatigue life of a rubber track.

It was considered a non - conventional treatment in magnetic field applied before the thermo-chemical treatment (nitro-carburizing in plasma), for one alloyed steel which is used in Machinery building industry. These researches have been made in order to improve the mechanical properties of Chromium-Molybdenum alloyed steel non-conventionally treated in a magnetic field. Through the thermo-magnetic treatment, applied before the plasma nitro-carburizing, the mechanical properties of this material have been improved, especially in this case of the steel with a considered content of Chromium (1.38%). These researches, through X-Ray diffractometry of the behavior of the superficial layers during the dry wear process, completed this work. The diffractometric characteristics of the superficial layers which have been obtained after a complex system of thermo-magnetic treatments followed by a thermo-chemical treatment, the superficial layers content and the behavior of the steel at the wear through dry friction tests were used as criterion. The paper is a review of the researches from the last few years.

Abstract Today the world is facing, more and more, different sources of pollution, the most affected areas being the proximity of big industrial centers (e.g.: chemistry, mining and metallurgy, machinery building etc.). Baia Mare industrial area is a typical one for such a situation. To maintain a clean and healthy environment in Baia Mare city and in the surrounding areas, important costs are needed. The usefulness of the mathematical models consists in the possibility of mathematical processing of industrial parameters evolutions, with relevant interpretations on various influences and their correction for achieving the set goals (maximizing financial efficiency, environmental protection with the compliance of legal requirements etc.)
