The article discusses aspects of the project approach in the management of innovative activities of enterprises in the oil and gas sector. It is noted that the functioning of enterprises in the oil and gas sector is closely related to innovation and needs to apply a project management approach in order to timely achieve the set production objectives. It is indicated that the use of the project approach in the management of oil and gas enterprises can increase labor productivity, in general, thirteen times. It is concluded that it is advisable to adapt the accumulated extensive foreign experience in the implementation of project management in the oil and gas sector.

The construction of the personnel selection process allows you to systematize work with candidates and make it more effective by using selection methods that meet the goals of the organization in the field of human resource management. If the selection is carried out intuitively and not structured, the company spends a large amount of financial, time and labor resources, while losing the opportunity to analyze the effectiveness: without fixed responsibility for the selection stages of organizational units, prescribed selection stages and requirements for the candidate at each stage, the organization cannot, if necessary, identify problems in time and promptly adjust the process. This article describes the procedures for the selection of secondary medical personnel in a sanatorium-resort organization. The analysis of the personnel selection process of a sanatorium-resort organization is carried out, the selection problems are highlighted, which the authors’ recommendations are aimed at, in particular, a competency model is developed, and a portrait of the candidate is formulated that corresponds to the competency model, job description and opinions of the participants in the selection process.

One of the global challenges for small businesses is taxation. The problem is caused by the existing contradictions in tax legislation and its instability, and the components of taxation directly depend on the state and forms of ownership, on the benefits that are presented to one or another type of activity of small businesses. In recent years, there has been a lot of talk in Russia about the exceptional importance of small business for the development of the country and its economy, for the formation of a “middle class” as well as for the establishment of social and political stability in the country. The article provides data on the state of taxation of individual entrepreneurs. Particular attention is paid to the problems faced by individual entrepreneurs.

Despite its diversity, the market economy is inseparable from the role of the state. Differences between historical periods and between countries are in terms of the nature of the State, the extent and scope of the state’s intervention in the economy, and the consequences of such intervention in the market. At present, globalization asserts and demands the promotion of the role of the state and the need to adjust it to adapt to the effects of globalization. This article presents Vietnam’s point of view is that in a market economy, and particularly, in the context of globalisation, the role of the state will not be diminished, and state management and intervention are always necessary. For Vietnam, the theory which advocates state intervention in addressing market failures is a perfect suit. This will make Vietnamese economy be adaptive with requirements of market economy in the context of globalisation in one hand, but in the other hand, this will enable the state to react promptly to deal with market failures and other problems caused by the integration to the world economy.

The use of renewable energy sources is a topical direction in the development of the energy industry in the modern world. However, when investing, choosing the optimal strategy is essential to keep costs down. The goal is to evaluate the efficiency of using solar panels parallel to the electric grid for the plateau municipality, the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire. The objectives of the study in this regard are to determine the strategy to the greatest extent, affecting the reduction of the investment cost when introducing a solar battery project, the calculation of economic indicators that allow us to assess the risks when making decisions to implement the investment. For the assessment, a technique is presented that differs from the existing complex taking into account specific indicators (average annual insolation, efficiency of solar panels, temperature coefficient, price of 1 M ^ 2 solar panels, transportation costs, cost of installation work, depreciation period, maintenance costs, property tax, the cost of training employees. The methodology includes the author’s recommendations, taking into account the specific features of determining the indicators of the annual economic effect, NPV. IRR, DPP for a solar battery project. A comparative analysis of an autonomous SES and operating in parallel with the electric grid. Conclusions: SES in parallel with a network of solar power plants. reduces the cost of the project investment, and also hinders the payback period of the project.

The article considers the directions of planning the individual trajectory of development of an employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in fire and physical training, the specifics of existing training programs and training courses, and the possibilities of their application to employees. The training process is carried out according to the programs of advanced training of senior inspectors, inspectors of departments, departments, groups of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional and district levels for professional service and physical training of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. Based on the sample programs, working training programs are compiled, according to which employees are trained.

This paper applies the technique of correlation analysis to find out the impact of corporate tax on government revenue and employment in OECD countries. The findings of the study suggest that there is no relationship between corporate income tax, government revenue, and employment during 2000 and 2019.

Global financial markets play an essential role in the economic growth and evolution of international relations. It allows rational and efficient distribution of monetary resources between those who save and those who invest and by that it supports flow of the capital. In the recent year’s importance of financial markets has largely increased, which can be seen in the rapid change of statistics of the number and volume of market. Moreover, development of different financial instruments stimulates the growth of businesses which in the end result in positive trend of the country`s economic indexes. Considering that expansion of mobilization and redistribution instruments of financial markets has positive impact on growth of economy, this article tracks down history of establishment and main essences of global financial market, as well as changes which can be tracked throughout these years.
