With the development of globalization, labor migration is an increasingly commonplace in many nations worldwide. For Ukraine, the population of the working people emigrating to find work elsewhere has reached a significant scale. The scale of this labor migration currently emanating from Ukraine, significantly affects the structure of its labor market, level of incomes, and overall social structure within the country. It can be argued that the dynamics of the development of this process is due not only to objective factors, but also to the subjective perceptions of workers in regards to justice in the economic systems of nations around the world. The purpose of the article is to determine the specificity of the value component manifestation in the formation of human decisions in the long-term choice of the country of activity. An interdisciplinary approach to the value component in the formation of decisions of a person under development of globalization on the border of economic and psychological sciences has been implemented. The methodical basis used for this research includes the theory of justice, expectations, and decision-making. As a result, an approach has been developed to compare a migrant worker’s perception of the level of justice found in different countries and to identify common behaviors endemic amongst those choosing a labor market in different countries in the onset of developing globalization. For example, Ukrainian builders and unskilled workers perceive the domestic labor market as 2 to 5 times unfair, com-pared to the most popular countries of labor migration. Thus, it is shown that the level of perceived injustice by Ukrainian workers is rather high. It significantly influences the decision on labor migration and has a subjective significance when forming an attitude to the measures of regulation of the labor market context.

Modern industrial activities connected with professional actions in limited space, in personal protective equipment, in various environmental conditions, with increased smoke, gas, radio emissions, etc., require great physical strength, agility and endurance. Under these conditions arises an objective necessity of scientific substantiation of the content and structure of the model of the students' physical training formation, providing their fullfledged preparation for modern professional activity. Materials and methods. We applied analysis of scientific and methodical literature, statistical methods, and expert evaluation method. There were used data from open sources on the problem of research and official statistics data. It is obvious that the model of physical training formation of construction university students developed by us is the most effective in improving the cognitive activity of the students. The success of realization of our hypothesis in this part is provided in active and exploratory learning schemes. Also, in the active and exploratory schemes of learning students actively develop skills, i.e., the ability to adapt the acquired skills to changing conditions. The dogmatic and passive schemes ensure effective formation of physical skills, namely, stable, clearly algorithmized structures of motor actions.

Topicality. Running is one of the most popular activities in the world. Practicing this kind of sport is an important means of physical education, so it occupies one of the first places in the nature of motor actions. Short running race is the oldest type of athletic exercises included in modern athletics. It is characterized by the maximum intensity of the entire distance running at the anaerobic mode. Physical training of a runner for the short running race is divided into general and special. Special physical training of sprint athletes studying at higher education institutions is a multi-year and multifaceted process. It includes physical, tactical, technical and psychological training. The growth of sports results is possible due to the harmonious balance of all training aspects. The methods of intensification of special sprinters training will be effective and pedagogically expedient if it is based on reliable knowledge of the structural components of the athletes training, taking into account individual motor skills indicators. The research purpose is to substantiate the impact of training loads on the special physical training of students who specialize in 100 and 200 meters running races. The research tasks are studying and highlighting the researched problem analysis in domestic and foreign sources; determining the impact of training loads on the female students’ special physical training at sportsmanship improving classes. Methods of the research. Analysis and synthesis of scientific literature sources, dialogues, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Results of the research. The success of sprinters training depends on the effectiveness of methods, organization and managemnt of the training process. The use of a significant number of special means of physical and functional training in the training process effectively affected the students physical fitness of the main group. In particular, a probable increase of 100 and 200 meters running results was established, which indicates the girls` anaerobic capacity development who are specialized in the short running race. The indicators of 30 meter flying start run, as well as 100 and 200 meters and shuttle running showed an increased results of female students of the main group. There is a slight increase in speed, coordination and anaerobic-aerobic capacity of female students of the control group. Such results are due to the use of larger number of anaerobic training modes. Conclusions. It is necessary to use a significant number of general and special tools for the formation of physical and functional fitness during the students’ educational and training process. In particular, for the female students` training in short running race, it is advisable to increase the training at anaerobic and anaerobic-aerobic modes, which will promote the development of speed, speed endurance and functionality improving.

The general, specific and specialized physical training determines the level of development of the motor possibilities of the personnel, reached in the process of the systematic practice of the professional-applicative physical exercises. The problem solved in this research was to identify new ways to intensify the professional-applied physical training of the operative personnel, military personnel within the intervention subunits of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations. The study was conducted over a period of 2 months (May-June 2019) on the field / training plateau of the Botosani and Dorohoi Fire Brigade and had as subjects a sample of 10 non-commissioned officers (military personnel) who took two individual tests: with/without a respirator device. The research methods: the study of the specialized literature, the direct observation, the experiment, the comparison, the statistical-mathematical analysis. Ways to test the physical capacity, the type of effort made (aerobic, anaerobic) in one or more motor actions are numerous and at the same time, very demanding, necessary for the special device and a larger study. During the experiment there was a reduction in time but also an increase in motor potential at the unit stage (initial testing), as well as obtaining the honorable 3rd place in the national phase (final testing) of the contest "The most powerful firefighter" Alba-Iulia , 2019 edition, of the non-commissioned officers from the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations "Nicolae Iorga" of Botosani. Following some application routes with a high degree of difficulty, we can say that it must be customized in this activity has significantly improved their motor skills.

Eight college students enrolled in group therapy for stuttering were divided into two equal groups for 20 weeks. The training group supplemented therapy with endurance running and calisthenics three days per week. The subjects were tested prior to and at the conclusion of the training on a battery of stuttering tests and cardiovascular measures taken at rest, after stuttering, and after submaximal exercise. There were no significant differences (0.05 level) prior to training. At the conclusion of training, the training group was significandy better in cardiovascular response to exercise and stuttering. Although physical training did not significantly aid the reduction of stuttering as measured in this study, training did cause an increased ability to adapt physiologically to physical stress and to the stress of stuttering.

Abstract At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) we treat many children requiring tracheostomy tube placement. With potential for a tracheostomy tube to be in place for an extended period of time, these children may be at risk for long-term disruption to normal speech development. As such, speaking valves that restore more normal phonation are often key tools in the effort to restore speech and promote more typical language development in this population. However, successful use of speaking valves is frequently more challenging with infant and pediatric patients than with adult patients. The purpose of this article is to review background information related to speaking valves, the indications for one-way valve use, criteria for candidacy, and the benefits of using speaking valves in the pediatric population. This review will emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration from the perspectives of speech-language pathology and respiratory therapy. Along with the background information, we will present current practices and a case study to illustrate a safe and systematic approach to speaking valve implementation based upon our experiences.
